The staff at reception were all very friendly and helpful. I was given lots of advice for visiting Capri and the staff booked the ferry tickets for me and printed a map of the island. Checkout was made very easy and a breakfast bag provided for our early airport start. Thank you for going the extra mile.

The staff at the front desk was amazing and helpful every time I had a question or a need. They were able to book shuttles and taxis for us, and help us navigate things around town and find activities. I would stay again!

So much thanks to all the front desk staff who were so helpful in helping us arrange our day trips and the taxi on our way back to Pompeii to catch the train. Thanks to Serafina who was a wonderful breakfast hostess and stayed out by the pool on a rainy day in case anyone was thirsty. The entire staff is excellent.
