Es hat uns gefreut, dieses schöne Hotel in der Nähe der Rialtobrücke und des Markusplatzes zu bewerteten zu können. Schon beim Betreten des Hotels wurden wir sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend begrüßt. Das Zimmer und Bad war sehr sauber und die Betten wurden täglich neu bezogen. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam. Bei allen Anfragen und Bitten wurden wir perfekt unterstützt. Alle Empfehlungen waren hervorragend. Die sehr gut bewertete Dachterrasse konnten wir leider wegen dem Regen und Baumaßnahmen noch nicht ausprobieren. Rund um ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel. Wir können dieses Hotel wirklich allen nur empfehlen. Wir haben das Hotel im April 2025 anlässlich unserer Silberhochzeit über Alltours gebucht und waren über diese Empfehlung sehr erfreut.

Es war sehr sauber!!! und ein super aufmerksames nettes Personal. Man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Gutes Frühstück . Wichtig auch die sichere Gepäckaufbewahrung bei unserer Buchung! Alles sehr wichtig für einen Aufenthalt in einer fremden Stadt!!! Eine Sache wäre noch zu erwähnen (ist nicht überwiegend wichtig): dir rooftop bar ist schön gelegen, Personal war toll, aber die Preise sind nicht in Ordnung, viel zu hoch. Schade. La estancia en el hotel fue magnífica. La amabilidad del personal fue, en todo momento, excelente y nos hizo sentir muy cómodos. Fue también una sorpresa inesperada y muy agradable tanto el cesto de fruta que había a nuestra llegada como la entrega del prosecco la primera noche, junto a las botellas de agua cada noche. Y, por último, un detalle que no se cuida en España y que hace destacar al hotel, son las amenities proporcionadas: un cepillo de dientes para cada huésped, el pack de afeitado, los albornoces y zapatillas... Todo contribuyó a que nuestra estancia fuera fantástica y deseamos volver en cuanto podamos.
