On arrival to the hotel, we were breath taken with the surrounding views of the mountains. We were welcomed with a friendly smile, with everything explained. Our room was a suite that had a balcony facing the mountains. Waking up to the view and sitting out with the view everyday was amazing. We asked locals point of view for walks and was given a lot of great options. Breakfast was excellent with variety and quality. Service for afternoon snacks and drinks was excellent, with things never a problem. We have been traveling the north of Italy and this has been our favorite stop and hotel by far. Thank you for such a wonderful time and experience. We will be back as have not even touched on the walks that can be had.

Lo staff è molto attento e simpatico, la struttura è bellissima e confortevole. Non sono mai stato in un albergo che offrisse una merenda (eccetto gli "all-inclusive"). Anzi una merenda buonissima, con i prodotti della pasticceria che è meravigliosa. In fatti, quello strudel regalato al check-out è molto speciale. Grazie mille per aver fatto la mia prima esperienza sulla neve indimenticabile.

È stato un soggiorno perfetto dal nostro arrivo fino alla partenza, molto gentili e cordiali, il pensiero al nostro check out di lasciarci un piccolo strudel omaggio è stato un gesto veramente molto apprezzato! Hervorragendes Frühstück, freundliches Personal und Service, Nachmittagsjause hervorragend mit selbstgemachten Mehlspeisen. Hotel ist neu renoviert und sehr sauber. Auf jeden Fall 4 statt 3 Sterne wert. Wir würden dieses Hotel jedem empfehlen.

Come avrete capito siamo stati molto bene e terremo ben presente il Fiori per futuri soggiorni. Un plauso in particolare alla colazione ed allo staff in generale, siete stati tutti molto cordiali ed accoglienti. Abbiamo usufruito una sola volta della merenda ma riteniamo sia una eccellente idea, continuate a proporla! Infine un ringraziamento speciale per averci consentito di fare un late (very late) check-out che ci ha reso molto più facile il fine giornata. Grazie ancora di tutto e a presto. Fabrizio e Giulia.
