Everything about our stay at the hotel was outstanding. We especially were impressed by the gentleman who took our luggage up to our room and the cleaning service who straightened out our room each day. We received wonderful instructions on check-in, took advantage of the free transportation to Morano, and loved service and drinks at both bars. Overall outstanding!

Nicholai booked our transportation to the hotel last minute, provided assistance with my lost luggage (all the front staff people, including Fredricko and Serene actually did), provided excellent restaurant recommendations) and were so welcoming!! The reception staff is excellent. We were even affected by recent strikes but they arranged transport and made us feel comfortable with our connections. Also really appreciate the trip to courtesy trip to murano and the suggestion we purchase a 24 hour water bus pass.

Your desk managers were very knowledgeable and patient. It was very confusing for us to deal with travel arrangements from plane to island and island to port. They were a huge help. Es hat uns gefreut, dieses schöne Hotel in der Nähe der Rialtobrücke und des Markusplatzes zu bewerteten zu können. Schon beim Betreten des Hotels wurden wir sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend begrüßt. Das Zimmer und Bad war sehr sauber und die Betten wurden täglich neu bezogen. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam. Bei allen Anfragen und Bitten wurden wir perfekt unterstützt. Alle Empfehlungen waren hervorragend. Die sehr gut bewertete Dachterrasse konnten wir leider wegen dem Regen und Baumaßnahmen noch nicht ausprobieren. Rund um ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel. Wir können dieses Hotel wirklich allen nur empfehlen. Wir haben das Hotel im April 2025 anlässlich unserer Silberhochzeit über Alltours gebucht und waren über diese Empfehlung sehr erfreut.
