We came here to relax after visiting Rome and Venice. We firstly, found the staff to be exceptional. The rooms were large and comfortable, the views across the bay to Mt Vesuvius fabulous. The three thermal pools and the therapeutic massage jets plus the cold pool were the perfect rehabilitation we needed. Our trip was my dream destination and from the first minute until tbe check out everything was perfect. The Spa Center was amazing, beach bar and breakfast room was fantastic. The 4 star in tbe room as furnitures little bit different as usual in Europe but we are really glad about our terrace and beautiful view. We would like to big thank you for the staff members and of course to the Young professional lady at the desk who was really kind and has a maximum No 1 attitude, smile, warm, who love to work with guest and we are really appreciate it. Abbiamo chiesto se potevamo lasciare la stanza oltre l'orario di checkout (pagando una differenza) per poterci godere un'altra giornata di sole, e una delle receptionist molto gentilmente ci ha concesso di restare in struttura facendo comunque il checkout e potendo usufruire dei servizi di spa e bagni/docce comuni fin quando volevamo. Non era affatto scontato che ci fosse concesso, soprattutto senza pagare alcuna differenza. È stata molto disponibile e gentile.

Ich hatte mit meinem Mann und unseren zwei Kindern einen tollen Aufenthalt in einem Appartement in der Hotelanlage. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns selbst versorgt. Im Appartement gab es eine Küche mit Waschmaschine. Es gab zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder. Wir konnten den Tennisplatz und die Sauna nutzen. Besonders toll für die Kinder war, dass ein Pool beheizt war und im Oktober noch genutzt werden konnte. In der Nähe vom Hotel gab es einen Minimarkt und einige gute Pizzarestaurants. In die Stadt konnte man auch zu Fuß gehen. Es war wirklich alles sehr toll. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had a lovely stay at Axidie in rooms with breathtaking views. Hotel staff were lovely, professional and helpful, with suggestions on trips and shopping. With 2 teenage girls in tow, the restaurant even accommodated us with later room cleaning and being able to take breakfast from the amazing buffet to their room. The hotel bus was great and it was an easy journey to the train station for trips along the Amalfi coast.

Mancavano dalle Axidie da 6 anni ma abbiamo trovate immutate cortesia e qualità dell'accoglienza in hotel, al ristorante e al centro benessere con alcune piacevoli migliorie....mentre le infrastrutture della spiaggia, il piccolo pontile, sono rimaste le stesse, più vecchie di 6 anni.

E’ stata una vacanza molto piacevole, con veri momenti di relax grazie all’accoglienza affettuosa e attenta del personale tutto. Un ringraziamento speciale alle signora Anna e al maitre responsabile del ristorante dove abbiamo gustato cene deliziose con ottimi piatti in riva al mare.
