more informaion required to get to the hotel from the airport. We tried to get a taxi and they wouldnt take us, then an uber and was cancelled four times. Evetnually found the bus which was great.

Excellent service and value. The only issue was we asked if tissue was available in the room and they said yes. We then asked 4x for it to be delivered and it never was. Not a big deal but it should happen after one asks.

My ax wasn’t working the first night and they did not deal with the problem in a timely manner. I was eventually moved to another room and then moved back the next day. I had to ask for some compensation (which was given) rather than it being offered. There were no tissues in my room the next two nights. It left me feeling that the cleaning staff weren’t checking things.m

Splendido hotel minimamente curato nei dettagli e soprattutto negli arredi di elegante stile vintage. Notevole l''attenzione alle necessità del cliente da parte del personale, sempre gentile e sorridente. Raramente mi accade ma ero veramente dispiaciuta nel dover ripartire. Complimenti.
