All the service at the reception was excellent, pleasant and efficient (APP registration, instructions, providing information, ..). The location and the hotel was good. The walls were not soundproof we heard every single thing. We take the shuttle service but one of the driver was almost made 5 different accidents in 15 minutes road… but the staff and cleanliness was really good

Ich war auf der Fahrt von Leipzig nach Rom und hatte kurzerhand im Hotel die Übernachtung telefonisch gebucht. Nach 15 Minuten checkte ich ein und am nächsten Morgen Frühstück und Weiterfahrt. Alles ging Problelos sehr schnell und sehr freundlich. danke.

V tem hotelu sem preživela 14 dni, 12 dni službeno ter nato podaljšala privat, saj je hotel super: lepa oprema, čist, super ponudba hrane, parkirišče, storitev prevoza do centra Verone, zelo prijazno osebje na recepciji in v restavraciji, super barman. ..se še vrnem😊

We were pleasantly surprised that the minibus which drove us to the Arena was free of charge and Marianne was very informative about Verona and a very competent driver. We will stay here again especially as my car was parked under cameras. Well Done!

We were made very welcome, even though we thought the hotel we were in was supposed to be close to the town only to find out we were 4 miles from the centre. But the hotel ran a shuttle which made life easy. Brochure should make this more clear to avoid confusion.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our one-night stay at the Best Western CTC Hotel Verona. The hotel is very beautiful, modern, very clean and safe. The bedroom also was modern, very clean, beautiful, fully loaded with all amenities. The staff was very courteous, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. We appreciate that they all spoke English well and were respectful and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious with a really good assortment. The shuttle service to and from Verona was very good, efficient, friendly and timely. We will highly recommend this hotel to anyone we know who plans to visit the beautiful city of Verona. Thank you.

Very welcoming manager and all really helpful staff everywhere from room restaurant reception always caring and going the extra mile where possible . Jet 2 left your staff in a difficult situation when they do not pay for enough transport for guests and we find we can not come and go from the hotel as advertised by jet 2 . Shuttle is not a form of transport that guests require to book 24 hours in advance , it generally means transport that carries quite a few people and it comes and goes , it is not a limited few runs a day leaving guests long hours in town , very limited options, unable to have flexibility or change in their booking day without considerable costs . Your staff managed the situation with patience and diplomacy and polite at all times and this was so very much appreciated .

The hotel is in a very poor position with regard to Verona - the shuttle bus is useful but there should be more of them. And there should be a swimming pool. This is a good business hotel not a tourist hotel.
