I'd like to thank the reception staff for always accomodating me and my partner as we had to catch early trains on two ocassions and they supplied us breakfast bags and arranged us a taxi too on checkout day. Special thanks goes to the person in the restaurant, I could not catch his name, he took our room service order and brought it up to our room too he was tall and had glasses, really sad couldn't catch his name to write here but he was very friendly and although proabbly didn't realise he made us feel welcome to the restaurant and at ease.

Guy in charge of restaurant could not accomadate us on our first evening has he had 30 diners coming in, this wax 9.30!! , we sat at a table for 2 asked if we could order a drink and was told only a glass of water then told to return in 20/25 mins told us to return in twenty minutes ? We went downstairs and bar was unattended but they sent down a guy from restaurant who was really very accommodating and pleasant

Every person that we interacted with was really helpful, from the front desk to the bar and the restaurant. Even the cleaning staff help me to setup the AC correctly. We love our stay at the hotel. I would suggest adding some holding bars for the tub since they are really big and tall, plus some anti slip mat or similar to prevent falling while showering.

Yes I would like to leave compliments to the entire team. I came to Bologna to deal with some paperwork related to the death of my sister at the Romanian consulate. So logically I was not in a very good disposition but I was thoroughly impressed with your staff, their efficiency, their attitude full of support when asked and capable of letting you with your thoughts when needed... This comes only with serious and good staff training - especially in a latin country. I will definitely come back hopefully in better circumstances. And I specially enjoyed your tagliatelle al ragu.

The reception staff were super helpful and friendly on checking in. We had an issue with payment for breakfast and the city tax but this was sorted out. On checking out again the receptionist was very courteous.
