Wenn, dann min 2 Sterne davon sind Wasser und Strandqualität. Zimmer haben3-4 Sterne Qualität von der Einfachkeit her und Ausbaustandart. Im konkreten Garderoben.

Eccezionali i giardini e la piscina, che sono punti di forza della struttura. Complimenti anche al Sig. Maurizio per l'intrattenimento musicale serale, al quale siamo riusciti a far ampliare il ventaglio di proposte musicali per dare maggior risalto alle serate. A big thanks to your staff also for their warm service during breakfast. And also, for your bellboy who helped us when we arrived and his positive attitude during our stay, always with a smile. Das Hotel liegt in einer wunderschönen, gepflegten und sehr sauberen Parkanlage. Positiv ist auch der eigens zu dem Hotel gehörende Strand mit kostenloser Benutzung der Liegen und Schirme. Allerdings lagen in dieser Zeit Algen am Strand. Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und üppig, besonders die Süßspeisen. Es ist alles vorhanden, nur die Obsttische und Säfte sind in der Auswahl verbesserungsfähig. Unser Zimmer war klein und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Bemerkenswert ist zu erwähnen, dass das ganze Hotel absolut sauber gehalten wurde. Wir können dieses Hotel sehr weiter empfehlen.

All staff were friendly, charming and customer service was outstanding, We would like to congratulate Alice on Reception who made us so welcome on arrival. Also Maria Grazia. In the restaurant Stephano was so helpful and Antonia always made us laugh which made such a difference to our stay. Dortra, the Polish lady and Giovanni served us with such charm. The Chefs were outstanding! The food was delicious, imaginative and beautifully presented. It was Master Chef quality! The bar staff were always smiling and friendly, Francesco, Guiseppe and the lady whom I think was called Fedrika. The musician/ singer was so modest and showed he really enjoyed his job. Shuttle bus was very helpful. The location of the hotel was picturesque! We had a Wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were impeccably cleaned, sheets and towels changed! Evening turn down service was excellent. We would like to thank these ladies for making us feel so comfortable! Our thanks to the Management. We are looking forward to visit again.

Das Frühstücks-Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Ebenfalls möchte ich das Personal an der Rezeption sehr loben. Es war sehr hilfsbereit und hatte gute Tipps für Aktivitäten. Super war auch Giovanni-unser Shuttelfahrer von Flughafen bks zum Hotel. Er hat uns bei den Koffern sehr geholfen und uns sicher gefahren. Das Reinigungspersonal war einfach nur super. Unser Zimmer war immer sauber, wir haben täglich neue Handtücher bekommen und die Betten war liebevoll gemacht.

Danke an Ihre gesamten Mitarbeiter dieses Ressorts. Sie waren alle insgesamt sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit vom Anfang bis zum Schluss. Sehr toll das wir zwar kein Late Check Out machen konnten, da unser Flug erst Abends ging, wir aber solange noch die Annehmlichkeiten des Hotels genießen durften. Und einen Raum zum Duschen und kurz fertig machen zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen haben.

Volevo ringraziare in primis i Maitre Antonio e Stefano che sono delle persone veramente gentili e speciali , sempre minuziosi attenti in tutto con il loro staff di sala , un ringraziamento al capo bagnino Francesco veramente una persona in gamba per la sua dedizione a far sì che in spiaggia ed in piscina funzioni tutto al top e lui si vede che è capace di tenere realmente tutto sotto controllo con grande professionalità, un plauso anche alla Sig.ra Rosa che in piscina ci ha deliziato della sua cucina.Veramente come sempre tutto al top.
