After we informed the manager about our shower situation, you instantly looked for solutions and offered us a new room and a treated us with the spa for free. Even though we decided not to change the room, as we were too lazy to switch, you repaired the shower immediately. We thank you a lot for this service and the way were treated. All employees have been very friendly, welcoming and supportive. We felt absolutely comfortable and in case we come back to Olbia, we would love to stay again at your hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times. Initially I stayed in Olbia only for one night as a middle stop before flights or cruise transfers. Now the Felix Hotel has become an intended stop even for a few nights. The staff is professional, the management is attentive on all accounts and the “more bang for your buck” expression holds up entirely. I strongly recommend the rooftop restaurant, innovative and appropriate for all palates.

Massive thank you to the team at Felix. We only stayed for 1 night as we had an early flight to catch, but I wish we stayed for more. The facilities were lovely and clean, the rooftop pool was a highlight during sunset. and the front desk staff were super friendly and accommodating.. Es stellte sich heraus, dass ich die Reservierung falsch gemacht hatte, und wir haben sofort Hilfe bekommen. Das Personal war stets lächelnd, die Zimmer sauber, das Frühstück auf hohem Niveau – es wurde vom Personal ausgegeben, was ich für eine sehr gute Idee halte, sowohl aus hygienischen Gründen als auch zur Vermeidung von Verschwendung. Kostenloser Parkplatz und ein Hallenbad – besonders positiv bei wechselhaftem Wetter im April. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Hotel.

We decided to try the new rooftop restaurant during our stay. The ambience is simple yet elegant with an inviting pool deck. The menu has varied proposals and we tried several dishes. My only regret was that we didn’t have more days in Olbia in order to have more meals at the riodtop and try all items on the menu. Every dish we ordered went well beyond our expectation. I would do the restaurant a disservice if I listed my favorite, all dishes celebrated the palate. Suffice it to say that we have already planned another trip to Olbia.
