All the staff on the reception desk were extremely welcoming and helpful, it was appreciated them booking me a local reliable taxi to take is to the airport. The staff are also very mindful of the language barriers with guests and accommodate to their preferred language to relay information. The rooms were very clean and the amenities were well stocked. I would definitely book again if I revisited Italy

Due to train strike I experienced a disruption to travel plans. The hotel triton allowed me to wait in the lobby for a few hours in the Venice hotel in the middle of night for safety while I waited for a bus. The Milan hotel was able to let me check in early when I arrived. They were very helpful when my travel plans fell apart in a foreign country. Thank you.

I don't know if the room number is correct. We were assigned a room on the 4th floor and someone was already in there. We got to our room on the 5th floor. After a while someone came from the front desk to check on us. The two Francesco's were wonderful in trying to help me with my car rental situation. You need to fix or upgrade the A/C in the bedrooms. Despite max. cooling on the A/C during the whole night the room temperature was still at 30 degrees after the first night. After cooling the room the whole next day and then changing rooms for the second night, the temperature remained at 25 degrees, which is still way too much for comfortable sleeping.

I was gravely injured in your Hotel when the refrigerator in the room exploded and I was poisoned with Amonia. I had to go and buy my own medication, I had nausea for one day and severe headaches for three days. What a special oasis in a very busy spot. From front desk to breakfast hosts every person was kind, attentive, and patient. I felt valued and seen. I'm from a tourist area in the States known for our hospitality and your hotel performed well above those standards.
