Congrats for this amazing farmhouse, we loved our stay - the amazing swimming pool, the view is stunning on Verona, the terrace for the diner is really nice. The only thing is that when we bought some wines, no one was there for any recommendations. A man was sitting in the room on his computer and didn’t even talk to us. If you want to sell/promote your products, having someone advising at the checkout or checkin could raise your selling.

This was our 1st trip to Italy and we spent 7 days in various locations. We stayed here for our last 2 days and it was the highlight of our trip. My biggest regret is that we didn't stay an extra day. While there is some room for improvement, the location and service was unbeatable and we would absolutely stay again if we ever have the chance!

Das Hotel und das Restaurant liegen sehr gut und bieten einen fantastischen Blick, aber auch eine wunderbare Möglichkeit zum Entspannen. Wenn jetzt noch der Empfang an der Rezeption mit einem Lächeln und mehr gastgeberischer Herzlichkeit, der Poolbereich tagsüber etwas mehr mit Elan und Sauberkeit geführt werden würde, wäre alles perfekt. Beim Einchecken würde ich auch immer abfragen, ob Interesse an einer Weinverkostung oder an Produkten des Hauses besteht. Wir hatten beispielsweise durchaus Interesse am Wein des Hauses, waren uns aber nicht im Klaren darüber, wer uns kurz beraten könnte oder wie wir etwas kaufen können. Als wir beim Auschecken nachfragen wollten, hatten wir das Gefühl, dass es das Rezeptionsteam eilig hatte, weil noch mehr Leute gleichzeitig Auschecken wollten. So haben wir dann leider keinen Wein mehr oder andere Produkte gekauft. :( Ansonsten würden wir das Hotel trotzdem, alleine wegen der schönen Lage und der wirklich toll angelegten Anlage, weiterempfehlen. Rachel and Dan's wedding weekend was absolutely perfect! Our guests had a fabulous time and truly loved your beautiful property. The food, the wine (we'll definitely be ordering some!), the pool, and the breathtaking views were all spectacular. We were there for a wedding so not the usual experience. Unless people know that the units are spread out, they may not know about walking distances to the main area. Maybe you should ask people about their mobility needs. We were fine but some people may not be able to climb 3 flights of stairs.

I would like to thank the receptionist and management for the fact that when there was a problem with our initial room / there was an ant infestation /, they immediately responded despite the late hour and accommodated us in a larger room. First of all, I would like to apologize for the delay in sending this message. My partner, Manuela, and I stayed from the 22nd to the 23rd, and I truly don’t have words to fully describe this experience, but I will try. The purpose of this stay was to propose to my girlfriend. I had a few things planned, but doing it alone would have been almost impossible. We arrived and were welcomed by Stefano, who makes any six-star hotel concierge seem ordinary. Extremely kind and courteous, he introduced us to the property and later helped me begin the preparations for the proposal. He informed me that when I returned, another team would be on duty and that Beatrice would be responsible for reception. She was just as exceptional as Stefano , she recognized who I was without me having to say a word, and as soon as I managed to distract Manuela, we began organizing everything. I then met Simone, who would be responsible for our service and later for dinner, and once again I was amazed by the level of service and professionalism. His dinner recommendations were impeccable, with service worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant, yet with the lightness and originality that the Vineria di San Mattia truly deserves. After dinner, we went to the room, which was beautiful in every detail. The next morning, we went to breakfast and, to complete the experience, we were welcomed by Sarah, who prepared an incredible cappuccino to accompany all the wonderful items that were served. The ambient music with piano, the presentation of the breakfast, and the quality of everything were simply outstanding. Congratulations to the entire team and also to the person responsible for making all of this possible. I worked for more than 20 years in restaurants and hospitality, and I have never seen a team so efficient and genuinely happy with their work — which perfectly explains such a special place, with incredible energy and impeccable service. We will see you at our wedding, because after all of this, Verona and especially the Farmhouse, has become a mandatory stop on our trips to Italy.

Complimenti allo staff e al cibo di qualità, potrei consigliare di aggiungere un vasetto del vostro miele alla colazione in quanto era presente solo il favo , buonissimo ma molto asciutto quindi si faceva fatica per poterlo mettere per esempio come mia abitudine nel cappuccino. Altro consiglio che potrei darvi sarebbe installare qualche aspiratore nella sala ristorazione in quanto uno degli ospiti presenti alla cena ha ordinato la fiorentina ma appena è arrivata sopra la piastra calda al tavolo non si respirava più dal fumo che faceva 😅… materasso della camera n5 abbastanza scomodo.. per il resto ripeto tutto ottimo dallo staff al cibo 👍

Nel complesso abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole e abbiamo apprezzato molto l’atmosfera e l’ospitalità dell’agriturismo. Un piccolo suggerimento riguarda la temperatura interna. Comprendiamo che la temperatura consigliata in Italia sia intorno ai 21°C, tuttavia per gli ospiti asiatici, in particolare per le persone anziane, può risultare un po’ fredda. Se possibile, l’aggiunta di una stufa supplementare o una maggiore flessibilità nel riscaldamento potrebbe rendere il soggiorno più confortevole per gli ospiti più sensibili al freddo. Un altro suggerimento riguarda la segnaletica e le indicazioni esterne. Anche se non abbiamo partecipato all’esperienza enologica, riteniamo che una maggiore presenza di indicazioni o brevi spiegazioni all’interno della tenuta potrebbe aiutare gli ospiti a comprendere meglio e a esplorare la proprietà. Attualmente si riesce a vedere solo una piccola parte della struttura; una guida più chiara potrebbe stimolare l’interesse e invogliare gli ospiti a scoprire l’intera tenuta o a partecipare a future visite guidate. Vi ringraziamo ancora per la splendida esperienza e speriamo che questi suggerimenti possano essere utili per migliorare ulteriormente il soggiorno dei futuri ospiti.

Piccole note per rendere ancora più piacevole il soggiorno per gli ospiti: insonorizzare o isolare meglio le camere, eravamo nella 36 e sentivamo bene le camere adiacenti. Panorama stupendo dal terrazzino ma magari mettere tende più spesso perché la luce è molto forte dalle prime ore del mattino. Questi sono solo spunti di miglioramento, il soggiorno è già perfetto anche così

I would like to thank for absolutely amazing staff who looked after us. Everyone was extremely friendly, funny, but most of all they knew the answer to any question about wine, food and accommodation. Simply right people in the right positions. We loved the place, the variations of different terraces and places for relaxation. We totally fall in love with your place and will definitely come again. We did not try all the wine yet! :-)

At the evening when we arrived, we felt really welcomed at the reception and we could still go for diner at the restaurant. The restaurant staff were very friendly and the food and atmosphere was brilliant. One small complaint about the house were we stayed; the room was not cleaned and the towels were not changed. We had a very good time as your guests, thank you very much! As one of several families with children present, we wondered whether it would be possible to have a few activities for children on the large grounds (away from the guests without children so as not to disturb them), e.g. playground, football pitch, table tennis, social room with card games or similar. Then it would certainly be interesting to stay longer.

We had a fantastic experience at your Farmhouse. From the check-in to breakfast (food and staff), local recommendations (the pool bar hostess - I think Eleanora? and then also Fabio at La Volpe), and in general everything felt comfortable and home-like. Everyone on staff was happy and helpful wherever they could be and it made our 3 days so enjoyable! The location is beautiful and serene and we enjoyed the relaxation.

It was an all-around lovely short break for us, with the reception staff being very helpful in organizing the shuttle bus to the opera performance and the arena. A very good dinner and the beautiful pool with a view of Verona rounded off the fantastic weekend.

Very nice stay as previous times! A most exciting place and philosophy. Two suggestions: would be nice to be able to switch off the air condition, and tilt the door to the terrace
