One thing I was not happy about were the three power cuts the first was two hours long with not enough information to tell the guests what was going on. The others were not to bad a hotel mini bus at a small cost would have been a good idea as it was very costly to go to and from the centre of Verona .other than that the whole experience staying at the best western was first class your staff were second to none couldn’t do enough for us nothing was no trouble for them you should be very proud of your team FANTASTIC WILL STAY AGAIN FOR SURE FIRST GLASS IT WAS A PLEASURE STAYING WITH YOU AT YOUR HOTEL THANK YOU 👍👍👍👍🥂yours senor antonio reynaudo

We have had a lovely stay with Best Western CTC. Considering the hotels location the shuttle service into Verona is good extra for tourists. Staff are professional and friendly. Breakfast is good, however the beans and mushrooms served cold were unusual & not to my liking but thats just my opinion. Thank you and we would come again.

non so il nome ma un particolare ringraziamento è nota di merito che vi pregherei di far avere al ragazzo (sardo di origine avendoci parlato assieme) della reception che mi ha seguito sia nelle fasi pre soggiorno (info varie su mezzi per il Teatro Romano), che mi ha accolto al mio arrivo e con il quale nella serata di lunedì ho ottimizzato il pagamento della camera e della colazione.

Es wurden alle Wünsche erfüllt selbst das Zimmer wechseln aufgrund meiner Behinderung (mit Badewanne) - war kein Problem u wurde sofort umgesetzt. Es konnte zwar niemand Deutsch aber mit minimal Englisch u.Händen u.Füssen ging es auch. GroßesPlus - super Hotel weiter so !!!

The location and the hotel was good. The walls were not soundproof we heard every single thing. We take the shuttle service but one of the driver was almost made 5 different accidents in 15 minutes road… but the staff and cleanliness was really good

V tem hotelu sem preživela 14 dni, 12 dni službeno ter nato podaljšala privat, saj je hotel super: lepa oprema, čist, super ponudba hrane, parkirišče, storitev prevoza do centra Verone, zelo prijazno osebje na recepciji in v restavraciji, super barman. ..se še vrnem😊
