It was perfect. One of our best stays, and we have stayed at some other 4/5 star establishments around the world. The warm customer service is a standout and love that it is a small hotel so guests are treated with care. We used the mountain bikes for 1hr in the afternoon and it was such a great offering. One thing i did not get to highlight in the survey was how friendly and welcoming your whole team was, from check-in through the breakfasts and at the cafe. They seemed genuinely committed to creating a good experience for guests. There was a problem with our fridge which needed replacing as we were checking in, a minor inconvenience, but the communication to resolve the issue in the least disruptive way possible was much appreciated. Special thanks to Ellie and Shanthoo who made our breakfast every morning so wonderful. Always smiling , telling us stories about the area and preparing us delicious capuccinos. You can feel they enjoy their job, they do it so well and from the heart. Thank you also to Delia and to the young lady that explained us how to ski Armentarola slope and how to come back to Cortina - I don’t remember her name but she was at reception in the evening of the 29th January. Also to the young man with a beard that helped us with the snow at the parking lot on wednesday evening 28th January, he was really nice and kind. And thank you also to the owner who removed the snow from our car on Friday morning 30th January. This detail meant so much. Also the gift of a piece of struddel the last day. Last but not least, the snack was wonderful, thank you for letting us try a variety of delicious pastry every evening plus the sandwiches which were also very good. We will definetly come back.

Our three-night stay (October 18–20) at the Fiori Dolomites Experience Hotel was nothing short of wonderful. We absolutely loved everything about this place and highly recommend it! From the moment we arrived, the feeling was incredibly welcoming and warm. The entire team deserves high praise—every single member of staff we interacted with during our stay was wonderful, attentive, and clearly dedicated to ensuring we had the best experience. The thoughtfulness even extended to a lovely souvenir we received on our check-out day, which was such a special touch. We stayed in a spacious suite apartment on the 3rd floor, and it was exactly what we needed: so cosy and warm, giving us true "like home" vibes. To top it off, the view from our room was absolutely superb, providing the perfect, comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the area. The dining experience was equally impressive. The breakfast was wonderful and offered a delicious variety of food every morning. The snack offerings throughout the day were also delicious! We truly felt that the quality of the service, the comfort of the apartment, and the fantastic food made the experience worth every penny we spent. We can’t wait to plan our return trip!
