Excellent customer service from both the reception staff and the spa staff. I appreciated the eco options for room cleaning such as not requiring new bedding or towels. We used both the spa facilities and the gym. Both were small but very clean and with good facilities and we enjoyed having them. The room was comfortable, very clean and with good facilities such as the double sink and bath products. The mini fridge was well stocked and more affordable than most I have seen and the bed is the most comfortable we have had in any hotel!

Not only did he get a proper dog bed,it was covered with a blanket and your provided a new dog toy for me. We enjoyed a 2 night stay at enterprise hotels from 15th-17th August. The service from start to finish was amazing, the hotel staff were very friendly and extremely helpful when helping us decide on transport to lake como and the airport. We came back to our room spotless every night, there was a nice selection of foods at breakfast time. This was our first time visiting the city and we are very grateful for a lovely stay, we will be back when we’re next in the city! Thankyou

Oh my god! I am so pleased with my overall experience. It was between this hotel and another but I took this one by chance. I am so glad I didn’t listen to the reviews, and formed my own opinion. When I checked in I was greeted with such a warmth welcoming. The lady at breakfast so pleasant, smiley and made our mornings. The chef so accommodating and friendly. Thank you for the added birthday treats left in the hotel room - such a lovely touch. Even months before coming to stay I had a lot of questions and all my emails were responded to in a timey manner. I just want to say a big thank you to all staff (reception, bar, breakfast, chef, housekeeping) and I’m sorry I didn’t catch anyones full name.

La gentilezza e disponibilità del personale è stata squisita; abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con la camera - un quadro elettrico che ronzava troppo forte - e si sono adoperati in ogni modo e con infinita gentilezza per sistemare l'inconveniente e accomodarci. Abbiamo inoltre apprezzato il dettaglio non marginale degli ombrelli a disposizione degli ospiti, dato che quella sera ha iniziato a piovere e nessuna di noi aveva un ombrello con sé. Sono quelle piccole cose che distinguono un posto di lusso da un posto di lusso in cui l'attenzione al cliente è centrale.
