1) We did not have enough drawer space to put our clothes. There was plenty of hanging space, but we had to keep much of our clothes in the suitcases. 2) We had to request a chair to sit on. The hotel was like stepping into a magical Alice in Wonderland experience. Every detail was thought out, every interaction was perfect. Je tiens à souligner la gentillesse du personnel et son écoute pour répondre avec diligence à nos demandes. La délicate attention (plateau de petits fruits et chocolats fins accompagnés d’une bouteille de Proseco) pour mon anniversaire m’a beaucoup touchée. Je regrette seulement d’avoir dû la laisser dans la chambre, car nous étions chargés de bagages.

All staff were friendly, efficient, helpful and polite. Hotel was beautiful. Would appreciate shower door rather than curtain but understand this would be hard to do whilst retaining historic character. All in all, a beautiful hotel that provided us with a relaxing and comfortable stay. Would thoroughly recommend.

The first impression of the foyer and space is very nice. The decor is elegant and offers an interesting narrative. The hotel was very clean. The breakfasts were wonderful and service was great in there. The hotel location is convenient to the Duomo and walkable to restaurants. We felt safe, largely. On a rainy day I asked about an umbrella and was given one for the day which was very accommodating.

The highlight of my stay was the dinner at the restaurant. The ambiance, the food and the service of the two ladies was impeccable. I felt like i was in a gastronomique theatre watching a beautiful play of tastes and textures. The housekeeping team was like the invisoble fairies of the hotel. The room was always tidy to the smallest detail. I also appreciate the little birthday gift I received in the room and it is truly appreciated.

We were absolutely delighted with the service offers to us at Chateau Monfort . The facilities , the staff and the rooms were superb and perfect for our size of meeting ( approx 30 people). Maria and her team were extremely helpful and nothing was a problem . All our guests complimented us on our choice of venue . The buffet lunches and evening dinner were wonderful and beautifully presented. We would not hesitate to recommend Chateau Monfort to anyone organising a small meeting or visiting Milan on holiday . Thank you for making us so welcome !

Hotel staff great, breakfast great, room nice. Negative, the shower overhead was not great, it badly needed replacing, the water did not come out correctly, I ended up using only the small part. These things should be checked in a 5 star hotel not left for the guest to mention. The cleaning ladies in the morning were very noisy, the room was next to their store room and they must have opened and closed the door around 20 times from early morning. The staff should be discreet in this level of hotel. Just my comments for improvements. Overall we were very happy with our stay. Thank you.
