Yes. Firstly very nice confident and welcoming staff.since I booked a family room and we were reaching in the morning and checking in was at 3pm . Staff Camilla went extra miles and arranged us very beautiful room with baby cot and all the necessary stuff required with the baby and never felt us we were away from home. I would really recommend this hotel as all the facilities were provided. Everything is accessible nearby trains bus and airport. And morning staff have good knowledge and guided us to visit padova city. Also we had breakfast for the two days and it was all amazing nice welcome by the 2 ladies. Also the HSK staff were very friendly and cleaned the room even for the second day without telling. Overall I would rate this hotel 10/10

Hotel Camella was a true haven during a stressful time. We flew in from Zurich without our luggage and were panicking, especially with only three days before departure. Camilla went above and beyond—calming us down, making multiple attempts to contact the airport, and never giving up. Thanks to her dedication, we recovered our luggage on the last day. El hotel está en una situación perfecta para moverte por todas partes,enfrente hay la línea 2 que te lleva a la parada de los vaporetos que te llevan a toda venecia, Islas incluidas y el hotel está muy limpio y sin ningún ruido la única pega que le pondría es que el suelo es moqueta y estaba bastante sucia ,y como positivo te ponen botellas de agua a diario y tienes para hacer café e infusiones y también tiene una nevera para tener tu bebida fresca y tanto en recepción cómo en el desayuno todos los empleados son muy amables
