We were particularly impressed by the exceptional friendliness and professionalism of your staff. Without exception, everyone we met was welcoming, attentive and genuinely friendly. This made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay and deserves special recognition. We also thoroughly enjoyed the food. The dinner concept was a pleasant surprise for us. At first, we were not sure whether we would miss a traditional buffet, but we quickly realized how much more relaxing and enjoyable it is to sit together and enjoy a carefully prepared menu. We were able to discover many creative dishes and combinations that we probably would never have ordered ourselves – and everything was excellent. The beautiful and very well-maintained grounds, the fantastic pool and the wonderful beach directly in front of the hotel made our stay even more special. Please pass on our compliments and thanks to the entire team, especially the restaurant and service staff. Their warmth and hospitality are a major reason why we will remember our stay so positively. Great location, breakfast was good and staff was very friendly and we appreciate that the staff was notified us about closing the buffet. The lifeguards always be presented to help us with umbrella and sunbeds. The maids are incredibly kind and attentive, and they spoiled us with chocolates on our pillows every day Overall everything was a great experience and we will comeback.

We were very well treated and even got an anniversary drink and snacks in our room upon arrival. We even belive that we got a room upgrade. We highly appreciate it! The room and views were wonderful. A big thanks to your staff also for their warm service during breakfast. And also, for your bellboy who helped us when we arrived and his positive attitude during our stay, always with a smile. Das Hotel liegt in einer wunderschönen, gepflegten und sehr sauberen Parkanlage. Positiv ist auch der eigens zu dem Hotel gehörende Strand mit kostenloser Benutzung der Liegen und Schirme. Allerdings lagen in dieser Zeit Algen am Strand. Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und üppig, besonders die Süßspeisen. Es ist alles vorhanden, nur die Obsttische und Säfte sind in der Auswahl verbesserungsfähig. Unser Zimmer war klein und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Bemerkenswert ist zu erwähnen, dass das ganze Hotel absolut sauber gehalten wurde. Wir können dieses Hotel sehr weiter empfehlen.

All staff were friendly, charming and customer service was outstanding, We would like to congratulate Alice on Reception who made us so welcome on arrival. Also Maria Grazia. In the restaurant Stephano was so helpful and Antonia always made us laugh which made such a difference to our stay. Dortra, the Polish lady and Giovanni served us with such charm. The Chefs were outstanding! The food was delicious, imaginative and beautifully presented. It was Master Chef quality! The bar staff were always smiling and friendly, Francesco, Guiseppe and the lady whom I think was called Fedrika. The musician/ singer was so modest and showed he really enjoyed his job. Shuttle bus was very helpful. The location of the hotel was picturesque! We had a Wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were impeccably cleaned, sheets and towels changed! Evening turn down service was excellent. We would like to thank these ladies for making us feel so comfortable! Our thanks to the Management. We are looking forward to visit again.

A big thumbs up to the waiters, they were all very quick, friendly and helpful plus the cleaning lady did a very good job.
