The front desk staff was always attentive and courteous, and helped us find a good place to do laundry. The breakfast staff is very good. They provided quick and efficient service, and seem to enjoy what they do. The bar staff was very professional.

The front desk personel is amazing! They are all friendly, attentive and fun to talk to. Every time I needed something or asked about something they would put effort into the matter. We were treated so kindly! I am very grateful for this. We were travelling thru Europe by train and arrived with backpacks, and also my daughters family with a one year old kid with us. We were both upgraded and taken care of so well. We travel nowadays once a year by train a longer trip (maybe more people will start doing that) and we can not arrive in fine clothes after sitting on trains. We have experienced some hotels, where they clearly think we do not belong in the crowd. At your hotel every one was greeted equally and kindly. I value this very much and will be recommending your hotel to a lot of people. Thank You for two great stays! We will be back! We all also really liked Genova.
