Si j’avais suggestions à donner: actualiser le lobby plus au goût du jour, et si l’odeur d’humidité au lobby ne peut se régler, au moins d’y changer l’odeur avec de l’encens ou capsules audorantes dans prises de courant, ou autre. Un hôtel où je retournerais.

Hotel Camella was a true haven during a stressful time. We flew in from Zurich without our luggage and were panicking, especially with only three days before departure. Camilla went above and beyond—calming us down, making multiple attempts to contact the airport, and never giving up. Thanks to her dedication, we recovered our luggage on the last day. We were welcomed in the reception by professional staff Camilla?. Very helpful and great knowledge of the area. The room was clean and having the compliments specially the fridge was a bonus. The only downside is the toilet and the shower cubicle is very closed to each other and no leg room for someone who use the toilet.

All staff were courteous and helpful especially front desk staff. They assisted with directions and instructions for travel. We don’t speak Italian and they were wonderful at translating. You have a wonderful staff!!!
