Yes. Firstly very nice confident and welcoming staff.since I booked a family room and we were reaching in the morning and checking in was at 3pm . Staff Camilla went extra miles and arranged us very beautiful room with baby cot and all the necessary stuff required with the baby and never felt us we were away from home. I would really recommend this hotel as all the facilities were provided. Everything is accessible nearby trains bus and airport. And morning staff have good knowledge and guided us to visit padova city. Also we had breakfast for the two days and it was all amazing nice welcome by the 2 ladies. Also the HSK staff were very friendly and cleaned the room even for the second day without telling. Overall I would rate this hotel 10/10

Hotel Camella was a true haven during a stressful time. We flew in from Zurich without our luggage and were panicking, especially with only three days before departure. Camilla went above and beyond—calming us down, making multiple attempts to contact the airport, and never giving up. Thanks to her dedication, we recovered our luggage on the last day. While other staff were busy, Camilla’s care and persistence truly saved the trip. Thank you!

All the staff on the reception desk were extremely welcoming and helpful, it was appreciated them booking me a local reliable taxi to take is to the airport. The staff are also very mindful of the language barriers with guests and accommodate to their preferred language to relay information. The rooms were very clean and the amenities were well stocked. I would definitely book again if I revisited Italy

The staff who helped me check in and out were very friendly. I was delighted with the breakfast. It was less than 3 minutes from Mestre Station, so I felt comfortable and safe. However, there was a strange smell when I entered the lobby. There was no such smell on the room floor.
