Yes. Firstly very nice confident and welcoming staff.since I booked a family room and we were reaching in the morning and checking in was at 3pm . Staff Camilla went extra miles and arranged us very beautiful room with baby cot and all the necessary stuff required with the baby and never felt us we were away from home. I would really recommend this hotel as all the facilities were provided. Everything is accessible nearby trains bus and airport. And morning staff have good knowledge and guided us to visit padova city. Also we had breakfast for the two days and it was all amazing nice welcome by the 2 ladies. Also the HSK staff were very friendly and cleaned the room even for the second day without telling. Overall I would rate this hotel 10/10

Si j’avais suggestions à donner: actualiser le lobby plus au goût du jour, et si l’odeur d’humidité au lobby ne peut se régler, au moins d’y changer l’odeur avec de l’encens ou capsules audorantes dans prises de courant, ou autre. Un hôtel où je retournerais.

Hotel was generally good, however, we stayed in room M24. There was mould in the shower and on the hand held shower pipe. This could easily be cleaned with mould cleaner. Otherwise it was a good hotel.

Our time in Mestre was enhanced by our experience with Best Western Tritone. It was not just the position of the hotel but to start the day to a spectacular range at breakfast, as well as the regular attention to the room re cleaning, bed made and little things like water in the fridge, extra coffees etc. one could not have asked for better. Francesco at the front desk was fabulous and recommended a great restaurant. Thank you. The air conditioning in the room was not good and we were uncomfortable. The room had a door that closed to the other room and when that was closed there was not flow of air. Room temperature was too hot for a good sleep.

Hotel Camella was a true haven during a stressful time. We flew in from Zurich without our luggage and were panicking, especially with only three days before departure. Camilla went above and beyond—calming us down, making multiple attempts to contact the airport, and never giving up. Thanks to her dedication, we recovered our luggage on the last day. While other staff were busy, Camilla’s care and persistence truly saved the trip. Thank you!

We were welcomed in the reception by professional staff Camilla?. Very helpful and great knowledge of the area. The room was clean and having the compliments specially the fridge was a bonus. The only downside is the toilet and the shower cubicle is very closed to each other and no leg room for someone who use the toilet.

All the staff on the reception desk were extremely welcoming and helpful, it was appreciated them booking me a local reliable taxi to take is to the airport. The staff are also very mindful of the language barriers with guests and accommodate to their preferred language to relay information. The rooms were very clean and the amenities were well stocked. I would definitely book again if I revisited Italy
