Front desk staff for Sep 20 at around 11:00 were great when 28 of us showed up as part of a WingBuddy group and the desk did not have our individual info and only knew about the total number of people. Did a great job getting rooms assigned for everyone. Despite the initial chaos when we all showed up they handled it very well.

I was already on my way to catch a train, but the staff kindly helped me locate them and even assisted me in arranging the shipment back to Austria. They kept in touch with me, handled everything with great care, and made what could have been a very stressful situation a happy one. First impression of the entrance was that it looked dated especially in reception. Outside by the front door had old dining chairs. The family room was very spacious and comfortable. Being located on the maisonette (M) floor, it was convenient to be able to go up and down to the lobby floor without using the elevator. I really enjoyed that the drinks and snacks in the refrigerator were replenished free of charge every day. The location is fantastic, right in front of the train station and bus stop. All the hotel staff were very pleasant, but I was a little bothered by one male staff member who handled my check-in with an angry and intimidating expression. I felt he wasn't suited for reception work.I was also bothered by the smell on the reception floor. It would be good if they could improve it with aromatherapy or something similar.

El desayuno fue excelente y la atención del personal fue igual de buena. La habitación fue muy cómoda y muy bien decorada. Vamos a recomendar a nuestros amigo, vuestro hotel es excelente. Es la primera vez que venimos a Italia, donde anteriormente pasamos por Roma, París y Milán, pero el hotel de Uds, fue sin dudas el mejor en calidad de las instalaciones, atención y precio. We had power issues the night of our stay. It was frustrating, staff did what they could to correct the issue but it took a bit and created a restless environment. We appreciate the comped breakfast and removal of city taxes from the bill.

Yes. Firstly very nice confident and welcoming staff.since I booked a family room and we were reaching in the morning and checking in was at 3pm . Staff Camilla went extra miles and arranged us very beautiful room with baby cot and all the necessary stuff required with the baby and never felt us we were away from home. I would really recommend this hotel as all the facilities were provided. Everything is accessible nearby trains bus and airport. And morning staff have good knowledge and guided us to visit padova city. Also we had breakfast for the two days and it was all amazing nice welcome by the 2 ladies. Also the HSK staff were very friendly and cleaned the room even for the second day without telling. Overall I would rate this hotel 10/10
