Die Zimmer sind extrem hell-hörig was wirklich sehr unangenehm war. Ich konnte von allen angrenzenden Zimmern jegliche Unterhaltung etc. hören. Die Wände sind schlicht und ergreifend zu dünn. An Privatsphäre ist nicht zu denken.

The food has not been as hot as I would like it. Also my preference is not to have too much seasoning. Example the sea bass was spoilt by seasoned sauce. Some of the pasta dishes were dried up. Buffet food is so different than having it serve straight from the kitchen. Hot water for tea not hot enough.

All of the staff were excellent and friendly. The ones who spoke the best English were obviously the most chatty. The restaurant staff were especially good. Honorable mentions to Alice and to Ivana on reception. We found the beds rather uncomfortable but this did not spoil our stay. fWe traveled with Jet2. The rep said that we should find an information booklet for them on display. We could not find it but we think it is her responsibility to check and provide this. Thank you for an excellent week.,

The noise in the dining room is too loud. You need to put up more textiles. Perhaps curtains on the wall and glass windows may help. One more chair in our room would have been good - somewhere to put the clothes when undressing. Two people - two chairs. The staff in the restaurant were wonderful and the food was excellent.

Just two things and they are both about noice: The sound from the street into the room - it is loud... We thought we had not closed the door to the balcony - but we had! The sound in the diningroom - it is very loud and hard to stay in a conversation. I can see you have put some acoustic equipments but still the acoustic environment is bad. Sorry.

Durch die dünnen Wände im Zimmer kann man trotz geschlossener Balkontür den Zimmernachbarn Telefonieren und Schnarchen hören. Akustikpanel könnten hier helfen. Ebenso im Speisesaal ist es aufgrund des Fliesenbodens sehr laut. Ich bin immer mit älteren Gästen, welche auch Hörgeräte tragen unterwegs und für diese ist es zu laut. Auch hier könnten Akustikbilder oder einer Akustikdecke helfen. Ansonst fühle ich mich im Hotel und mit dem sehr netten Personal im Hotel sehr wohl und freue mich immer schon auf ein Wiedersehen.

Die Zimmer sind für eine Nacht in Ordnug, für einen längeren Aufenhalt sind sie etwas ungemütlich und entsprechen nicht den Standart eines voer Sterne Hotels. Da wäre eine Renovierung angebracht. Es war ein rundum toller und angenehmer Aufenthalt bei Ihnen. Ein Vorschlag meinerseits wäre die Pflegeprodukte im Bad ( Schampoo und Conditioner) ebenfalls in einen großen Pumpbehälter zu füllen ( wie die Hamdseife), um Plastikverpackung zu sparen. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Hotel und fühlten uns rundum wohl. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit, was unseren Besuch unvergesslich gemacht hat. Vom Reinigungspersonal bis zum Empfang waren alle sehr bemüht und stets bereit, uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite zu stehen. Besonders möchten wir Frau Alice hervorheben, die ihre Arbeit mit außerordentlichem Engagement ausführt. Sie hat unsere Wünsche oft schon im Vorfeld erkannt und unseren Aufenthalt dadurch zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Der Umgang des Personals mit unserem kleinen Kind war einfach hervorragend. Unser Kleiner hat sich so wohlgefühlt, dass er am liebsten gar nicht mehr abreisen wollte. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und freuen uns schon jetzt darauf. Machen Sie weiter so! Im Bad fehlt ein Kosmetikspiegel sowie Ablagen für die Kosmetikutensilien! Die Dusche ist sehr eng. Die Zimmer sind recht klein, die Schränke für die Bekleidung auch sehr beengt! Der Fernseher ist sehr groß, Zimmer sind sauber, dass Frühstück ist sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, man kann das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen

Guten Tag, es war wirklich alles hervorragend!! Zwei Dinge könnte man noch optimieren. 1. die Dusche ist sehr rutschig, hier vielleicht eine Matte rein oder anrauen. 2. der Pool war leider viel zu kalt 🥶 Unser Sohn geht wirklich in kühles Wasser, aber selbst für ihn war es zu kalt und er war nur ganz kurz drin! Es wäre schön wenn er so 26/27 grad hätte . Ganz liebe Grüße und bis hoffentlich bald mal wieder. Fam Heimburger

Wie jedes Jahr ein rundum perfecktes Bike Wochenende. Der neue Bikekeller hat das ganze noch attraktiver gemacht. Eventuell zum öffnen des Kellers wäre die Zimmerkarte ganz praktisch. Und das absperren von Bikehaltern an der Wand von Gästen müsste unterbunden werden. Dem Personal muss ich ein großes Lob aussprechen.
