We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Felix olbia. Every staff member we dealt with was polite and super helpful. The hotel was very clean and all the facilities were in great condition. The pools were both amazing, and the location makes it very easy to access the beautiful nearby beaches and head into the center of Olbia for food and entertainment. Will definitely return!

Si percepisce subito la grande attenzione ai dettagli e alla qualità. Il letto era semplicemente eccezionale: materasso, topper e cuscini offrivano un comfort straordinario. È stato uno dei letti più comodi su cui abbiamo mai dormito in un hotel. Un ringraziamento speciale a tutto il personale, sempre cordiale, professionale e disponibile. Ci siamo sentiti davvero i benvenuti. Anche la colazione era eccellente, con prodotti di qualità e un’ampia scelta. Complimenti alla Direzione e a tutto il team per l’ottimo lavoro. We are currently having a very pleasant stay at Hotel Felix Olbia. The reception is friendly and professional, with clear explanations about the facilities and the hotel. The service throughout our stay is excellent. The accommodation itself is beautiful and well maintained. We are staying in the Spa Suite, which is a lovely room overall. The jacuzzi is clean, but there are a few points that need attention: the headrests are loose and should be repaired. The balcony could also be improved. It lacks privacy, as there are no dividers between the balconies, and the plant boxes are empty, making the space feel somewhat bare. The spa is a great addition to the stay. The Turkish steam bath and Finnish sauna are very enjoyable. The relaxation area is wonderfully calm, with drinks, fruit, and a nut bar available, which makes it extra comfortable. The fitness area is a bit disappointing. It consists of a treadmill, a bike, and a cross trainer, along with a small bench and a limited set of weights. This is quite basic and below expectations for a hotel of this standard. We had to check out early, and the evening before we were asked if we would like to take a breakfast box with us. We were able to choose what we wanted ourselves—this was very well arranged. Overall, we are having a pleasant stay with excellent service and a beautiful room. Definitely worth repeating.

All the staff, from the reception area, to the restaurant, to the spa staff, and to the ladies cleaning the room were always very friendly and efficient. We had dinner twice in the ground floor restaurant. The quality of the meals has improved. Our son is a Volotea airlines captain, and we come to Olbia a few times to visit him. We will choose to come to the Felix Olbia Hotel again.

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times. Initially I stayed in Olbia only for one night as a middle stop before flights or cruise transfers. Now the Felix Hotel has become an intended stop even for a few nights. The staff is professional, the management is attentive on all accounts and the “more bang for your buck” expression holds up entirely. I strongly recommend the rooftop restaurant, innovative and appropriate for all palates.

Wir waren zwei Nächte in Ihrem Haus und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Damen der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, so dass wir eher einchecken konnten. Das Frühstücksbüffet ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und sehr sauber. Ihr Hotel ist eine Empfehlung.

Das Personal war immer freundlich und reagierte sofort. Die Räumlichkeiten waren alle sehr sauber. Es ist für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt alles vorhanden. Die Zimmerreinigung war sehr ordentlich und das Personal des Housekeepings arbeitete professionell und dezent. Das Servicepersonal war ebenfalls sehr professionell, aufmerksam und sehr gastfreundlich. Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt im Hotel Felix Olbia gut gefallen, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und wir freuen uns bereits auf ein hoffentlich baldiges Wiedersehen. Gerne empfehlen wir Ihr Haus auch an Freunde, Familie und Bekannte weiter.
