Very welcoming manager and all really helpful staff everywhere from room restaurant reception always caring and going the extra mile where possible . Jet 2 left your staff in a difficult situation when they do not pay for enough transport for guests and we find we can not come and go from the hotel as advertised by jet 2 . Shuttle is not a form of transport that guests require to book 24 hours in advance , it generally means transport that carries quite a few people and it comes and goes , it is not a limited few runs a day leaving guests long hours in town , very limited options, unable to have flexibility or change in their booking day without considerable costs . Your staff managed the situation with patience and diplomacy and polite at all times and this was so very much appreciated .

The hotel is in a very poor position with regard to Verona - the shuttle bus is useful but there should be more of them. And there should be a swimming pool. This is a good business hotel not a tourist hotel.

I was part of a group who had their flight cancelled. The staff did everything they possibly could to help us forget the inconvenience and make us feel at home. Some spoke multiple languages which made communication so much easier. The older gentleman who greeted us for dinner was terrific!

Can't fault the hotel or the staff who were fantastic. The cleaners did a marvelous job each day and the reception staff including Giovanni were really helpful. We started in room 526 but due to the ceiling caving in due to a leaking air conditioner unit we were moved. The breakfast was excellent with a good selection on offer. Overall we would stay there again.

Apologies if I spell any of the names wrong but Grecano and Roman in the restaurant were great stand out members of the team. There was one individual in the restaurant who I saw speak to people with a bad attitude and even move a colleague out the way at one point (I didn't catch her name but glasses and long dark hair) I felt her behaviours really let the rest of the team down and personally made some guests feel unwelcome (we werent the only people to discuss or comment on this). Salvatore at the bar was also a stand out member of the team. He went above and beyond and very welcoming. Overall all staff really friendly and welcoming apart from that one individual mentioned above.

The room was fantastic , I would say there was mould around the shower. The reception staff was over Fantastic...can't remember the name...Gioavanni, gave us directions and info so nice and the Lady in glasses was so politeb, and when we checked out 31st the guy at the desk...he was fantastic. Overall we will 💯 cone again and recommend it to freinds and family. Thank you

Hotel was great overall. In particular the staff could not have done more for us - extremely friendly and helpful. Our cleaner and bar man were also excellent. Hotel is a bit far from the city but the shuttle bus really helps with that. Thanks so much and we would strongly recommend the hotel to friends and family

The shuttle bus was such a blessing. The receptio n staff were warm, friendly, helpful and made any request feel like it wasn't any trouble at all. Really helpful and friendly. The restaurant staff (man) was lovely. My only complaint would be the lacknof vegan options available. I had rhe tomato pasta which is the kids meal! It tasted like kids food and I was charged an adult.price for a child's meal. Adding some garlic, basal, mushrooms anything to liven it up would have helped. We would definitely return and had a great stay.
