No puedo dejar de felicitar a todo el personal por su excelente atención (servicio de limpieza, recepción, desayuno), porque es, sencillamente, impecable. Todos, sin excepción, han sido amables, eficientes y resolutivos. Ante cualquier duda o petición, en todo momento han estado prestos a ayudar o a resolver la cuestión de una forma cortés y con una sonrisa por bandera. Mención especial a Leisy, del personal del servicio de desayuno, por su cariño, cercanía y afabilidad, aunque sin hacer de menos al resto de sus compañeros, ni mucho menos. Es solo que, al hablar español, la comunicación con un español que no habla inglés es mucho más fácil, obviamente.

Our most gratitude to Leon, the chef, who has been an excellent person to wake up and speak to. He was so caring with his service, not to mention giving us such beautiful places to visit. The cleanliness of the hotel and room was excellent. The lobby smells amazing and is such an inviting welcome when you arrive. Excellent customer service from both the reception staff and the spa staff. I appreciated the eco options for room cleaning such as not requiring new bedding or towels. We used both the spa facilities and the gym. Both were small but very clean and with good facilities and we enjoyed having them. The room was comfortable, very clean and with good facilities such as the double sink and bath products. The mini fridge was well stocked and more affordable than most I have seen and the bed is the most comfortable we have had in any hotel!
