I emailed the hotel to arrange a taxi service to collect us from the airport, I didnt receive a response so i emailed again and called the hotel to confirm receipt, Riani was in the process of answering my email, but i still didn't receive it, so there may be an issue with my emails, however, Riani gave me his WhatsApp and we corresponded through this. He went over and above all expectations even confirming details at night outside his working hours, he was very accommodating and helpful, Riani was working when we arrived to check in and remembered me, he was extremely friendly and welcoming to my husband and I really made our trip even more enjoyable.

The staff are all wonderful! From the moment we walked in to the hotel we felt happy with our choice from the pleasant welcoming from Jelloul who goes by the name Riani! Such a fabulous man! Riani and Gurti made my mums birthday special with their thoughtfulness! All the staff at breakfast were lovely! The breakfast was perfect with plenty of choice! The pool was so nice to use in the high heat to cool down, I’m just not sure whether it is cleaned as regularly as it should be, on our 3rd day the water looked slightly oily. Netherless it is a beautiful spot to go to for a chill out and to soak in the amazing views! I would highly recommend this hotel, I however would not recommend the hairdryer in the room sorry haha! I would 1000% come back if I was near this location again! Thank you for your hospitality! Ashleigh x

All staff were very welcoming and helpful. When we checked in the man who served us was very friendly and was happy to show us how to access the pool across the street. The pool was clean and a lovely temperature in the Italian sunshine, we enjoyed going up there to relax after our days exploring. The room was really clean and was cleaned daily, we liked that the towels were replaced daily and the staff folded our pyjamas under our pillows! We had dinner one evening and the staff were really friendly and in good spirits. David at reception was really helpful in helping us phone a taxi to the airport when we left. Because we had an early start, he made sure we had a coffee from the hotel restaurant and some warm pastries (with nutella!) which was very kind of him! Thank you David! Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Hotel Boston & would recommend it for Montecatini!

Everything about our stay was fantastic. All the staff we encountered were so friendly (especially the gentleman on reception). The hotel was spotless and generally beautiful. Our room (2 adults 2 teens) was lovely. Lots of space, HUGE comfy bed, table and chairs and a fridge which was very handy. The bathroom was beautiful with a decent shower. The breakfast was plentiful, fresh with lots of choice. The pastries were delicious! The pool area was clean and tidy with spectacular views of the mountains. We would definitely return to Hotel Boston.

A well-appointed, clean and pleasant hotel with a great location near the Piazza del Popolo (city center). Plenty of room to relax (indoors and outside). Staff are very helpful and attentive to all needs. The rooms are updated to modern standards but still have authentic charm (solid wood floors, windows with shutters, refrigerator and safe, high ceilings). The buffet breakfast has all of the basics expected in Tuscany, including a variety of local pastries (as well as a honeycomb that goes great on pancakes).

I liked the understated friendliness of the staff, always ready to help, but never pushy. One of our group ordered tea in the evening and was brought an assortment to choose from. Very considerent!
