Beds are way, way, way to hard and the pillows are pretty awful. Either too hard or super lumpy. Room got stifling hot the first night. I found out that we could request the heat to be turned off for the rest of the stay, but we suffered the first night.

No puedo dejar de felicitar a todo el personal por su excelente atención (servicio de limpieza, recepción, desayuno), porque es, sencillamente, impecable. Todos, sin excepción, han sido amables, eficientes y resolutivos. Ante cualquier duda o petición, en todo momento han estado prestos a ayudar o a resolver la cuestión de una forma cortés y con una sonrisa por bandera. Mención especial a Leisy, del personal del servicio de desayuno, por su cariño, cercanía y afabilidad, aunque sin hacer de menos al resto de sus compañeros, ni mucho menos. Es solo que, al hablar español, la comunicación con un español que no habla inglés es mucho más fácil, obviamente.

Our most gratitude to Leon, the chef, who has been an excellent person to wake up and speak to. He was so caring with his service, not to mention giving us such beautiful places to visit. Excellent customer service from both the reception staff and the spa staff. I appreciated the eco options for room cleaning such as not requiring new bedding or towels. We used both the spa facilities and the gym. Both were small but very clean and with good facilities and we enjoyed having them. The room was comfortable, very clean and with good facilities such as the double sink and bath products. The mini fridge was well stocked and more affordable than most I have seen and the bed is the most comfortable we have had in any hotel!

Our short stay at the hotel was terrific in almost every way (see below). We didn’t have time to sample either breakfast or the restaurant as we were there for only 3 nights so wanted to enjoy as much of Milan as possible (in spite of the heat!). Staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was great but with too few English channels on the television if we were staying longer. Really enjoyable. Thank you very much.

Da 2012, resto a Enterprise quando sono in Milano - mi senti sempre a casa. Enterprise è FANTASTIC. Lo staff (sopratutto della sala della colazione) e il design sono i migliori. Grazie anche ai ragazzi della reception - lo staff cambia spesso lì, ma sono sempre accoglienti.

The shower screen in the bathroom was not long enough so the bathroom floor got very wet to step out on to even with the bath mat. Also the plug in the bath was not working properly.
