Our short stay at the hotel was terrific in almost every way (see below). We didn’t have time to sample either breakfast or the restaurant as we were there for only 3 nights so wanted to enjoy as much of Milan as possible (in spite of the heat!). Staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was great but with too few English channels on the television if we were staying longer. Really enjoyable. Thank you very much.

Oh my god! I am so pleased with my overall experience. It was between this hotel and another but I took this one by chance. I am so glad I didn’t listen to the reviews, and formed my own opinion. When I checked in I was greeted with such a warmth welcoming. The lady at breakfast so pleasant, smiley and made our mornings. The chef so accommodating and friendly. Thank you for the added birthday treats left in the hotel room - such a lovely touch. Even months before coming to stay I had a lot of questions and all my emails were responded to in a timey manner. La gentilezza e disponibilità del personale è stata squisita; abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con la camera - un quadro elettrico che ronzava troppo forte - e si sono adoperati in ogni modo e con infinita gentilezza per sistemare l'inconveniente e accomodarci. Abbiamo inoltre apprezzato il dettaglio non marginale degli ombrelli a disposizione degli ospiti, dato che quella sera ha iniziato a piovere e nessuna di noi aveva un ombrello con sé. Sono quelle piccole cose che distinguono un posto di lusso da un posto di lusso in cui l'attenzione al cliente è centrale. Ambienti comuni splendidi, un buffet di colazione delizioso e abbondante, e un occhio alla tematica ambientale ben presente in tutti gli ambienti. Davvero complimenti.

We stayed at the Enterprise hotel between 13-16 August '24. ALL the hotel staff we encountered were extremely polite and helpful - a real credit to the hotel! However, we would like to specifically mention the two members of bar staff that served us on the nights of 13 and 14 August (One lady and one gentleman). They will remember us as the 'two Chiantis' couple! They made our stay so welcoming with their fantastic service that they should be congratulated and acknowledged - Bravo and thank you!!
