We would just like to take time to thank each and everyone of the staff working at this beautiful hotel. We had the best time from the moment our Water Taxi dropped us off right outside the Hotel Ai Mori d'Oriente. At breakfast Luigi and Mara wished my wife a Very Happy Birthday (I didn’t prompt them, it was in the hotel information when I booked) and gave her a nice little gift from all the staff. To Daniel and the Team at the bar (I’ll be following Daniel’s progress in his Ultra Marathons as he will also keep me running to keep at his pace) to all the Reception Staff who were informative and knowledgeable. And last but not least Rosy the Housekeeper, thank you for keeping our room topped up with water. Would we stay again? 🤔 100% yes! A memorable vacation had by us both. Thank you all. ❤️ Ian Birnie.

I'd like to say that all of the staff were absolutely wonderful during our stay, especially as my partner wasn't feeling well on one of the days and the staff checked in on us/made sure she had access to tea etc. I was especially impressed with Chiara when we checked in - she provided some fantastic guidance and recommendations about local attractions and marked them all on a map for us. Overall, the hotel was fantastic and we will definitely be staying again when we come back to Venice.

We arrived after a turbulent flight and in a storm - and my husband was really unwell with motion sickness. You kindly gave me and my husband an upgrade from Standard room to superior. It was a beautiful room, spacious, stylish impeccable. The bed was comfortable we slept soundly every night. The bathroom was large and looked brand new. Rosie was our housekeeper and she kept it spotless. Reception was helpful, courteous and professional. All the staff we encountered were the same. Obviously happy in their work nothing was too much trouble from the breakfast buffet to the bar, it was all perfect. You truly run a fabulous hotel. We would definitely recommend you and would stay again. Perfect Thank you.

Great job all around! I’d booked a room for my friend Vanette and I. But her daughter surprised us by joining the trip! A wonderful surprise, but obviously I knew this might be and issue for our Thursday and Friday night stay. The team was very clear they could not accommodate 3 in a room. But they were also very helpful in finding the best options and discounts. Beyond that they provided recommendations for Murano, and one of the best restaurants we ate at while in Europe. I wish I could remember the name. It was somewhat by the Rialto bridge. (And was not two brothers - we did that the night before… it was Ok). Then the bar staff was great!!! They made a special mojito for my friend’s daughter, and took care with all they did. Loved our trip! And that you to your staff for being so great. I am from a town that has WAY too many tourists. Way too many! We get very tired of them. But that is nothing like Venice. I apologize for being part of the problem… but I also love your beautiful city, history and people. Thank you!

Bereits bei der Ankunft am Hotel hat es sich wie "nach Hause kommen" angefühlt (wir haben ersteinmal einen Kaffee bekommen und diesen im schönen Gartenbereich genossen) vielen Dank an die Rezeption und den superfreundlichen Herren, der unsere Koffer übernahm und uns unsere Zimmer zeigte. Diese fanden wir wunderbar, Blick auf den Kanal. Beim Frühstück wurden auch wir Veganer mehr als satt, herzlichen Dank an Parvaiz, der unsere Wünsche gerne erfüllte. Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig in der Querstasse zu einer tollen Bistrogasse, sehr traditionell, auch viele junge, einheimische Leute. Man kommt aber auch schnell ins Getümmel, z.B. zum Partnerhotel- la Commedia, Danke lieber Daniel für die wunderbare Nachmittagsstunde auf der schönen Dachterasse. Anbindung an Lido und Busbahnhof sehr gut. Den Abend kann man an der Hotelbar oder vor dem Hotel ausklingen lassen, welch schönes Ambiente mit Fackeln, Danke für die aussergewöhnlichenDrinks. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber.
