In occasione della fiera di Vicenza ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in un hotel condotto da uno staff qualificato che sapeva come coccolare i clienti, unico neo ma niente di speciale, erano le schede elettroniche per l'accesso alle camere che si decodificavano quasi tutti i giorni, ma purtroppo non dipendeva dal personale, per il resto tutto ok, prossima occasione ci ritorneremo, grazie.

Really enjoyed my time at the hotel. The staff were friendly and inviting and helpful at all times. The decor of the hotel was amazing and it was a very clean hotel. What I found the most amazing was the shuttle service it was amazing that you were afforded this service for free and that you could go back-and-forth as many times as you wished even after a very late show a shuttle was arranged to collect us from town. This was such a great service and I would recommend this hotel to any and everyone.

Best Western CTC was a very nice experience and yes we would come back. It has some negatives but the positives shine through. I would like to talk about Sabrina and the rest of the front of house team. Firstly, if Sabrina is not a manager she needs to be looked at as a manager. She was by far the best thing about the ctc experience and anything we needed or help she was there for us to save the day. Although Sabrina stood out as the obvious best thing about the hotel, the other staff were amazing and friendly as well. Nothing was too much for them all. I would highly recommend the hotel to friends and family. A big thank you to Sabrina and the team for 2 magical weeks in the CTC. We will not forget the time we spent in Northern Italy.

One thing I was not happy about were the three power cuts the first was two hours long with not enough information to tell the guests what was going on. We have had a lovely stay with Best Western CTC. Considering the hotels location the shuttle service into Verona is good extra for tourists. Staff are professional and friendly. Wie im letzten Jahr 2024 : (fast) alles ok ..... wir hätten gerne eine Nacht verlängert (Sa-So), doch wg des fairs ein horrenter Preis --- daher ein anderes Hotel genommen---- Schade, da die gesamte Gruppe (Südd. Ärztechor und Orchester ) im Hotel bis Sonntag übernachten konnte. Hier haben wir ein Entgegenkommen erwartet, nachdem wir mit der Gruppe schon die ganze Woche bei Ihnen waren.

With pleasure, of course I didn't remember the names, but still. Everything went really smoothly, quickly, efficiently from arrival, accommodation and check-out. All the service at the reception was excellent, pleasant and efficient (APP registration, instructions, providing information, ..). Restaurant (dinner) excellent, service (young lady and gentleman) friendly, warm. Bar, excellent gentleman, pleasant. Room, service and everything else, as the guest wishes.

non so il nome ma un particolare ringraziamento è nota di merito che vi pregherei di far avere al ragazzo (sardo di origine avendoci parlato assieme) della reception che mi ha seguito sia nelle fasi pre soggiorno (info varie su mezzi per il Teatro Romano), che mi ha accolto al mio arrivo e con il quale nella serata di lunedì ho ottimizzato il pagamento della camera e della colazione.

The reception staff were exceptionally helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We had a couple of small issues, the kettle got very hot so they replaced it with a new one, immediately! The flush on the toilet broke and they replaced it immediately. Thank them so much.
