Not happy that your staff lost my wife black shoes when they moved my belongings to another occupied room. I will appreciate compensation for the lost shoes. The management messed up my trip.
2026-09-09
2026-09-08
Thank you for an enjoyable short stay. Special mention for Giovanni at reception who was exceptionally helpful at check in. He also helped us unload a fairly full car!
2026-09-05

2026-08-19
The space in your hotel is vast, utilise it better, floors 0 & -1, there’s room for more that your guests would enjoy.
2026-08-19
Really enjoyed my time at the hotel. The staff were friendly and inviting and helpful at all times. The decor of the hotel was amazing and it was a very clean hotel. What I found the most amazing was the shuttle service it was amazing that you were afforded this service for free and that you could go back-and-forth as many times as you wished even after a very late show a shuttle was arranged to collect us from town. This was such a great service and I would recommend this hotel to any and everyone.
2026-08-18

Very kind and helpful personal at the hotel.
2026-08-06
Best Western CTC was a very nice experience and yes we would come back. It has some negatives but the positives shine through. I would like to talk about Sabrina and the rest of the front of house team. Firstly, if Sabrina is not a manager she needs to be looked at as a manager. She was by far the best thing about the ctc experience and anything we needed or help she was there for us to save the day. Although Sabrina stood out as the obvious best thing about the hotel, the other staff were amazing and friendly as well. Nothing was too much for them all. I would highly recommend the hotel to friends and family. A big thank you to Sabrina and the team for 2 magical weeks in the CTC. We will not forget the time we spent in Northern Italy.

Professional service all round. Well done!
2026-08-03
All staff were courteous and polite and there English was much better than my Italian. Room was lovely and spacious. If I had to make one suggestion it would be to have actual cups not paper cups on the drinks tray in the room.

Thank you!
2026-07-31
The room was completely dirty. I have taken some videos. I lost and earring and I looked for it in the carpet, what I found under the fridge was awful. There were even a LEGO's piece, block toy pieces, hairpins and floofs.
2026-07-24
Dankeschön!

2026-07-08
Jonny in reception was great
2026-07-07
ottima gestione come già detto tornerò sicuramente
2026-07-05
One thing I was not happy about were the three power cuts the first was two hours long with not enough information to tell the guests what was going on. The others were not to bad a hotel mini bus at a small cost would have been a good idea as it was very costly to go to and from the centre of Verona .other than that the whole experience staying at the best western was first class your staff were second to none couldn’t do enough for us nothing was no trouble for them you should be very proud of your team FANTASTIC WILL STAY AGAIN FOR SURE FIRST GLASS IT WAS A PLEASURE STAYING WITH YOU AT YOUR HOTEL THANK YOU 👍👍👍👍🥂yours senor antonio reynaudo

2026-05-08
Tutto bene, ottimo.
2026-05-08
Excellent restaurant service and lovely meal.

As a guest from Germany, I was absolutely delighted with my stay at Best Western CTC Hotel Verona! The room was modern, spacious, and perfectly clean. I also want to highlight the excellent breakfast. Kudos to the entire team for their professionalism. I was especially impressed by their honesty: I forgot my phone, and after a very friendly email exchange, they safely shipped it back to me in Germany. World-class service!

We have had a lovely stay with Best Western CTC. Considering the hotels location the shuttle service into Verona is good extra for tourists. Staff are professional and friendly. Breakfast is good, however the beans and mushrooms served cold were unusual & not to my liking but thats just my opinion. Thank you and we would come again.

Every thing was good except two things: 1-pillows are very bad and uncomfortable. 2-wi-fi connection was bad. Thank you for your warm hospitality.

Breakfast is great. However you need to make the breakfast room warmer. I had to wear a jacket at breakfast.

With pleasure, of course I didn't remember the names, but still. Everything went really smoothly, quickly, efficiently from arrival, accommodation and check-out. All the service at the reception was excellent, pleasant and efficient (APP registration, instructions, providing information, ..). Restaurant (dinner) excellent, service (young lady and gentleman) friendly, warm. Bar, excellent gentleman, pleasant. Room, service and everything else, as the guest wishes.
