Beste mensen van het hotel Ai Mori d'Oriente , bedankt voor het mooie verblijf in jullie hotel , wij hadden kamer 103 en dachten eerst dat we niet op de juiste kamer zaten omdat wij een suite hadden geboekt , na wat opzoekwerk bleek dat deze kamer ook als suite werd verkocht , ze was ruim en rustig dus best ok . Jammer dat de badkamer iets aan de kleine kant was maar alles was aanwezig en heel proper . Alle mensen die daar werken zijn super vriendelijk en niets is hen te veel en zullen alles doen om u te helpen , wij verbleven 8 dagen in het hotel en hebben van elke dag genoten .

Your front desk staff are all extremely kind, welcoming and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with their assistance, recommendations, directions and support throughout our stay. We really enjoyed the ease of having direct Whatsapp connection for simple questions and support (we used to coordinate taxi service). We also really appreciated the porterage services provided - we had so many bags and a stroller from our month of travel, I honestly do not know if we could have made it into the room without their help. We greatly enjoyed our stay - I hope you share our appreciation and gratitude to the staff.

Bereits vor 2 Jahren bei unserem ersten Aufenthalt in Ihrem Haus haben wir uns willkommen und sehr wohl gefühlt, sodass wir bei einem erneuten Besuch der Lagunenstadt selbstverständlich wieder zu Ihnen gekommen sind. Wir haben gerne das Angebot in der Bar und auch das Essensangebot am Abreisetag in Anspruch genommen. We checked into the hotel on our 25th wedding anniversary, it was our 1st time in Venice. Lorenzo was our main contact on email prior to arrival with a few questions asked/answered and again whilst we were staying with you, he was very helpful and a credit to the hotel. That said I couldn't fault any of the staff, the porter, cleaners, reception staff and breakfast staff were all fantastic and polite, we didn't use the hotel bar hence my neutral scores for bar selection/quality etc.

We were thoroughly taken by the fabulous welcome by all staff. Our check in was very detailed and attention given to making our stay memorable. The bar man was fabulous made us feel welcome, custom made a platter just for us and he made great cocktails. The room was tastefully furnished and very comfortable. Our breakfasts were the best we’ve eaten anywhere on our 8 week Europe holiday. We highly recommend Hotel Ai Mori d’Oriente to others and hope to return in the future.

We would love to thank the management and the entire team for an exceptional stay. This was our first time visiting Venice, and the experience exceeded our expectations from the beginning. One thing we especially appreciated was how the team helped arrange our water taxi from the airport. I wasn’t comfortable sending credit card information by email, and they kindly allowed us to pay at the hotel instead, which took a big stress off my shoulders. Everything was perfectly organized and seamless. From the moment we arrived, everyone at reception welcomed us with so much warmth and made us feel at home. They gave us recommendations, answered our questions, and were always happy to help.The room was beautiful and comfortable, and we loved the thoughtful touches like the fruit basket and bottle of wine. A special thank you as well to the gentleman in the breakfast area (we unfortunately didn’t catch his name). He was wonderful every day and especially kind to our daughter, which meant a lot to us. The arrangements for transfer from the port in Fusina made in advance of our visit were efficient and easy. We loved the location of the Ai Mori and the Cannareggio quartiere. We liked staying in an area where we were away from all the crowds, but always within walking distance to shops and attractions. If we ever visit Venice again, without hesitation, I would stay at Ai Mori and will gladly suggest to my family and friends to do the same.

We have visited Venice many times and this was by far our best experience with a hotel, we will return and recommend to our friends. Roberto at the front desk was so very helpful and took care of every need we had along with assisting with taxi and dining reservations. Parvaiz could have not been more courteous. From breakfast to bartending he is a true professional. Our family, all 8 of us, felt like he treated us like family. So genuine in his caring about his guests. All round good guy!

Dies macht vergessen, dass die Einrichtung nicht ganz modern ist. Leider waren während unserem Aufenthalt Bauarbeiten im Haus und dadurch etwas Lärm Belästigung.

All staff were kind friendly and very helpful. I had an issue at book in where I lost my phone on the boat on the way to the hotel which had all our tickets and maps on. The staff were very supportive and with hard work and amazing detective work they were able to find the name of the company who bought us to the hotel and track my phone down and it was dropped back at the hotel within 12 hours of it being lost. We had the most amazing stay, our first trip away together without the kids and it was the most relaxing time away and loved the hotel, the location and felt a really personal service from all the staff. For example it’s a really good touch leaving the room key, we’v never had that before and liked that idea. The entire staff were extremely helpful, welcoming, friendly and courteous. The hotel itself was undergoing a challenging time with the construction but the impact was minimal with the workers presence not being noticed till nearly 0800. The hotel’s location is wonderful and once you enter through the door it’s peaceful and calming. The rooms are comfortable, spotless and quiet. My only comment is that they have not changed since we previously stayed in 2018, 19 and 20. At some point, in the near future, they will need refreshing in order to maintain the same high standard.

This boutique hotel is an absolute dream. It's a little bit out of the way but worth every extra step you take. Quiet, romantic, charming, beautifully decorated with interesting contemporary Moorish design elements that reflect the history of the area. The desk staff were great. Thank you for this experience. I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else when I return!

Your hotel was exceptional! From check-in to check-out! An AC leak in suite was corrected shortly after arrival. Bedroom area, though small, was very comfortable, everything we needed. We did not expect the sitting area of our suite to be a completely different space accessed from the main hallway. This was inconvenient but we adjusted, after once accidentally locking ourselves out of our bedroom! We appreciated the warmth and interest of all the staff. Enjoyed talking with the bartender Marco. Did not have opportunity to interact at length with any other staff members but all were so friendly, welcoming, and professional. Best hotel stay by far of the 3 we had in this trip to Italy!

Everything about our stay was just as we hoped, the hotel is beautiful and the staff very welcoming. The location is perfect for us, being close to the water taxi to the airport and in a beautiful and quieter part of the city, while still being convenient to great food and drink.

The entire staff was so kind and accommodating! Especially the bar and breakfast staff. The bed was absolutely perfect and comfortable- I slept so well. The room was incredibly quiet. The water pressure in the shower was amazing.
