Sehr gute Besetzung des Buchungsbüros/Guest relations und der Rezeption! Jederzeit ansprechbar, sehr freundlich und kompetent wurden wir von der Buchung bis Check-out herausragend gut wahrgenommen. Die Crew half immer mit Rat & Tat zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit! Tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Mietwagen und sogar den Strandsonnenschirm haben wir dort bekommen. Das Frühstück war sehr reichlich und geschmackvoll. Wir wurden imner sehr freundlich und aufmerksam bedient. Mit dem großen Parkplatz, sehr sauberem Pool und dem sehr sauberen, modernen Zimmer mit großem Balkon, sehr bequemen Betten und flauschigen Handtüchern fühlten wir uns sehr wohl. Unsere Klimaanlage säuselte kaum wahrnehmbar und sorgte für ein angenehmes Raumklima. Wir bedanken uns für eine wunderschöne Woche und freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen!

Wir waren super glücklich ihr Haus ausgewählt zu haben! Der Service an der Rezeption war Weltklasse weil man immer ein offenes Ohr hatte und zu jeder Zeit für Lösungen bereit war. We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Felix olbia. Every staff member we dealt with was polite and super helpful. The hotel was very clean and all the facilities were in great condition. The pools were both amazing, and the location makes it very easy to access the beautiful nearby beaches and head into the center of Olbia for food and entertainment. Will definitely return!

We are currently having a very pleasant stay at Hotel Felix Olbia. The reception is friendly and professional, with clear explanations about the facilities and the hotel. The service throughout our stay is excellent. The accommodation itself is beautiful and well maintained. We are staying in the Spa Suite, which is a lovely room overall. The jacuzzi is clean, but there are a few points that need attention: the headrests are loose and should be repaired. The balcony could also be improved. It lacks privacy, as there are no dividers between the balconies, and the plant boxes are empty, making the space feel somewhat bare. The spa is a great addition to the stay. The Turkish steam bath and Finnish sauna are very enjoyable. The relaxation area is wonderfully calm, with drinks, fruit, and a nut bar available, which makes it extra comfortable. The fitness area is a bit disappointing. It consists of a treadmill, a bike, and a cross trainer, along with a small bench and a limited set of weights. This is quite basic and below expectations for a hotel of this standard. We had to check out early, and the evening before we were asked if we would like to take a breakfast box with us. We were able to choose what we wanted ourselves—this was very well arranged. Overall, we are having a pleasant stay with excellent service and a beautiful room. Definitely worth repeating.

All the staff, from the reception area, to the restaurant, to the spa staff, and to the ladies cleaning the room were always very friendly and efficient. We had dinner twice in the ground floor restaurant. The quality of the meals has improved. Our son is a Volotea airlines captain, and we come to Olbia a few times to visit him. Wir konnten den Service in Ihrem Haus sehr genießen, besonders auch die Überraschung (Sekt) zu unserer Hochzeitsreise und die großartige Reinigung unseres Zimmers. An der Rezeption sprach nur eine Dame Deutsch. Herzlichen Dank, eine Verstärkung in dieser Hinsicht wäre schön. Ansonsten alles prima, wir kommen gerne wieder. After we informed the manager about our shower situation, you instantly looked for solutions and offered us a new room and a treated us with the spa for free. I have stayed at this hotel a number of times. Initially I stayed in Olbia only for one night as a middle stop before flights or cruise transfers. Now the Felix Hotel has become an intended stop even for a few nights. The staff is professional, the management is attentive on all accounts and the “more bang for your buck” expression holds up entirely. I strongly recommend the rooftop restaurant, innovative and appropriate for all palates.

We'd like to extend a huge thank you to the entire Hotel Felix team, especially to the cleaning staff. I haven't seen a hotel room or common areas so perfectly cleaned in a long time. The cleaning staff deserves extra credit! :) Another compliment goes to the breakfast team. The staff's approach at breakfast was excellent. Every employee was smiling and friendly every day. It's a great Hotel, friendly staff from Reception to Housekeeping and Restaurant. The breakfast had a huge variety of options also catering for tourists. I definitely think the accommodation price is a bit steep, could be that we were there during summer. Overall, great experience.
