Soggiorno splendido per tutta la famiglia. Vi ringraziamo e abbiamo molto apprezzato l’upgrade della prenotazione, la grande gentilezza e l’ospitalità del personale, la bellezza e il comfort delle camere e della struttura, il cibo ottimo e colazione apprezzatissima. I made a reservation at Hotel Continental and I received a big surprise to stay in Grand Hotel Savoia. I loved the classic and traditional ambiance. All teams are very sympathetic! I left Genoa with the best memories.

We were “locked out” of our room one day as our key card did not work. We alerted the front desk who made calls to maintenance. The resolved the problem and gave us a new key. However, when we returned to our room, there were actual keys in the door, a multi-key ring, possible belonging to maintenance? We returned the key ring to the front desk. It was concerning that the keys were left in our door as anyone could have accessed our room. Fortunately, we did not have anything missing.

siamo spesso ospiti del vostro hotel e questa volta ho notato dei miglioramenti nell'area fitness; inoltre la stanza che mi è stata assegnata ha sicuramente un migliore rapporto qualità/prezzo. Il personale è sempre estremamente gentile

Très bel hôtel meublé avec beaucoup de goût, nous connaissions l'hôtel avant rénovation et il nous plaisait déjà mais depuis sa rénovation il est superbe. Bravo.
