This is superior quality hotel, beds are nice and firm. We had a little problem with air conditioning in our room but staff came to fix it. The only thing is that the floors in our room need a good wash. Laundry facility was great. Thank you.

Hallo guten Tag, Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserem Urlaub in Ihrem Hotel. Das einzige Problem ist die Parkplatzsituation vor Ort am Hotel. Die Parkplätze sind sehr klein und leider nicht ausreichend vorhanden. Selbst bei ihrem Partnerhotel Villa Emma, gab es keine freien Parkplätze mehr. Diese Situation hat uns gelegentlich schon gestresst. Aber ansonsten war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit.

Das Team vom Frühstücks-Service ist unschlagbar nett und zuvorkommend. Großes Lob an die Damen und Herren! Auch das restliche Personal ist sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine Zimmerreinigung müsste bei längeren Aufenthalten aber nicht jeden Tag vorgeommen werden. In Deutschland gibt es mittlerweile Hotels, die nur dann reinigen, wenn der Gast es wünscht. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt im Caravel und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :)

The food has not been as hot as I would like it. Also my preference is not to have too much seasoning. Example the sea bass was spoilt by seasoned sauce. Some of the pasta dishes were dried up. Buffet food is so different than having it serve straight from the kitchen. Hot water for tea not hot enough.

All of the staff were excellent and friendly. The ones who spoke the best English were obviously the most chatty. The restaurant staff were especially good. Honorable mentions to Alice and to Ivana on reception. We found the beds rather uncomfortable but this did not spoil our stay. fWe traveled with Jet2. The rep said that we should find an information booklet for them on display. We could not find it but we think it is her responsibility to check and provide this. Thank you for an excellent week.,

Just two things and they are both about noice: The sound from the street into the room - it is loud... We thought we had not closed the door to the balcony - but we had! The sound in the diningroom - it is very loud and hard to stay in a conversation. I can see you have put some acoustic equipments but still the acoustic environment is bad. Sorry.

The noise in the dining room is too loud. You need to put up more textiles. Perhaps curtains on the wall and glass windows may help. One more chair in our room would have been good - somewhere to put the clothes when undressing. Two people - two chairs. The staff in the restaurant were wonderful and the food was excellent.

Durch die dünnen Wände im Zimmer kann man trotz geschlossener Balkontür den Zimmernachbarn Telefonieren und Schnarchen hören. Akustikpanel könnten hier helfen. Ebenso im Speisesaal ist es aufgrund des Fliesenbodens sehr laut. Ich bin immer mit älteren Gästen, welche auch Hörgeräte tragen unterwegs und für diese ist es zu laut. Auch hier könnten Akustikbilder oder einer Akustikdecke helfen. Ansonst fühle ich mich im Hotel und mit dem sehr netten Personal im Hotel sehr wohl und freue mich immer schon auf ein Wiedersehen.
