Your staff are lovely, from the domestics cleaning the room, to receptionists and waiters, they were all so helpful and lovely. Particularly Alessia, Davide, Stefano and Aurelia. We booked this hotel as a last minute, ‘cheap’ deal so weren’t expecting much in the way of food and the stay but we were wrong. The breakfast was always lovely, regularly restocked and waiters always on hand to assist. Dinner was above and beyond, always a chefs special, followed by a starter, two mains and a dessert, and all were delicious, again with lovely, friendly service. We didn’t eat out once for dinner because we were so happy with what had been served. The reception staff were so helpful and chatty which was refreshing. Aurelia who cleaned our room (and served us in the restaurant) is fantastic and so friendly. We felt so welcomed at this hotel on our first visit to Montecatini and will definitely be returning. Thank you!

At the endo of the day, the hotel is situated in a fantastic location. It is close to all the restaurants, bars, and amenities. And most of all with in walking distance to the the Montecatini Terme. The room we stayed in was basic, it was very clean, very quite when we closed the window. My sister and I were grateful the room had air conditioning, there is a safe which you have access to also in the room. The beds were comfortable, and on the whole I would say as an avid traveller the hotel is value for money. It has a comfortable lounge area, and a small bar area.

Very professional, friendly and helpful Persons at reception. We always get informations and tips for our stay. The restaurant is absoltely clean, the meal fresh and the given breakfast great. Whenever something was empty it was filled up in 2-3 minutes, really professional and guest orientated. The service crew in the restaurant and at the room service make a great and professional friendly job. Coming back to the hotel is therefore mandatory and recommendations to friends and colleguas also.

Das Hotel liegt zentral, vieles ist fußläufig erreichbar, die historischen Termen, aber auch die in Betrieb befindliche Terme Redi oder der zentrale Platz am Brunnen in der Stadtmitte. Das Zimmer war angenehm ruhig, keine Fremdgeräusche durch Wasserleitungen. Die Klimaanlage des Zimmers war gut regelbar und war, für die Nacht auf 24 °C gestellt, kaum hörbar. Das Zmmer war ausreichend groß und sauber. Täglicher Zimmerservice.
