We have been coming to Hotel Boston for 30 years. The staff are gracious, the rooms clean and well cared for, and the breakfast and breakfast staff polite and helpful. We love the front patio, too.

We have stayed at the Hotel Boston nearly every year since 2013. We LOVE the Boston and always feel like we have returned to the comfort of our own home. We love the stability and friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms (we prefer 214, 216, and now 114 because they are quiet and spacious). The breakfast is amazing - it is my husband's favorite part of staying with you. The lobby is comfortable and large - we can greet our family members in the lobby portone or on the patio in the front. The location is ottimo -- easy to walk everywhere (stazione, centro, shopping, i parchi, funiculare, ecc. We love having the parking available in the courtyard. The staff were all great. Breakfast was really good , great selection and honey on the comb was a treat. Coffee , excellent. Really enjoyed the cakes , not too sweet . I would highly recommend to stay here, and would stay again if in this area. Also it's a few minutes walk from the train station. Perfect . Thank you all.

My friend and I stayed for a week . Lovely staff - polite , cheerful and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast was very good. A hot selection, filled rolls , fruit, pastrys and cakes. Honey on the comb was a luxury ! And good coffee. Thank you all. A good choice hotel stay .

The manager was very hospitable and hooked us up with the right taxi driver, which was much appreciated, and he corrected our room where we had three beds, but only two of them were dressed. He took care of it immediately. He was definitely on his game.

Upon check in the gentleman was very relaxed about the parking. He said to park in the blue zone and the hotel would take care of the rest. We checked in on October 25th. Well we received two parking tickets for $30 each. The same guy said we should have given him our license plate number. He never asked for it. When we returned after be gone for 2 nights Alissia was working. I remembered her from last December and she was EXTREMELY helpful by telling us to go to the ticket kiosk. Both Alissia and Urila are both exceptional and friendly. Truly not the guys so much. Your hotel is very maintained and we probably will be back. We enjoy the location. Gate 1 has chosen a good hotel.
