The entire staff were extremely helpful, welcoming, friendly and courteous. The hotel itself was undergoing a challenging time with the construction but the impact was minimal with the workers presence not being noticed till nearly 0800. The hotel’s location is wonderful and once you enter through the door it’s peaceful and calming. The rooms are comfortable, spotless and quiet. My only comment is that they have not changed since we previously stayed in 2018, 19 and 20. At some point, in the near future, they will need refreshing in order to maintain the same high standard.

This boutique hotel is an absolute dream. It's a little bit out of the way but worth every extra step you take. Your hotel was exceptional! From check-in to check-out! An AC leak in suite was corrected shortly after arrival. Bedroom area, though small, was very comfortable, everything we needed. We did not expect the sitting area of our suite to be a completely different space accessed from the main hallway. This was inconvenient but we adjusted, after once accidentally locking ourselves out of our bedroom! We appreciated the warmth and interest of all the staff. Enjoyed talking with the bartender Marco. Did not have opportunity to interact at length with any other staff members but all were so friendly, welcoming, and professional. Best hotel stay by far of the 3 we had in this trip to Italy!

We had a wonderful stat from start to finsh. Arjol and Lorenzo were very helpful prior to my visit to help me plan my trip for my mother and two teenage daughters. When we were there all the staff were exceptionally friendly and warm and we felt very welcome. The hotel is beautiful and in a perfect location but the staff are a credit. We would just like to take time to thank each and everyone of the staff working at this beautiful hotel. We had the best time from the moment our Water Taxi dropped us off right outside the Hotel Ai Mori d'Oriente. At breakfast Luigi and Mara wished my wife a Very Happy Birthday (I didn’t prompt them, it was in the hotel information when I booked) and gave her a nice little gift from all the staff. To Daniel and the Team at the bar (I’ll be following Daniel’s progress in his Ultra Marathons as he will also keep me running to keep at his pace) to all the Reception Staff who were informative and knowledgeable. And last but not least Rosy the Housekeeper, thank you for keeping our room topped up with water. Would we stay again? 🤔 100% yes! A memorable vacation had by us both. Thank you all. ❤️ Ian Birnie.

We chose the destination carefully as we were celebrating our Silver Wedding anniversary. We were thrilled with our choice. From start to finish everything was perfect. I'd like to say that all of the staff were absolutely wonderful during our stay, especially as my partner wasn't feeling well on one of the days and the staff checked in on us/made sure she had access to tea etc. I was especially impressed with Chiara when we checked in - she provided some fantastic guidance and recommendations about local attractions and marked them all on a map for us. Overall, the hotel was fantastic and we will definitely be staying again when we come back to Venice.

I could not recommend this hotel more to stone that was thinking of going to Venice. From the time we arrived to the day we left, the service, smiles, engagement of all staff was incredible. They so helped us navigate our way through Venice. We in fact did not want to leave!

I was travelling with 3 girlfriends and we had the best time ever. Your hotel is exquisite, we never stayed before in Cannaregio and loved the quiet location. The breakfast buffet is absolutely fantastic, the choice amazing (even gluten free!!!) and the staff, especially the lady could not be better than that. Definitely you manage an hotel to recommend to my friends and family

Votre hôtel était très bien situé par rapport au quartier historique, le ghetto juif ( dont nous avons appris l'existence ) ainsi que les quais d'embarquement des bateaux pour îles ou aéroport. J'espère pouvoir revenir quelques jours à Venise...

Really had a fabulous stay. Everyone was professional but approachable, friendly and readily available. We arrived after a turbulent flight and in a storm - and my husband was really unwell with motion sickness. The staff were attentive and concerned when we checked in, settling us in quickly and checking on his welfare the next day.
