Soggiorno davvero molto soddisfacente in ogni cosa, soprattutto il sorriso sempre a portata di mano e le informazioni molto ben dettagliate ci hanno lasciato davvero un'ottima impressione. We were staying here with the group from Slovenia. Check-in went really fast and smooth. The recepionist really did a great job, his smile made us feel welcome. Wir hatten nur einen kurzen Aufenthalt (3 Nächte) wurden aber sehr gut bedient und haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt. Was wir vermisst haben, war eine kleine Garderobe im Zimmer. Der Fahrradkeller war etwas mühsam zu erreichen, da wir altersentsprechend E-Bike fahren und vor allem der Transport aus dem Keller schwierig war.

Didn't use the pool due to the temperature, but we would have done if it was heated. Although our stay was excellent, (especially the staff) the hotel has lost points due to the allowance of dogs in the rooms. That is a big negative for us and would affect our future choice.

The bike room was unlocked and open to access without any security. There were no bikes in the room, only 2 unattended metal racks. The room is at the back of your facility directly off the parking lot. We were not comfortable leaving our bikes in the room. The front desk told us we could bring them into our room as a solution. Perhaps a more secure bicycle location should be investigated?

Das einzige, was man vielleicht mal machen könnte: Griffe an die Balkontüren von außen. Aber ist nicht so schlimm. Man muss immer die Balkontüre irgendwie versuchen zu zu schlagen/ziehen. :)

Es war wirklich toll bei Ihnen..das Frühstück war super und die Auswahl am Buffet abends wurde von Tag zu Tag besser. Das Personal war super freundlich. Für die ganze Punktzahl hat es nicht ganz gereicht, da das Badezimmer sehr klein ist, die Duschwanne sehr glatt und irgendwie sehr rutschig ist. Außerdem gab es wenig Abstellfläche für die Badutensilien. Ansonsten war aber alles prima.

Für ein Sport und Bike Hotel sollte der Fahhrradkeller größer sein. Mann muss seine teuren Räder press aneinander hängen, und bekommt sie nicht wieder raus wenn man sie wieder abhängen möchte. Mann muss aufpassen sie nicht zu verkratzen oder an Zügen und Bremsleitungen hängen bleibt und diese beschädigt. Das Fahrradreiniger sollte wenniger Druck haben. Ansonsten ist es in Ordnung!

Bin seit einigen Jahren Gast des Hotels. Die Unterbringung der Bike ist etwas beengt da im Lager 2 nur eine Steckdose zum Laden der Bike vorhanden ist drängeln alle E-Bike dort hin. Und Eventuell eine Schiene an der Treppe zum herausbringen der Ebike wäre von Vorteil. Oder die Waschstation für einn carport austauschen wo Ebiks an einer Stange gesichert werden können und gleichzeitig geladen werden. Dann würde im Lager 2 eventuell wieder kein Gedränge um die eine Steckdose sein. MfG Tony Pöllitzer

Siamo venuti a Torbole poichè cercavamo un luogo idoneo ad una vacanza in e-bike, il primo giorno all'accoglienza ci sono subito stati dati degli ottimi consigli e una cartina per organizzare le ns uscite. Ho dovuto rivolgermi in reseption anche una notte a causa di vicini di stanza molto rumorosi alle 23.30. Intervento tempestivo dello staff. Unica pecca ho dovuto chiamare col mio cellulare poichè non si capiva come chiamare la reception attraverso il telefono in dotazione della camera. In ogni caso, struttura consigliata!
