My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our one-night stay at the Best Western CTC Hotel Verona. The hotel is very beautiful, modern, very clean and safe. The bedroom also was modern, very clean, beautiful, fully loaded with all amenities. The staff was very courteous, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. We appreciate that they all spoke English well and were respectful and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious with a really good assortment. Very welcoming manager and all really helpful staff everywhere from room restaurant reception always caring and going the extra mile where possible . Jet 2 left your staff in a difficult situation when they do not pay for enough transport for guests and we find we can not come and go from the hotel as advertised by jet 2 . Shuttle is not a form of transport that guests require to book 24 hours in advance , it generally means transport that carries quite a few people and it comes and goes , it is not a limited few runs a day leaving guests long hours in town , very limited options, unable to have flexibility or change in their booking day without considerable costs . Your staff managed the situation with patience and diplomacy and polite at all times and this was so very much appreciated .

Not a complain but suggestion. The heater was too high and left the air really dry. The pillows were not comfortable or supportive to the neck. the Staff however were fantastic. Andrea & Giovanni were always very helpful

I would like to appreciate everybody from.reception to room service But the person who stood out to me was the Chef the short one he was so kind ro us and was always checking on us my mom brother and I. He allowed us to have drinks from bar as we were having dinner. The front office was good. The luggage indian guy was so helpful he helped out with luggage ensured my mom's suitcase was taken Carr of as I had left it there

The restaurant staff, Calogero, Tania, Roman are outstanding. They are truly shining stars and take care of everybody with consummate professionalism. Bonjour lorsque on reserve en ligne on a le choix de plusieures chambre avec les noms c'est très bien, la chose moin bien c'est une fois qu'on est à la récéption il n'est pas possible d'voir une facture séparée car tout est déjà payé en ligne, cela très bien quand c'est privé mais quand on voyage pour le professionel cela ne correspond pas , car chacun des participents doit avoir sa facture.

I'm sorry I don't have his name but the man who seemed to be in charge in the restaurant was absolutely fantastic . All of the staff were very courteous and professional and when we had a problem with the shuttle bus, reception handled it well.
