After we informed the manager about our shower situation, you instantly looked for solutions and offered us a new room and a treated us with the spa for free. Even though we decided not to change the room, as we were too lazy to switch, you repaired the shower immediately. We thank you a lot for this service and the way were treated. All employees have been very friendly, welcoming and supportive. We felt absolutely comfortable and in case we come back to Olbia, we would love to stay again at your hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times. Initially I stayed in Olbia only for one night as a middle stop before flights or cruise transfers. Now the Felix Hotel has become an intended stop even for a few nights. The staff is professional, the management is attentive on all accounts and the “more bang for your buck” expression holds up entirely. I strongly recommend the rooftop restaurant, innovative and appropriate for all palates.

Massive thank you to the team at Felix. We only stayed for 1 night as we had an early flight to catch, but I wish we stayed for more. The facilities were lovely and clean, the rooftop pool was a highlight during sunset. and the front desk staff were super friendly and accommodating.. They even arranged for us to have a take away breakfast! 100% would visit again!
