I lost an earring that was a post and a very small diamond chip one morning at breakfast. I asked the young man (black hair) working in the breakfast room to keep an eye out for it when sweeping (Nov 19?) . Two days later the young man told me that he found it! It even was polished! Great staff!

We had left some items in the room safe upon check out. We called the hotel and they retrieved them and offered to ship them anywhere needed! Rather, we picked them up and our host, Alessandro, couldn’t have been any nicer! Calming us down, providing coffee and even offering us a bottle of wine for the inconvenience! It proved to us that the hotel Boston was an extraordinary place to spend our vacation!

Everything from the reception desk to the parking as well as in particular the restaurant staff, especially Gertil (sp), he was very attentive to everything we needed. He was there every meal ready assist us in anything we needed. He always took the time to make sure we were happy with everything if we wanted something different for for dinner he offered it!! We really do appreciate his going over and beyond what any waiter would need to do!! we always look forward to him seeing him, greet us at the door to the restaurant and seating us promptly!!

He has gone above and beyond to cater for our daughter who has a bit allergy and was scared to eat at times. Great front desk help! We loved the parking discount for parking on the street. The price was reasonable and parking was easy to find.

The staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable, pleasant stay. The room was spacious, the bed was ample and the overall feeling was one that invited relaxation. The hotel is slightly outside of the core piazza area of town, but that is a strength because the streets are less busy and there is less noise, while the location is a short walk to the main square and center of town activity.

Incredible food, comfortable beds, lovely staff and decently sized bathrooms. Rm 236 had a wonderful bathroom. Rm 220 had no counter space. Everything else was GREAT!

Every one who worked there was very accommodating. We spent several evenings in the hotel lobby at the charming bar/lounge and it was very nice and the bartender was patient and friendly
