We had the most amazing stay, our first trip away together without the kids and it was the most relaxing time away and loved the hotel, the location and felt a really personal service from all the staff. For example it’s a really good touch leaving the room key, we’v never had that before and liked that idea. The entire staff were extremely helpful, welcoming, friendly and courteous. The hotel itself was undergoing a challenging time with the construction but the impact was minimal with the workers presence not being noticed till nearly 0800. The hotel’s location is wonderful and once you enter through the door it’s peaceful and calming. The rooms are comfortable, spotless and quiet. My only comment is that they have not changed since we previously stayed in 2018, 19 and 20. At some point, in the near future, they will need refreshing in order to maintain the same high standard.

Your hotel was exceptional! From check-in to check-out! An AC leak in suite was corrected shortly after arrival. Bedroom area, though small, was very comfortable, everything we needed. We did not expect the sitting area of our suite to be a completely different space accessed from the main hallway. This was inconvenient but we adjusted, after once accidentally locking ourselves out of our bedroom! We appreciated the warmth and interest of all the staff. Enjoyed talking with the bartender Marco. Did not have opportunity to interact at length with any other staff members but all were so friendly, welcoming, and professional. Best hotel stay by far of the 3 we had in this trip to Italy!

yeah the night manager was lovely and not full on but charming. There was also another guy who served us breakfast the following day, he was lovely 2. He was about 40 and wore glasses. It was the guy in the bar in the evening who i felt was not at all geniune. Very false. Also need to mention a lovely guy who seemed to be a cleaner but very well dressed. he did not serve people but was always either hoovering or cleaning but so polite and helpful

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, the WIFI connection was lost sometimes betweent the bar and the room. The TV channels for English were limited but I did not come to Venice to watch TV so that was neutral and we did not use the wake up service so that was neutral.

We had a wonderful stat from start to finsh. Arjol and Lorenzo were very helpful prior to my visit to help me plan my trip for my mother and two teenage daughters. When we were there all the staff were exceptionally friendly and warm and we felt very welcome. The hotel is beautiful and in a perfect location but the staff are a credit. I will happily recommend this hotel to my clients, and my Travel Counsellor colleagues (there are 2000 of us!). I also hope to return with my husband.

We had the best time from the moment our Water Taxi dropped us off right outside the Hotel Ai Mori d'Oriente. At breakfast Luigi and Mara wished my wife a Very Happy Birthday (I didn’t prompt them, it was in the hotel information when I booked) and gave her a nice little gift from all the staff. To Daniel and the Team at the bar (I’ll be following Daniel’s progress in his Ultra Marathons as he will also keep me running to keep at his pace) to all the Reception Staff who were informative and knowledgeable. I'd like to say that all of the staff were absolutely wonderful during our stay, especially as my partner wasn't feeling well on one of the days and the staff checked in on us/made sure she had access to tea etc. I was especially impressed with Chiara when we checked in - she provided some fantastic guidance and recommendations about local attractions and marked them all on a map for us. Overall, the hotel was fantastic and we will definitely be staying again when we come back to Venice.
