I stayed with my mother and we had an amazing vacation. Everyone was so helpfull, special thanks to Massimo, Daniel, Parvaiz and a young man at reception who helped us in the boat on Thursday but I don’t know his name… My mother celebrated her birthday in April 2nd and she was so happy that Parvaiz wished her a happy birthday. We will surely be back because it was such an amazing experience.

All staff were kind friendly and very helpful. I had an issue at book in where I lost my phone on the boat on the way to the hotel which had all our tickets and maps on. The staff were very supportive and with hard work and amazing detective work they were able to find the name of the company who bought us to the hotel and track my phone down and it was dropped back at the hotel within 12 hours of it being lost. Special mention goes to reception staff especially Chiara who was absolutely amazing. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone to mentions a visit to Venice.

Dies macht vergessen, dass die Einrichtung nicht ganz modern ist. Leider waren während unserem Aufenthalt Bauarbeiten im Haus und dadurch etwas Lärm Belästigung.

The entire staff were extremely helpful, welcoming, friendly and courteous. The hotel itself was undergoing a challenging time with the construction but the impact was minimal with the workers presence not being noticed till nearly 0800. The hotel’s location is wonderful and once you enter through the door it’s peaceful and calming. The rooms are comfortable, spotless and quiet. My only comment is that they have not changed since we previously stayed in 2018, 19 and 20. At some point, in the near future, they will need refreshing in order to maintain the same high standard.

We’ve already been back home for a week, but we still think about our wonderful trip to Venice every day. Our stay at the Hotel AI MORI D’ORIENTE contributed greatly to making it so special. From the very first minute, we felt completely comfortable at the hotel: a very warm welcome at reception, an upgrade to a suite, a travel guide in the room, an organized boat tour, a delicious breakfast, and the hotel’s great location. This boutique hotel is an absolute dream. It's a little bit out of the way but worth every extra step you take. Quiet, romantic, charming, beautifully decorated with interesting contemporary Moorish design elements that reflect the history of the area. The desk staff were great. Thank you for this experience. Your hotel was exceptional! From check-in to check-out! An AC leak in suite was corrected shortly after arrival. Bedroom area, though small, was very comfortable, everything we needed. We did not expect the sitting area of our suite to be a completely different space accessed from the main hallway. This was inconvenient but we adjusted, after once accidentally locking ourselves out of our bedroom! We appreciated the warmth and interest of all the staff. Enjoyed talking with the bartender Marco. Did not have opportunity to interact at length with any other staff members but all were so friendly, welcoming, and professional. Best hotel stay by far of the 3 we had in this trip to Italy!

yeah the night manager was lovely and not full on but charming. There was also another guy who served us breakfast the following day, he was lovely 2. He was about 40 and wore glasses. It was the guy in the bar in the evening who i felt was not at all geniune. Very false. Also need to mention a lovely guy who seemed to be a cleaner but very well dressed. he did not serve people but was always either hoovering or cleaning but so polite and helpful

We had a wonderful stat from start to finsh. Arjol and Lorenzo were very helpful prior to my visit to help me plan my trip for my mother and two teenage daughters. When we were there all the staff were exceptionally friendly and warm and we felt very welcome. The hotel is beautiful and in a perfect location but the staff are a credit. I will happily recommend this hotel to my clients, and my Travel Counsellor colleagues (there are 2000 of us!). I also hope to return with my husband.

To Daniel and the Team at the bar (I’ll be following Daniel’s progress in his Ultra Marathons as he will also keep me running to keep at his pace) to all the Reception Staff who were informative and knowledgeable.
