We were recommended to stay at the hotel by my work colleague. It didn’t disappoint. We had a wonderful 3 nights at the hotel. It was perfect for us. Very clean and staff were all so helpful and accommodating. A very central position which made it easy for us to get to where we wanted to go. Reception to the porters, all staff were so very helpful. We didn’t have breakfast so cannot comment but thought the value for people who do, was good. Thank you again for a wonderful stay

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Commedia in Venice and ended up extending our visit because we enjoyed it so much. The location was great - 4 minutes to Rialto bridge, 6 minutes to St. Mark’s square. The service is impeccable. Every member of the team was kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. It felt like the staff truly cared that guests were having a great experience. Our room was beautiful — almost like staying in a small castle. Our good-sized room had lovely décor, elegant wallpaper, a canopy bed, and even a balcony, which made the space feel special and very Venetian. One detail we particularly appreciated was the bathroom, which was unusually spacious for Venice — almost half the size of the room. It had a comfortable bathtub with all the amenities you might need and thoughtful touches like a small table for toiletries and a chair, which made getting ready very convenient. Even the shower curtains were designed to look like castle windows, which was a charming and creative detail. Overall, a wonderful hotel in a great location, with beautiful rooms, thoughtful design, and exceptional service. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Hotel Commedia to anyone visiting Venice.

Everything about our stay at the hotel was outstanding. We especially were impressed by the gentleman who took our luggage up to our room and the cleaning service who straightened out our room each day. Nicholai booked our transportation to the hotel last minute, provided assistance with my lost luggage (all the front staff people, including Fredricko and Serene actually did), provided excellent restaurant recommendations) and were so welcoming!! The reception staff is excellent. We were even affected by recent strikes but they arranged transport and made us feel comfortable with our connections. Also really appreciate the trip to courtesy trip to murano and the suggestion we purchase a 24 hour water bus pass.

Your desk managers were very knowledgeable and patient. It was very confusing for us to deal with travel arrangements from plane to island and island to port. They were a huge help.
