Hotel Camella was a true haven during a stressful time. We flew in from Zurich without our luggage and were panicking, especially with only three days before departure. Camilla went above and beyond—calming us down, making multiple attempts to contact the airport, and never giving up. Thanks to her dedication, we recovered our luggage on the last day.
