Our most gratitude to Leon, the chef, who has been an excellent person to wake up and speak to. He was so caring with his service, not to mention giving us such beautiful places to visit. It was genuinely a real pleasure to speak to him each day we had breakfast. Not to mention, his breakfast was impeccable, such taste in such simple delicacies, with his comedic humour on the side. Honestly what a lovely character. This goes without saying, every single member of staff was exceptional in their hospitality. We were in awe at how wonderful and helpful they were. We had a wonderful stay, so peaceful and relaxing after full-on days exploring Milan. I did not catch his name, but the member of staff at the check-in desk was so lovely and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel and room was excellent. The lobby smells amazing and is such an inviting welcome when you arrive. Excellent customer service from both the reception staff and the spa staff. I appreciated the eco options for room cleaning such as not requiring new bedding or towels. We used both the spa facilities and the gym. Both were small but very clean and with good facilities and we enjoyed having them. The room was comfortable, very clean and with good facilities such as the double sink and bath products. The mini fridge was well stocked and more affordable than most I have seen and the bed is the most comfortable we have had in any hotel!

Our short stay at the hotel was terrific in almost every way (see below). We didn’t have time to sample either breakfast or the restaurant as we were there for only 3 nights so wanted to enjoy as much of Milan as possible (in spite of the heat!). Staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was great but with too few English channels on the television if we were staying longer. Really enjoyable. Thank you very much.

Oh my god! I am so pleased with my overall experience. It was between this hotel and another but I took this one by chance. I am so glad I didn’t listen to the reviews, and formed my own opinion. When I checked in I was greeted with such a warmth welcoming. The lady at breakfast so pleasant, smiley and made our mornings. The chef so accommodating and friendly. Thank you for the added birthday treats left in the hotel room - such a lovely touch. Even months before coming to stay I had a lot of questions and all my emails were responded to in a timey manner. I just want to say a big thank you to all staff (reception, bar, breakfast, chef, housekeeping) and I’m sorry I didn’t catch anyones full name.

it is not my first stay in the Enterprise hotel and it won't be the last one. i feel at home. i am always happy to see again the same person working at the hotel especially at Sophia's restaurant during breakfast. i am fond of the hotel. We were staying in Milan for 3 days in the end but only stayed here one night. This was our first time at this hotel and we were absolutely drenched from the rain and so so tired. We were offered an early check in and also an upgrade. This really meant the world to us. Things like that never happen to us. Thank you so much!

La gentilezza e disponibilità del personale è stata squisita; abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con la camera - un quadro elettrico che ronzava troppo forte - e si sono adoperati in ogni modo e con infinita gentilezza per sistemare l'inconveniente e accomodarci. Abbiamo inoltre apprezzato il dettaglio non marginale degli ombrelli a disposizione degli ospiti, dato che quella sera ha iniziato a piovere e nessuna di noi aveva un ombrello con sé. Sono quelle piccole cose che distinguono un posto di lusso da un posto di lusso in cui l'attenzione al cliente è centrale. Ambienti comuni splendidi, un buffet di colazione delizioso e abbondante, e un occhio alla tematica ambientale ben presente in tutti gli ambienti. Davvero complimenti.

We arrived late, ant the restaurant still had opportunity to serve us dinner, but the receptionist was more reluctant so we went straight to the restaurant to Get a table. Also, they wanted to add tip to the restaurant when we checked out. The restaurant itself tas fine, but the serving Took a long time to Get, even though most tales har already har their food.
