I had a lovely relaxing holiday at the Felix Hotel, and would certainly like to return one day. I’d also like to try your other hotels. The cleaning, restaurant and reception staff were all friendly and helpful. I particularly liked the way food was served: much more hygienic, with less waste. My room was spacious and well laid out, and the balcony, with its comfortable chairs, was lovely.

2026-09-25

You have the very best reception staff. Some of the catering staff are also very good

2026-09-24

2026-09-11

We loved our stay at your hotel. We arrived early and our room was ready for us. The room actually looked better than the photos online. The breakfast is fabulous. So much choice and the girls serving are always smiling and helpful. One morning there were no roasted tomatoes but the staff came over and found me with a pot of freshly made ones. The reception team are a credit to your hotel and nothing was too much trouble for them. We loved the rooftop bar and it was great to be able to eat and drink there. The hotel is very clean throughout and our room was spotless! We loved the little touches of a coffee maker in the room also. We will definitely recommend your hotel and we will be back!

2026-09-10

A really lovely stay! The reception staff are so welcoming and warm . All service staff were delightful and nothing was too much trouble . I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. It’s a pity Olbia isn’t so wonderful- a bit tatty with litter.

2026-09-10

Staff were excellent, very friendly and professional. Helped with all our queries and went out of their way to help.

2026-09-10

2026-09-10

Reception staff were excellent. Our flight was cancelled so had to stay overnight and they were so helpful. Food in rooftop bar in the evening was excellent, unlike the breakfast eggs and bacon which was terrible.

Other than the issue with the lights the hotel stay was pretty good. Staff were brilliant, the pools and spa were lovely, the evening meal was very nice, I think the bar man missed out the triple sec from my margarita but he was so nice I didn’t want to say anything. Overall very nice. Thank you.

Veramente PERFETTO. Complimenti per tutto. BRAVI 👌👍

2026-09-01

After our flights cancelled for 2 nights- the Felix hotel Olbia rescued us! Top service from all staff- a huge thank you- will definitely recommend the hotel staff and service- top class many thanks Debbie Linford

2026-08-31

Utlizziamo sempre tutti i Vs servizi, piscina, palestra e entrambi i ristoranti.

2026-08-30

Great hotel and very good employers.

2026-08-30

Thank you for a wonderful stay, we loved the hotel and facilities but were even more impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I n particular the reception staff were always very helpful and I would like to make a special mention of the excellent service we received from Fabrizio - very helpful in serving food and drinks to the poolside and also for coffee at breakfast. We stayed for a weekend and then and extra night after sailing to celebrate my fathers 80th birthday. Felix hotel was a perfect choice for our stay. many THANKS! PS - can you tell me where you get your pillows- they are very comfortable!

2026-08-30

Thank you for a wonderful stay when I celebrated my 80th Birthday with my family. Reception staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. The member of staff who looked after the rooftop pool catering also excelled in every way and is a credit to the hotel.

Ci siamo sentiti davvero i benvenuti. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Felix in Olbia. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout our visit, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options each morning. One of the highlights was the comfort of the room—the bed, pillows, and air conditioning were outstanding, especially by European hotel standards. After many nights of travel, a comfortable night’s sleep was greatly appreciated. The rooftop pool and café were wonderful amenities, providing a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful views. The entire property, including our room, was impeccably clean and well maintained. We would gladly stay at Hotel Felix again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Olbia and Sardinia.

2026-06-08

We are currently having a very pleasant stay at Hotel Felix Olbia. The reception is friendly and professional, with clear explanations about the facilities and the hotel. The service throughout our stay is excellent. The accommodation itself is beautiful and well maintained. We are staying in the Spa Suite, which is a lovely room overall. The jacuzzi is clean, but there are a few points that need attention: the headrests are loose and should be repaired. The balcony could also be improved. It lacks privacy, as there are no dividers between the balconies, and the plant boxes are empty, making the space feel somewhat bare. The spa is a great addition to the stay. The Turkish steam bath and Finnish sauna are very enjoyable. The relaxation area is wonderfully calm, with drinks, fruit, and a nut bar available, which makes it extra comfortable. The fitness area is a bit disappointing. It consists of a treadmill, a bike, and a cross trainer, along with a small bench and a limited set of weights. This is quite basic and below expectations for a hotel of this standard. We had to check out early, and the evening before we were asked if we would like to take a breakfast box with us. We were able to choose what we wanted ourselves—this was very well arranged. Overall, we are having a pleasant stay with excellent service and a beautiful room. Definitely worth repeating.

2026-05-25

I do not know the name of the woman at the breakfast bar... she might be in her 40th - she really enlighted our mornings as she is soooo nice, positive and friendly. If I was you, I'd do everything to keep her. She's really the friendly face of the entire hotel.

2026-05-25

Wir fühlten uns insgesamt wohl. Die Zimmer waren etwas altpacken. Restaurant war perfekt. Alle Bediensteten waren äußerst freundlich.

2026-05-17

All the staff, from the reception area, to the restaurant, to the spa staff, and to the ladies cleaning the room were always very friendly and efficient. We had dinner twice in the ground floor restaurant. The quality of the meals has improved. Our son is a Volotea airlines captain, and we come to Olbia a few times to visit him. We will choose to come to the Felix Olbia Hotel again.

We spend two Nights in your Hotel. Every wish we had was organized by your friendly and flexible personal. For our bike tour it was very helpful that we could leave our car on your parking. Beeing asked by friends we will advice them to stay in the Felix Hotel Olbia.
