Can't fault the hotel or the staff who were fantastic. The cleaners did a marvelous job each day and the reception staff including Giovanni were really helpful. We started in room 526 but due to the ceiling caving in due to a leaking air conditioner unit we were moved. The breakfast was excellent with a good selection on offer. Apologies if I spell any of the names wrong but Grecano and Roman in the restaurant were great stand out members of the team. There was one individual in the restaurant who I saw speak to people with a bad attitude and even move a colleague out the way at one point (I didn't catch her name but glasses and long dark hair) I felt her behaviours really let the rest of the team down and personally made some guests feel unwelcome (we werent the only people to discuss or comment on this). Salvatore at the bar was also a stand out member of the team. He went above and beyond and very welcoming. Overall all staff really friendly and welcoming apart from that one individual mentioned above.

The shuttle bus was such a blessing. The receptio n staff were warm, friendly, helpful and made any request feel like it wasn't any trouble at all. Really helpful and friendly. The restaurant staff (man) was lovely. My only complaint would be the lacknof vegan options available. I had rhe tomato pasta which is the kids meal! It tasted like kids food and I was charged an adult.price for a child's meal. Adding some garlic, basal, mushrooms anything to liven it up would have helped. We would definitely return and had a great stay.

Me and my family truly enjoyed our stayed at Best Western in Verona Italy. The staff are attentive and courteous. Cheers to the front desk staff. Very welcoming! The rooms are very clean, spacious, with coffee and tea nook, and most of all, beddings are all white white and mattresses are high quality, so inviting to sleep. The breakfast buffet was incredible! Also Salvadore the Barman such a lovely man, helpful, great cocktails, a delight to talk to a real asset to the hotel. Please pass on our comments to these staff. The shuttle service was brilliant given the hotel location it was a real help to get into / out of the city. The reception staff were helpful when booking this service, planning out trips. Our room was clean big and spacious, bathroom was a little disappointing needs an upgrade otherwise it was great and housekeeping did a fantastic job too. Being a dermal person, your good linen is utmost important to me. Spacious room. Lots of cabinetry & shelf. I am not fond of carpet because of allergy & asthma. I slept well because we could control the heat or aircon unlike other hotels that are pre-set. Being in Italy, the roman statues in the concierge just complement the setting. The buffet breakfast was enjoyable. We appreciate the free parking since our 3 week central europe tour is by car & parking has been expensive. The hotel atmosphere is very relaxing. Complement to the management & staff for overall professionalism.

We arrived at hotel very tired after a long day of cancelled flight and 3 hour bus ride with a large weary group of travellers from Florence airport. As it was 10 pm by the time we reached your hotel and dining room was closing we were advised that we could eat and check in later. Our flight had been rescheduled by our airline to depart 2 days later and were told the cost of two nights would be covered by airline, but at check in we were told the airline had only booked one night . The young lady on reception told us not to worry we could deal with the problem in the morning. When we came to desk the next morning the same young lady greeted us and told us she had reached out to airline on our behalf and all was rectified and that she didn’t call us as she knew we were tired. She went above and beyond without being asked and it was an incredible kind thing to do. We did not get her name but she was amazing in every way. There was also a gentleman with her and he too was wonderful. They told us to go enjoy our breakfast and afterwards advised us we could take a shuttle to the center of Verona and enjoy our day. Upon our return to the hotel later that afternoon the same gentleman was there and told us all had been arranged for an early morning transfer to the airport. As it was 3:30 am pick up when we arrived downstairs early we again received great service from the gentleman on the desk as he made us coffee and not certain which door the car would come told us to sit and he would keep an eye out and let us know. The service from your hotel was outstanding and we are truly grateful. Kudos to all
