This boutique hotel is an absolute dream. It's a little bit out of the way but worth every extra step you take. Your hotel was exceptional! From check-in to check-out! An AC leak in suite was corrected shortly after arrival. Bedroom area, though small, was very comfortable, everything we needed. We did not expect the sitting area of our suite to be a completely different space accessed from the main hallway. This was inconvenient but we adjusted, after once accidentally locking ourselves out of our bedroom! We appreciated the warmth and interest of all the staff. Enjoyed talking with the bartender Marco. Did not have opportunity to interact at length with any other staff members but all were so friendly, welcoming, and professional. Best hotel stay by far of the 3 we had in this trip to Italy!

yeah the night manager was lovely and not full on but charming. There was also another guy who served us breakfast the following day, he was lovely 2. He was about 40 and wore glasses. It was the guy in the bar in the evening who i felt was not at all geniune. Very false. Also need to mention a lovely guy who seemed to be a cleaner but very well dressed. he did not serve people but was always either hoovering or cleaning but so polite and helpful

We had a wonderful stat from start to finsh. Arjol and Lorenzo were very helpful prior to my visit to help me plan my trip for my mother and two teenage daughters. When we were there all the staff were exceptionally friendly and warm and we felt very welcome. The hotel is beautiful and in a perfect location but the staff are a credit. I will happily recommend this hotel to my clients, and my Travel Counsellor colleagues (there are 2000 of us!). I also hope to return with my husband.

We had the best time from the moment our Water Taxi dropped us off right outside the Hotel Ai Mori d'Oriente. I'd like to say that all of the staff were absolutely wonderful during our stay, especially as my partner wasn't feeling well on one of the days and the staff checked in on us/made sure she had access to tea etc. I was especially impressed with Chiara when we checked in - she provided some fantastic guidance and recommendations about local attractions and marked them all on a map for us. Overall, the hotel was fantastic and we will definitely be staying again when we come back to Venice.

I was travelling with 3 girlfriends and we had the best time ever. Your hotel is exquisite, we never stayed before in Cannaregio and loved the quiet location. The breakfast buffet is absolutely fantastic, the choice amazing (even gluten free!!!) and the staff, especially the lady could not be better than that. Definitely you manage an hotel to recommend to my friends and family

Really had a fabulous stay. Everyone was professional but approachable, friendly and readily available. We arrived after a turbulent flight and in a storm - and my husband was really unwell with motion sickness. The staff were attentive and concerned when we checked in, settling us in quickly and checking on his welfare the next day.

Our second stay at your fantastic hotel. It's nice. It's quiet. Good access to everywhere. Excellent first class bar. All the staff are simply marvellous - so welcoming and warm. I'll mention two for special praise, Marco at the bar, and Parvaiz. Venice is simply a wonderful place with so much to explore and your peaceful kind hotel was the supreme icing on the already excellent cake. I'm definitely coming back and I'd highly recommend your hotel to all without any reservations whatsoever.
