Staff cortese disponibile molto professionale e preparato. Diego risulta essere un punto di riferimento importante ed affidabile sia per il cliente che per tutto lo staff. Le ragazze della pasticceria sono squisite . Sempre disponibili anche dopo il loro orario di lavoro , sempre con il sorriso . Abbbiamo scambiato con ognuno di loro due parole e devo ammettere che poche volte ho incontrato dei giovani così maturi e responsabili , quasi l’azienda fosse loro . Si respirava armonia . This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Very beautiful decorations and use of wood. The breakfast was amazing (only the scrambled eggs I didnt like). All the staff are very nice and helpful and the pasticerie gives a lot of life to the place. The room was perfect. I got engaged with my girlfriend in your hotel, so we will remember this experience forever and hopefully we will go back soon!

Such a beautiful and delicious surprise! This is a small hotel with a familiar atmosphere, the team is young and dynamic, and the fact that it is a 'pasticceria' it makes it very extraordinary! The rooms are very beautifully furnished and we felt so good during our stay that we wanted to repeat the whole experience before leaving the area and come back in Germany. La struttura è molto molto carina in ogni suo dettaglio ma quello che ho amato di più è stata l'accoglienza e la cordialità di tutto il personale, sia in reception che alle colazioni. Ogni tanto è bello conoscere nuove persone che sono ancora gentili, sorridenti, disponibili oltre che altamente professionali. Ho anche amato la conduzione familiare che da quel tocco in più.... diciamo che non mi sono sentita solo un numero ma una persona. Negli alberghi di grandi dimensioni nemmeno ti guardano in faccia, non sei nessuno. Qui invece un'esperienza di umanità. Sicuramente se tornassi sulle Dolomiti lo scegliere per soggiornare di nuovo.

In particular, Valentina did a great job of both welcoming us on arrival and wishing us well when we left. Diego provided excellent advice on our hiking plans.
