Si j’avais suggestions à donner: actualiser le lobby plus au goût du jour, et si l’odeur d’humidité au lobby ne peut se régler, au moins d’y changer l’odeur avec de l’encens ou capsules audorantes dans prises de courant, ou autre. Un hôtel où je retournerais.

Hotel Camella was a true haven during a stressful time. We flew in from Zurich without our luggage and were panicking, especially with only three days before departure. El personal de recepción fue especialmente amable ,sobre todo la recepcionista que lamentablemente no recuerdo su nombre pero nos dijo que tiene muchas ganas de conocer Madrid, así como su compañero algo más mayor que nos trato muy amablemente nada más entrar en el hotel teniendo un dulce detalle con nuestro hijo de 9 años. Este tipo de empleados hace grande a su hotel , cuidelos es difícil encontrar empleados que nunca pierdan la sonrisa trabajando. Saludos y gracias

El hotel está en una situación perfecta para moverte por todas partes,enfrente hay la línea 2 que te lleva a la parada de los vaporetos que te llevan a toda venecia, Islas incluidas y el hotel está muy limpio y sin ningún ruido la única pega que le pondría es que el suelo es moqueta y estaba bastante sucia ,y como positivo te ponen botellas de agua a diario y tienes para hacer café e infusiones y también tiene una nevera para tener tu bebida fresca y tanto en recepción cómo en el desayuno todos los empleados son muy amables

I've feedback to the hotel reception on the first day that I booked the hotel due to the aircon availability. The staff mentioned that we can open the window. We were sightseers and were able to see the historic landmarks throughout the city due to his guidance and support. Due to train strike I experienced a disruption to travel plans. The hotel triton allowed me to wait in the lobby for a few hours in the Venice hotel in the middle of night for safety while I waited for a bus.
