Jelloul Riani, the front desk manager, is unbelievable. I listened to him speak 4 different languages with 4 different guests with 5 minutes. He walked out to our car to make sure we were in a good parking spot. We lost our luggage, did not arrive until 4 days later. Mr Riani offered to bring me clothes from home. He went above and beyond taking care of us. We can’t say enough about him, his kindness and helpfulness was amazing.

I found both reception staff David and Riani exceptionally attentive to helping requests and exceptionally pleasant and going above and beyond. Boston Hotel is fortunate to have such dedicated staff.
2026-09-06
It was very convenient and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay not only comfortable but also helped getting us to the train station and with other logistical issues as they arose. Night time and morning Manager David was particularly helpful and a real exceptional asset to your staff.
2026-09-06
Your hotel was very welcoming to us. DAVID at the front desk was exceptional. He was very friendly and helpful. He even drove us to the train station when we couldn't get a taxi...what a gem to have working for you !!!!!!!!! All of the office staff and personnel that you have working for you was exceptional. The waiters in the restaurant were extremely courteous and made us wonderful coffees in the morning. I will definitely recommend HOTEL BOSTON to others. The rooms were very clean and bathroom large for us. Thank you for a great stay.

I emailed the hotel to arrange a taxi service to collect us from the airport, I didnt receive a response so i emailed again and called the hotel to confirm receipt, Riani was in the process of answering my email, but i still didn't receive it, so there may be an issue with my emails, however, Riani gave me his WhatsApp and we corresponded through this. He went over and above all expectations even confirming details at night outside his working hours, he was very accommodating and helpful, Riani was working when we arrived to check in and remembered me, he was extremely friendly and welcoming to my husband and I really made our trip even more enjoyable.

2026-08-18
Gerti was great so was the guy at reception
2026-08-18
The staff are all wonderful! From the moment we walked in to the hotel we felt happy with our choice from the pleasant welcoming from Jelloul who goes by the name Riani! Such a fabulous man! Riani and Gurti made my mums birthday special with their thoughtfulness! All the staff at breakfast were lovely! The breakfast was perfect with plenty of choice! The pool was so nice to use in the high heat to cool down, I’m just not sure whether it is cleaned as regularly as it should be, on our 3rd day the water looked slightly oily. Netherless it is a beautiful spot to go to for a chill out and to soak in the amazing views! I would highly recommend this hotel, I however would not recommend the hairdryer in the room sorry haha! I would 1000% come back if I was near this location again! Thank you for your hospitality! Ashleigh x

Friendly and helpful staff from arrival to departure, especially at breakfast - great coffees by Gerdi (sorry if that's not the correct spelling). Cleaner was excellent and provided a lovely service each day
2026-08-03
All staff were very welcoming and helpful. When we checked in the man who served us was very friendly and was happy to show us how to access the pool across the street. The pool was clean and a lovely temperature in the Italian sunshine, we enjoyed going up there to relax after our days exploring. The room was really clean and was cleaned daily, we liked that the towels were replaced daily and the staff folded our pyjamas under our pillows! We had dinner one evening and the staff were really friendly and in good spirits. David at reception was really helpful in helping us phone a taxi to the airport when we left. Because we had an early start, he made sure we had a coffee from the hotel restaurant and some warm pastries (with nutella!) which was very kind of him! Thank you David! Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Hotel Boston & would recommend it for Montecatini!

Very friendly. Breakfast and dinner were excellent.
2026-05-01
Everything about our stay was fantastic. All the staff we encountered were so friendly (especially the gentleman on reception). The hotel was spotless and generally beautiful. Our room (2 adults 2 teens) was lovely. Lots of space, HUGE comfy bed, table and chairs and a fridge which was very handy. The bathroom was beautiful with a decent shower. The breakfast was plentiful, fresh with lots of choice. The pastries were delicious! The pool area was clean and tidy with spectacular views of the mountains. We would definitely return to Hotel Boston.

A well-appointed, clean and pleasant hotel with a great location near the Piazza del Popolo (city center). Plenty of room to relax (indoors and outside). Staff are very helpful and attentive to all needs. The rooms are updated to modern standards but still have authentic charm (solid wood floors, windows with shutters, refrigerator and safe, high ceilings). The buffet breakfast has all of the basics expected in Tuscany, including a variety of local pastries (as well as a honeycomb that goes great on pancakes).

I lost an earring that was a post and a very small diamond chip one morning at breakfast. I asked the young man (black hair) working in the breakfast room to keep an eye out for it when sweeping (Nov 19?) . Two days later the young man told me that he found it! It even was polished! Great staff!

We had left some items in the room safe upon check out. We called the hotel and they retrieved them and offered to ship them anywhere needed! Rather, we picked them up and our host, Alessandro, couldn’t have been any nicer! Calming us down, providing coffee and even offering us a bottle of wine for the inconvenience! It proved to us that the hotel Boston was an extraordinary place to spend our vacation!

Gerta was a wonderful waiter! I have Gluten limitations and at each meal/ breakfast he took care and made special actions to accommodate me, treating me special. I wish I had taken a photo with him, but I won't forget him or the Hotel Boston.
