Yes I would like to leave compliments to the entire team. I came to Bologna to deal with some paperwork related to the death of my sister at the Romanian consulate. So logically I was not in a very good disposition but I was thoroughly impressed with your staff, their efficiency, their attitude full of support when asked and capable of letting you with your thoughts when needed... This comes only with serious and good staff training - especially in a latin country. I will definitely come back hopefully in better circumstances. And I specially enjoyed your tagliatelle al ragu.

Comprendiamo che le disponibilità possano essere limitate, ma Il personale della reception (quelle che abbiamo incontrato noi erano sempre donne) potrebbe usare un po' di cortesia in più e ascoltasse le richieste della clientela. La tassa di soggiorno poi nello scorso mese di luglio è stata più bassa pur avendo usufruito di una camera decisamente migliore e non risulta che da luglio a oggi vi siano state modifiche delle tariffe comunali per le tasse di soggiorno.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our deluxe room was light, had plenty of space, and a nice high view. There was one bug, my American partner enjoys cnn usually, but although there was a large screen TV, we were unable to watch any English programmes : not a single one of any description. Not very good for a seven night stay.

el domingo por la mañana en el desayuno todo fue geniak nos atendio un chico de Marruecos muy muy simpático atento y agradable. desafortunadamente el lunes por la mañana el no estaba y el equipo que habia fue lo contrario, mi hermana fue a pedir 2 cafes con leche vegetal y entre camareros nos decian a quien se lo teniamos que decir ibamos de uno a otro sin respuesta hasta que mi hermana le dijo a una de ellas en plan perdona pero el chico nos ha dicho que te lo digamos a fi y le dijo, no entiendo ingles. mi hermana como hablamos un poco de italiano se lo dijo en italiano y ke dijo un ok, pues finalmente no nos trajeron nada despues de reclamarlo, todo horrible

Ho apprezzato davvero tanto la ragazza della reception, non le ho chiesto il nome ma ha i capelli ricci. È stata davvero splendida, posso dire tranquillamente che ha lasciato un bel ricordo in me per la mia breve permanenza in hotel, ed a lei ci tengo a dire : dei due hotel in cui ho pernottato a Bologna, il vostro è stato nettamente superiore. Datele un bonus. È stata davvero splendida.

We would like to thank all the hotel team, each of whom were so welcoming, professional and helpful. From the lovely bar team to the team at breakfast and the helpful reception staff. The catering team who made the best toasted sandwiches and lasagne we have tasted and we have to mention the breakfast which was extensive and delicious - the apple cake was fabulous. Finally, but not least the housekeeping team who cleaned and presented our rooms each day beautifully - collectively they all contributed to making our visit thoroughly enjoyable, thank you.
