I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. Unfortunately, I accidentally left my AirPod in my room after checking out. I was already on my way to catch a train, but the staff kindly helped me locate them and even assisted me in arranging the shipment back to Austria. I am truly grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and patience throughout the whole process. They kept in touch with me, handled everything with great care, and made what could have been a very stressful situation a happy one. The family room was very spacious and comfortable. Being located on the maisonette (M) floor, it was convenient to be able to go up and down to the lobby floor without using the elevator. I really enjoyed that the drinks and snacks in the refrigerator were replenished free of charge every day. The location is fantastic, right in front of the train station and bus stop. All the hotel staff were very pleasant, but I was a little bothered by one male staff member who handled my check-in with an angry and intimidating expression. I felt he wasn't suited for reception work.I was also bothered by the smell on the reception floor. It would be good if they could improve it with aromatherapy or something similar.

I would really recommend this hotel as all the facilities were provided. Everything is accessible nearby trains bus and airport. And morning staff have good knowledge and guided us to visit padova city. Also we had breakfast for the two days and it was all amazing nice welcome by the 2 ladies. Also the HSK staff were very friendly and cleaned the room even for the second day without telling. Overall I would rate this hotel 10/10
