Sehr freundliches Personal, besonderer Dank an die Dame an der Rezeption, die Deutsch spricht. Es stellte sich heraus, dass ich die Reservierung falsch gemacht hatte, und wir haben sofort Hilfe bekommen. Das Personal war stets lächelnd, die Zimmer sauber, das Frühstück auf hohem Niveau – es wurde vom Personal ausgegeben, was ich für eine sehr gute Idee halte, sowohl aus hygienischen Gründen als auch zur Vermeidung von Verschwendung. Kostenloser Parkplatz und ein Hallenbad – besonders positiv bei wechselhaftem Wetter im April. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Hotel.

We decided to try the new rooftop restaurant during our stay. The ambience is simple yet elegant with an inviting pool deck. The menu has varied proposals and we tried several dishes. My only regret was that we didn’t have more days in Olbia in order to have more meals at the riodtop and try all items on the menu. Every dish we ordered went well beyond our expectation. I would do the restaurant a disservice if I listed my favorite, all dishes celebrated the palate. Suffice it to say that we have already planned another trip to Olbia.

Votre hôtel était un des plus sympas de notre tour en Sardaigne. Si nous revenons en Sardaigne à titre individuel, nous réserverons chez vous. Les seules remarques sont celles que j'ai émises auparavant et que je vous rappelle ci-dessous ( la dernière remarque est importante pour l'image de marque de l'hôtel) : La bouteille d'eau dans la chambre 106 était ouverte et bue à moitié la nuit du jeudi 16 au vendredi 17 mai, avec le groupe de touristes français. Le repas du soir était mal équilibré, pâtes en entrée, frites avec escalope : svp, plus de légumes , merci Le matelas du lit chambre 106 était trop mou (matelas à mémoire de forme ?) Il n'y avait que 2 personnes à l'accueil pour distribuer les clés à l'arrivée d'un groupe de 40 personnes => mettre plus de monde dans cette situation d'arrivée massive. Personnel d'accueil plutôt accueillant sauf une personne, qui semblait être une responsable, et qui a eu du mal à comprendre que mon mari désirait payer les charges avec sa carte bancaire alors qu'il les avait déjà payées en cash et demandait un remboursement du cash. Il voulait récupérer du cash pour pouvoir acheter des billets de bus n° 2. (Cette personne se reconnaîtra). Après avoir insisté, la responsable a cédé et lui a permis de récupérer son billet de 10€. Personne trop stricte et peu souriante qui donne la seule mauvaise image de l'hôtel. L'événement a été remonté à la guide et au tour opérateur.
