Yes I would like to leave compliments to the entire team. I came to Bologna to deal with some paperwork related to the death of my sister at the Romanian consulate. So logically I was not in a very good disposition but I was thoroughly impressed with your staff, their efficiency, their attitude full of support when asked and capable of letting you with your thoughts when needed... This comes only with serious and good staff training - especially in a latin country. I will definitely come back hopefully in better circumstances. And I specially enjoyed your tagliatelle al ragu.

Die Bedienung der Klimaanlage im Zimmer war etwas umständlich, wenn man z.B die Temperatur von viel zu warmen 25 grad auf 21 eingestellt hat, lief 30 min Kühlung dann sprang das Display wieder auf 25 grad!? Nach mehreren versuchen habe ich es dann hin bekommen.

Comprendiamo che le disponibilità possano essere limitate, ma Il personale della reception (quelle che abbiamo incontrato noi erano sempre donne) potrebbe usare un po' di cortesia in più e ascoltasse le richieste della clientela. La tassa di soggiorno poi nello scorso mese di luglio è stata più bassa pur avendo usufruito di una camera decisamente migliore e non risulta che da luglio a oggi vi siano state modifiche delle tariffe comunali per le tasse di soggiorno.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our deluxe room was light, had plenty of space, and a nice high view. There was one bug, my American partner enjoys cnn usually, but although there was a large screen TV, we were unable to watch any English programmes : not a single one of any description. Not very good for a seven night stay.

The best hotel that i have ever been to, thanks to the amazing people that are working there. The restaurant it’s a must if you are visiting Bologna, the breakfast is more than enough, the rooms are big and with an amazing view, also the gym is very nice.

Every person that we interacted with was really helpful, from the front desk to the bar and the restaurant. Even the cleaning staff help me to setup the AC correctly. We love our stay at the hotel. I would suggest adding some holding bars for the tub since they are really big and tall, plus some anti slip mat or similar to prevent falling while showering.
