The family room was very spacious and comfortable. Being located on the maisonette (M) floor, it was convenient to be able to go up and down to the lobby floor without using the elevator. I really enjoyed that the drinks and snacks in the refrigerator were replenished free of charge every day. The location is fantastic, right in front of the train station and bus stop. All the hotel staff were very pleasant, but I was a little bothered by one male staff member who handled my check-in with an angry and intimidating expression. I felt he wasn't suited for reception work.I was also bothered by the smell on the reception floor. It would be good if they could improve it with aromatherapy or something similar.

Yes. Firstly very nice confident and welcoming staff.since I booked a family room and we were reaching in the morning and checking in was at 3pm . Staff Camilla went extra miles and arranged us very beautiful room with baby cot and all the necessary stuff required with the baby and never felt us we were away from home. I would really recommend this hotel as all the facilities were provided. Everything is accessible nearby trains bus and airport. And morning staff have good knowledge and guided us to visit padova city. Also we had breakfast for the two days and it was all amazing nice welcome by the 2 ladies. Also the HSK staff were very friendly and cleaned the room even for the second day without telling. Overall I would rate this hotel 10/10

Great that the staff sorted out the issue but disappointed by the room (card and lights not working) and size of the room was very small and not what you see on websites. Also mould on the wall above the vents. Appreciate Hotel manager getting involved when we were struggling with the room card. Disappointed we were not given another room.

Hôtel bien entretenu, choix offerts au buffet super (variété, qualité) et intéressant d’avoir aussi la possibilité de déjeuner sur terrasse, et personnel embauché aux chambres, resto et lobby est adéquat. Si j’avais suggestions à donner: actualiser le lobby plus au goût du jour, et si l’odeur d’humidité au lobby ne peut se régler, au moins d’y changer l’odeur avec de l’encens ou capsules audorantes dans prises de courant, ou autre. Un hôtel où je retournerais.

Hotel was generally good, however, we stayed in room M24. There was mould in the shower and on the hand held shower pipe. This could easily be cleaned with mould cleaner. Otherwise it was a good hotel.
