Everything about our stay was fantastic. All the staff we encountered were so friendly (especially the gentleman on reception). The hotel was spotless and generally beautiful. Our room (2 adults 2 teens) was lovely. Lots of space, HUGE comfy bed, table and chairs and a fridge which was very handy. The bathroom was beautiful with a decent shower. The breakfast was plentiful, fresh with lots of choice. The pastries were delicious! The pool area was clean and tidy with spectacular views of the mountains. We would definitely return to Hotel Boston.

A well-appointed, clean and pleasant hotel with a great location near the Piazza del Popolo (city center). Plenty of room to relax (indoors and outside). Staff are very helpful and attentive to all needs. The rooms are updated to modern standards but still have authentic charm (solid wood floors, windows with shutters, refrigerator and safe, high ceilings). The buffet breakfast has all of the basics expected in Tuscany, including a variety of local pastries (as well as a honeycomb that goes great on pancakes).

Everything from the reception desk to the parking as well as in particular the restaurant staff, especially Gertil (sp), he was very attentive to everything we needed. He was there every meal ready assist us in anything we needed. He always took the time to make sure we were happy with everything if we wanted something different for for dinner he offered it!! We really do appreciate his going over and beyond what any waiter would need to do!! we always look forward to him seeing him, greet us at the door to the restaurant and seating us promptly!!

Fantastic hotel, clean with friendly staff. The location is great. Lovely to take a dip in the pool at the end of the day. The parking was also really helpful. Great cappuccino in the morning with a fantastic breakfast. Would love to visit again.

The Reception Staff were exceptional, particularly Luca and Alex, they couldn’t do enough for us and made our holiday so enjoyable, no matter what we asked of them it was no problem. The breakfast staff in the mornings were also excellent.

The restaurant staff were very friendly and went out of their way to look after us. I would like to give Gerti a special mention. He has gone above and beyond to cater for our daughter who has a bit allergy and was scared to eat at times. Gerti arranged a separate meal one evening when she was not feeling well enough to come down for dinner. Thank you. The cleaning staff made sure our rooms ( we had three) were lovely and clean. This was a very special holiday to celebrate my 50th birthday and the staff have made it something to remember. Thank you.

Gerti was extremely helpful wi try my nut and peanut allergy and made me my own special meals when I have special dietary requirements. He made me feel more comfortable within the hotel and would reccommend the hotel to others with allergies because of his support. He is a great assist to to hotel.

Sehr sehr sauberes Zimmer, mir persönlich sehr wichtig vor allem das Badezimmer. Alles Tip Top. Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption (in unserem Fall auch deutschsprachig). Pool war ebenfalls sauber, beim Frühstück ist für jeden was dabei. Wir waren überaus zufrieden und ziehen in Betracht das Hotel nächstes Jahr wieder zu wählen :)

In realtà un po’ tutto è stato ottimo, non esistono punti deboli o da rinforzare. Ma per noi napoletani il punto di forza che ha fatto alzare ulteriormente l asticella dell ottimo è’ stato il signor Antonio con il suo caffè napoletano da far invidia.
