From the moment of our arrival it was Anna at reception who made the biggest impression. She made special arrangements with one of our activity service providers to fetch us at another meeting point for which we were most thankful. She was always professional and smiling and you could feel she really cared about the guests. She also arranged a cooling fan for me because I was struggling with the heat in the room. I would like to thank Anna for her kindness and concern for my husband when he became sick. She went above and beyond the call of duty and arranged some medication for him for which we were very grateful and thankful. There are are very few hotel staff like Anna and we want management to know how much better she made our stay at Le Axidie. All the staff who served breakfast daily were also friendly and smiling which is very important for a hotel guest experience. Thank you for the lovely fresh towels we received daily. And also the beach towels were great. We will certainly recommend your hotel to anyone coming to the Amalfi coast. Kind regards Janine Couchman

Thank you to Anna who arranged some antibiotics for my husband. She went above and beyond the call of duty for us. She was always helpful and provided wonderful guidance about local area & reatautamts. She was absolutely wonderful to us.

A big thank you to all the staff for helping make our holiday so wonderful. We had a fabulous time and absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Axidie. The location was right on the beach with great views of Mt Vesuvius. The hotel also provides shuttle service to and from the station which takes you Naples, Sorrento, Pompei etc. The ferry service outside the hotel was also brilliant with services to Sorrento and Capri , The customer service we received throughout was excellent. The staff at the Hotel Axidie were all very friendly, courteous and helpful. A special thank you to Valentina for going above and beyond – your warmth and helpfulness truly made our stay extra special. Thank you from Ingrid and John Whitworth 🙂💐
