Wonderful stay and hotel. Fantastic value - really felt like the staff cared about us as people. The dinner service is an incredible bonus that sets this hotel apart, as well as the guided tours. We hiked for a full day with Andrea! Spa is also a great value and the mini bar prices were fair. My husband and I were abroad for 3 weeks - this was our favorite hotel, and it was all because of the way you treat your guests! The thoughtful details like providing a hiking backpack and sandals go a long way. Thank you for making the place so welcoming and warm!

We had a wonderful stay. The room was perfect and the meals were fantastic. We really appreciated the bus pass and the instructions and directions provided. We did not have time with our itinerary to utilize the spa but hope to do so in the future.
