Check the electric in the wall mirror and fan. Allow Aircon to be used. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

All of the staff were excellent and friendly. The ones who spoke the best English were obviously the most chatty. The restaurant staff were especially good. Honorable mentions to Alice and to Ivana on reception. We found the beds rather uncomfortable but this did not spoil our stay. fWe traveled with Jet2. The rep said that we should find an information booklet for them on display. We could not find it but we think it is her responsibility to check and provide this. Thank you for an excellent week.,

See above for suggestions. Manager tried to do his best. Buffet area remote from dining tables. Building in two sections and a long walk with food. Suitable hotel for casual stays rather than a tour group of a week plus.

Every thing was marvelous in this hotel,especially the staff,starting with the maneger -Marchelo,that was very involved in our trip and gave us very good advices,going with the women in reseption and the staff in the daining room:Alicha,Natasha and Alia that was very helpful and always smiling.the fantastic breakfast and full parking space.thank you all!!

The food has not been as hot as I would like it. Also my preference is not to have too much seasoning. Example the sea bass was spoilt by seasoned sauce. Some of the pasta dishes were dried up. Buffet food is so different than having it serve straight from the kitchen. Hot water for tea not hot enough.
