The receptionist (with short, curly black hair) was competent, delightful, and incredibly helpful—I apologize, but I do not recall her name. The hotel provides daily towel replacement, frequent bed linen changes during the stay, and daily bed-making, bathroom cleaning, and general housekeeping. Cleanliness is maintained at a very high standard.

The desk personnel were great. We especially appreciated Paola and Alessandro. They took special care to make our stay perfect. Paola made arrangements for us to attend the Three Tenors event and Alessandro helped us figure out how to locate the parking area. Also Luca offered helpful tips on seeing the town.
