Lo staff è stato molto disponibile a risolvere diversi problemi (cambio stanza per rumori, asciugamano trovato macchiato, telefono non funzionante). Non è stato effettuato però upgrade camera spettante perché cliente Gold, nonostante ci fosse disponibilità, da controllo sul sito, della camera di livello superiore. Per quanto riguarda il soggiorno relativo al giorno 8/8, camera 143, sono stati riscontrati mancato funzionamento cassaforte, mancanza bustine igieniche in bagno, macchie su moquette, graffi lavandino.

The night manager on Saturday March 24 into Sunday March 25 was extremely helpful. I left my phone in a taxi and he arranged for if to be returned by the driver. Secondly I asked for a wake up call and when I did not respond to multiple calls he personally came up to my room and knocked on the door to wake me up, without his help I would have missed my flight. He also got the taxi driver to wait until I was ready to leave. Overall he was very helpful

La finestra dell'hotel non si apriva, non c'era ventilatore o aria condizionata normale. Con quella centralizzata ho riabbassato la temperatura a 18 gradi ma non ho potuto avere nessun movimento d'aria. Soffocavo. Secondo me bisogna indicare alla gente che si dorme senza poter aprire la finestra.

El único aspecto negativo de mi estancia fue que no funcionaba el secador de pelo en el cuarto de baño y, pese a que dimos el aviso en recepción a primera hora del segundo día de nuestra estancia, por la noche seguía averiado y no contamos con otro secador de sustitución.
