Our most gratitude to Leon, the chef, who has been an excellent person to wake up and speak to. He was so caring with his service, not to mention giving us such beautiful places to visit. It was genuinely a real pleasure to speak to him each day we had breakfast. Not to mention, his breakfast was impeccable, such taste in such simple delicacies, with his comedic humour on the side. Excellent customer service from both the reception staff and the spa staff. I appreciated the eco options for room cleaning such as not requiring new bedding or towels. We used both the spa facilities and the gym. Both were small but very clean and with good facilities and we enjoyed having them. The room was comfortable, very clean and with good facilities such as the double sink and bath products. The mini fridge was well stocked and more affordable than most I have seen and the bed is the most comfortable we have had in any hotel!

Le petit déjeuner fut d'ailleurs très complet, l'ensemble des produits sont de qualité et nous avons apprécié le choix et la fraicheur du buffet.

Oh my god! I am so pleased with my overall experience. It was between this hotel and another but I took this one by chance. I am so glad I didn’t listen to the reviews, and formed my own opinion. When I checked in I was greeted with such a warmth welcoming. The lady at breakfast so pleasant, smiley and made our mornings. The chef so accommodating and friendly. Thank you for the added birthday treats left in the hotel room - such a lovely touch. Even months before coming to stay I had a lot of questions and all my emails were responded to in a timey manner. I just want to say a big thank you to all staff (reception, bar, breakfast, chef, housekeeping) and I’m sorry I didn’t catch anyones full name.

Very nice quirky, chic hotel. The staff were all very helpful and spoke excellent English - apologies my Italian is not so good.(learning). I cannot truly answer in terms of "value for money" as my reservation was booked by my company, so I did not see the bill. If not too expensive, I would happily stay again with friends or famiy.
