I had a lovely relaxing holiday at the Felix Hotel, and would certainly like to return one day. I’d also like to try your other hotels. The cleaning, restaurant and reception staff were all friendly and helpful. I particularly liked the way food was served: much more hygienic, with less waste. My room was spacious and well laid out, and the balcony, with its comfortable chairs, was lovely.

L'établissement est tres agréable. Belle décoration. Belle espace ds notre chambre. Grand balcon. Pour la salle d'eau mon épouse a trouvé le lai A l'accueil les personnes sont tres disponibles. Nous arrivions pas a mettre la cafetière en marche et arrêter la clim, une jeune femme est montee et venue nous expliquer dans notre chambre. Pour la salle d'eau mon epouse a trouvé devant le grand miroir un petit peu juste.

We loved our stay at your hotel. We arrived early and our room was ready for us. The room actually looked better than the photos online. The breakfast is fabulous. So much choice and the girls serving are always smiling and helpful. One morning there were no roasted tomatoes but the staff came over and found me with a pot of freshly made ones. The reception team are a credit to your hotel and nothing was too much trouble for them. We loved the rooftop bar and it was great to be able to eat and drink there. The hotel is very clean throughout and our room was spotless! We loved the little touches of a coffee maker in the room also. We will definitely recommend your hotel and we will be back!

A really lovely stay! The reception staff are so welcoming and warm . All service staff were delightful and nothing was too much trouble . I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. It’s a pity Olbia isn’t so wonderful- a bit tatty with litter.

Reception staff were excellent. Our flight was cancelled so had to stay overnight and they were so helpful. Food in rooftop bar in the evening was excellent, unlike the breakfast eggs and bacon which was terrible.

Other than the issue with the lights the hotel stay was pretty good. Staff were brilliant, the pools and spa were lovely, the evening meal was very nice, I think the bar man missed out the triple sec from my margarita but he was so nice I didn’t want to say anything. Overall very nice. Thank you.

Alloggiato per lavoro. Sono quasi sicuro sia il miglior albergo di Olbia per personale, eleganza, stanze e servizi. Meraviglioso in tutto, camere bellissime, grandi, con tutti i confort. Poi che dire sull'albergo, 2 piscine, una addirittura sul tetto, colazioni eccezionali, pranzi e cene stellati, tutto buonissimo, SPA, staff impeccabile. Le receptionist sono squisite, disponibili, eleganti e simpatiche (in particolar modo ricordo Elena e Carla, ma sono bravi tutti). Qualsiasi cosa hai bisogno, ti aiutano in un colpo d'occhio. Dalla reception alla ristorazione, dal personale ai piani agli addetti alla pulizia e alla manutenzione, abbiamo incontrato persone sempre disponibili, attente e professionali. Un particolare apprezzamento va anche alla loro presenza e disponibilità a qualsiasi ora, anche durante la notte, un aspetto che abbiamo davvero molto apprezzato. Siamo una famiglia di 3 persone 45,37 e 5 anni. Viviamo in Sardegna ma viaggiamo tanto per lavoro, specialmente negli Emirati e in Usa. Ci rechiamo ad Olbia per lavoro e per piacere, mi pare che questa sia la terza o la quarta volta che utilizziamo la Vs struttura, talvolta per una notte, altre volte per una settimana, stavolta per 3 notti. Utlizziamo sempre tutti i Vs servizi, piscina, palestra e entrambi i ristoranti. L’esperienza è sempre di livello molto alto anche perché il personale (che nel tempo è sempre lo stesso) rende tutto perfetto…e veramente noi ci sentiamo di casa. Mio figlio vuole soggiornare solo da voi perché veramente viene trattato come un ospite speciale, conosce tutti e tutti gli danno più attenzioni possibili. Complimenti per il team che lavora nella Vs struttura perché fà davvero la differenza, non ci è mai capitato in Sardegna di trovare un accoglienza di questi livelli, mediamente darei alle strutture sarde voto 5…la Vs struttura merita e conferma un 10 bello pieno!!!…Voglio spendere una parola in più per i vostri due ristoranti, dove a parere nostro, sono i ristoranti dove si mangia meglio ad Olbia!…Ci vediamo al prossimo soggiorno. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we loved the hotel and facilities but were even more impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I n particular the reception staff were always very helpful and I would like to make a special mention of the excellent service we received from Fabrizio - very helpful in serving food and drinks to the poolside and also for coffee at breakfast. We stayed for a weekend and then and extra night after sailing to celebrate my fathers 80th birthday. Felix hotel was a perfect choice for our stay. many THANKS! PS - can you tell me where you get your pillows- they are very comfortable!

Sehr gute Besetzung des Buchungsbüros/Guest relations und der Rezeption! Jederzeit ansprechbar, sehr freundlich und kompetent wurden wir von der Buchung bis Check-out herausragend gut wahrgenommen. Die Crew half immer mit Rat & Tat zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit! Tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Mietwagen und sogar den Strandsonnenschirm haben wir dort bekommen. Das Frühstück war sehr reichlich und geschmackvoll. Wir wurden imner sehr freundlich und aufmerksam bedient. Mit dem großen Parkplatz, sehr sauberem Pool und dem sehr sauberen, modernen Zimmer mit großem Balkon, sehr bequemen Betten und flauschigen Handtüchern fühlten wir uns sehr wohl. Unsere Klimaanlage säuselte kaum wahrnehmbar und sorgte für ein angenehmes Raumklima. Wir bedanken uns für eine wunderschöne Woche und freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen!

Wir waren super glücklich ihr Haus ausgewählt zu haben! Der Service an der Rezeption war Weltklasse weil man immer ein offenes Ohr hatte und zu jeder Zeit für Lösungen bereit war. Besonders der Service am Abreisetag uns die Möglichkeit zu geben unser Hauptgepäck nach dem Checkout abzustellen, Handtücher für den Strand zu erhalten und danach nochmals zu duschen inkl. neuer Handtücher ist keine Selbstverständlichkeit und dennoch eine super schöne Geste. Auch klasse war das man sich einen großen Strandschirm kostenlos an der Rezeption ausleihen konnte Wenn es uns wieder nach Olbia zieht wird das Hotel Felix unsere erste Adresse bleiben

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Felix olbia. Every staff member we dealt with was polite and super helpful. The hotel was very clean and all the facilities were in great condition. The pools were both amazing, and the location makes it very easy to access the beautiful nearby beaches and head into the center of Olbia for food and entertainment. Will definitely return!

We are currently having a very pleasant stay at Hotel Felix Olbia. The reception is friendly and professional, with clear explanations about the facilities and the hotel. The service throughout our stay is excellent. The accommodation itself is beautiful and well maintained. We are staying in the Spa Suite, which is a lovely room overall. The jacuzzi is clean, but there are a few points that need attention: the headrests are loose and should be repaired. The balcony could also be improved. It lacks privacy, as there are no dividers between the balconies, and the plant boxes are empty, making the space feel somewhat bare. The spa is a great addition to the stay. The Turkish steam bath and Finnish sauna are very enjoyable. The relaxation area is wonderfully calm, with drinks, fruit, and a nut bar available, which makes it extra comfortable. The fitness area is a bit disappointing. It consists of a treadmill, a bike, and a cross trainer, along with a small bench and a limited set of weights. This is quite basic and below expectations for a hotel of this standard. We had to check out early, and the evening before we were asked if we would like to take a breakfast box with us. We were able to choose what we wanted ourselves—this was very well arranged. Overall, we are having a pleasant stay with excellent service and a beautiful room. Definitely worth repeating.

We had dinner twice in the ground floor restaurant. The quality of the meals has improved. Our son is a Volotea airlines captain, and we come to Olbia a few times to visit him. We want to thank you very much for this pleasant stay. After we informed the manager about our shower situation, you instantly looked for solutions and offered us a new room and a treated us with the spa for free. Even though we decided not to change the room, as we were too lazy to switch, you repaired the shower immediately. We thank you a lot for this service and the way were treated. All employees have been very friendly, welcoming and supportive. We felt absolutely comfortable and in case we come back to Olbia, we would love to stay again at your hotel.
