There was not one single drawer in the room. One pays 600 Euros per night and then you need to leave your clothes on the sofa, for that reason alone we will not be coming back. It's disrespectful. Beyond that, the room and hotel is underwhelming compared to the impresison created on the website. I actually think you should have a website that is more faithful to the actual feeling one has when live at the hotel to avoid disappointing your guests that much.

Compliments: - Service is great in general, as well as location, special thanks for unexpected nice gift for our little baby girl - Dinner at the restaurant is also fantastic Observations: - Breakfast is dissatisfying - booked R&C htl with breakfast included to be able to enjoy exceptional a la carte F&B experience to find out that egg by the wish is to be extra charged (!?) Furthermore, croissants were not good, eggs benedict although with surcharge was one of the worst I ever had - shamefully small portion (one egg?), watery and with no taste. In addition, I was requested to sign the surcharge immediately when it came on the table (???) - so instead to enjoy it while it is hot I need to deal with paperwork, as a hotel guest - a little bit inappropriate. Fresh orange jus tastes like supermarket one.

Amazing. Just amazing. No words needed. I have been lucky enough to stay in some of the world’s greatest hotels and I can safely say that the level of service here matches some and beats others. As with every hotel, there are bumps and I was shown to the wrong room initially. This does not matter - what matters is how these bumps are handled. This was probably one of my best hotel stays ever. The staff from reception, cleaning, hotel bar and breakfast were all fantastic. My flight was cancelled at the end of my stay and they quickly managed to organise the last room availabe in the hotel at short notice. When we got home we found out that night that air traffic control had an issue, causing 320 flights to be cancelled, so saved me from a bigger problem. Excellent location outside the Tricolore M4 metro, quick access to Linate Airport, city centre, transport links and sights. We used the hotel as base to visit other nearby Milan attractions i.e. Lake Como and Verona. There are a good selection of food in the hotel and a great range of restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend staying here for your trips to Milan and surrounding area. Thank you to the Staff at Chateau Monfort for making our stay so enjoyable and being there when we needed them.

Suite à la défectuosité du coffre-fort, l'équipe de réception a travaillé d'arrache-pied pour la recherche d'une solution au problème. Vous avez très bien géré cette situation. A true five-star hotel is one where whenever a customer complains, the issue is addressed. We were very pleased with the response of staff to our complaints about the room being cold. In particular, wanted to praise Milica who was just amazing, cheerful, and exceptionally helpful. Would like to mention also Valentina in the spa - her treatment was professional and impactful. She was very pleasant, capable and knowledgeable. We expect to be back early in the new year

The event staff organized an absolutely romantic evening for us at Bar Mezzanotte that we thoroughly enjoyed. The way our room was set up with roses and candles was ever so lovely!
