Due to train strike I experienced a disruption to travel plans. The hotel triton allowed me to wait in the lobby for a few hours in the Venice hotel in the middle of night for safety while I waited for a bus. The Milan hotel was able to let me check in early when I arrived. They were very helpful when my travel plans fell apart in a foreign country. Thank you.

I don't know if the room number is correct. We were assigned a room on the 4th floor and someone was already in there. We got to our room on the 5th floor. After a while someone came from the front desk to check on us. The two Francesco's were wonderful in trying to help me with my car rental situation. I had a long hard day and they did what they could to make sure we were taken care of.

You need to fix or upgrade the A/C in the bedrooms. Despite max. cooling on the A/C during the whole night the room temperature was still at 30 degrees after the first night. After cooling the room the whole next day and then changing rooms for the second night, the temperature remained at 25 degrees, which is still way too much for comfortable sleeping.

Thank you for making our stay better. Our first room was sub par at best with a non draining shower and extremely hot room. The staff moved us to a much more comfortable room and saved our stay!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tritone Hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant. The hotel was perfectly placed for the train into Venice and for the coach to and from the airport. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was an excellent experience staying in this hotel for one night. Lady at reception desk was very friendly n went beyond her normal duties to guide us the way to reach the venice island. Courtesies like detax water, cookies free unlimited bottle water go beyond normal practice and are truly commendable. Breakfast needs improvement n addition of variety .
