Es war sehr sauber!!! und ein super aufmerksames nettes Personal. Man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Gutes Frühstück . Wichtig auch die sichere Gepäckaufbewahrung bei unserer Buchung! Alles sehr wichtig für einen Aufenthalt in einer fremden Stadt!!! Eine Sache wäre noch zu erwähnen (ist nicht überwiegend wichtig): dir rooftop bar ist schön gelegen, Personal war toll, aber die Preise sind nicht in Ordnung, viel zu hoch. Schade. Ansonsten herzlichen Dank an ihr Team für den gelungenen Aufenthalt

La estancia en el hotel fue magnífica. La amabilidad del personal fue, en todo momento, excelente y nos hizo sentir muy cómodos. Fue también una sorpresa inesperada y muy agradable tanto el cesto de fruta que había a nuestra llegada como la entrega del prosecco la primera noche, junto a las botellas de agua cada noche. Y, por último, un detalle que no se cuida en España y que hace destacar al hotel, son las amenities proporcionadas: un cepillo de dientes para cada huésped, el pack de afeitado, los albornoces y zapatillas... Todo contribuyó a que nuestra estancia fuera fantástica y deseamos volver en cuanto podamos.

I am very happy with the service and quality. Took the dog package which was excellent. My dog was comfortable throughout the stay and we had no problems during our stay. Staff was excellent and kind to both me and my dog. We are particularly grateful for the staff for allowing me to mix a breakfast bowl to take my dog in the mornings. Also - the cafe latte is probably one of the best I ever had. So breakfast with excellent coffee was a star for me. I dont like huge wasteful buffets, but the buffet in your hotel was just right without going over the top with good mix of pastries, and good amount of fresh items. And at the beginning of the carnival I was fortunate to experience the Venetian sweets shared by the management team at the lounge bar. The terrace was closed so I dont have feedback on that. And never watched the TV so I have no feedback on that as well. Overall, it was an amazing stay, thank you for making it a memorable visit. Hope to come back again next year.

There was a tall thin gentleman at the reception desk when I checked in & throughout my days staying at the hotel that was quite nice to me. He always knew my name, acknowledged me, and greeted me very graciously upon entering the hotel after spending the day out. I do not know his name but he stood out as a very efficient part of your team at the reception desk. He made my stay at Hotel Al A Commedia feel comfortable and welcome. Give him a raise.
