We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Felix in Olbia. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout our visit, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options each morning. One of the highlights was the comfort of the room—the bed, pillows, and air conditioning were outstanding, especially by European hotel standards. After many nights of travel, a comfortable night’s sleep was greatly appreciated. The rooftop pool and café were wonderful amenities, providing a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful views. The entire property, including our room, was impeccably clean and well maintained. We would gladly stay at Hotel Felix again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Olbia and Sardinia.

We are currently having a very pleasant stay at Hotel Felix Olbia. The reception is friendly and professional, with clear explanations about the facilities and the hotel. The service throughout our stay is excellent. The accommodation itself is beautiful and well maintained. We are staying in the Spa Suite, which is a lovely room overall. The jacuzzi is clean, but there are a few points that need attention: the headrests are loose and should be repaired. The balcony could also be improved. It lacks privacy, as there are no dividers between the balconies, and the plant boxes are empty, making the space feel somewhat bare. The spa is a great addition to the stay. The Turkish steam bath and Finnish sauna are very enjoyable. The relaxation area is wonderfully calm, with drinks, fruit, and a nut bar available, which makes it extra comfortable. The fitness area is a bit disappointing. It consists of a treadmill, a bike, and a cross trainer, along with a small bench and a limited set of weights. This is quite basic and below expectations for a hotel of this standard. We had to check out early, and the evening before we were asked if we would like to take a breakfast box with us. We were able to choose what we wanted ourselves—this was very well arranged. Overall, we are having a pleasant stay with excellent service and a beautiful room. Definitely worth repeating.

Besonders loben möcht ich eine Bedienung beim Frühstücksbuffet. Sie hat so eine freundliche und positive Art und damit das Frühstück zu einem besonderen Highlight gemacht. Der weitere Service war, mit einer Ausnahme, auch äußerst entgegenkommend. Vielleicht hat auch der eine Kellner keinen guten Tag gehabt ( er war höflich aber wirkte etwas unmotiviert).

All the staff, from the reception area, to the restaurant, to the spa staff, and to the ladies cleaning the room were always very friendly and efficient. We had dinner twice in the ground floor restaurant. The quality of the meals has improved. Our son is a Volotea airlines captain, and we come to Olbia a few times to visit him. We will choose to come to the Felix Olbia Hotel again.

After we informed the manager about our shower situation, you instantly looked for solutions and offered us a new room and a treated us with the spa for free. Even though we decided not to change the room, as we were too lazy to switch, you repaired the shower immediately. We thank you a lot for this service and the way were treated. All employees have been very friendly, welcoming and supportive. We felt absolutely comfortable and in case we come back to Olbia, we would love to stay again at your hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times. Initially I stayed in Olbia only for one night as a middle stop before flights or cruise transfers. Now the Felix Hotel has become an intended stop even for a few nights. The staff is professional, the management is attentive on all accounts and the “more bang for your buck” expression holds up entirely. I strongly recommend the rooftop restaurant, innovative and appropriate for all palates.

The facilities were lovely and clean, the rooftop pool was a highlight during sunset. and the front desk staff were super friendly and accommodating.. Jede Person in ihrem Haus von Putzfrau bis zu den wunderbaren Empfangsdamen waren jederzeit freundlich , hilfsbereit und immer höflich . Wir fühlten uns deshalb sehr wohl und unglaublich liebevoll behandelt. Bravo und seien sie froh solche Mitarbeiter zu haben.

Besonders möchte ich die Freundlichkeit der jungen Frauen im Service hervorheben. Die beiden waren unglaublich. Leider habe ich keinen Namen, ob morgens, mittags oder abends, über die gesamte Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes waren die beiden unfassbar aufmerksam und hatten immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht und waren so sehr lieb und freundlich. Der Empfang an der Reception ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im gleichen gilt das auch für den Service am Frühstücksbüffet sowie auf der Rooftop Bar. Im Grundsatz gilt; Qualität kennt keine Abkürzung und lässt sich durch weiterhin sorgfältiger Arbeit, Aufmerksamkeit sowie weiteren Anstrengungen stetig ausbauen. We’ve had a very pleasant stay for 10 days at the hotel. The staff at the restaurant en reception is friendly en accurate. The rooms where beautiful and clean. We would love to come back again.
