From the front desk to the kitchen to the lounge the service was exceptional. Our room was always cleaned efficiently. Giuliano was by far excellent. He took the time to connect and give helpful hints as we were visiting for the first time and without a guide. As well there was a lady in the kitchen who also worked the lounge when he was away. She was kind, always remembered us and was all around wonderful. I unfortunately do not know her name. This was our first time visiting Italy as well as first time in Europe from Canada. The staff made us feel welcome and safe. We feel blessed to have stayed and enjoyed with you. We will highly recommend. Also a side note we had a tour in Alto and our guide spoke very highly of your establishment. When local people say good things it is to my experience they are very true. Well done! My stay at the Hotel Ercolini & Savi was as a member of the Collette Tour #1364893 March 3-11, 2026. I was in a spacious room with two others. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. I enjoyed my breakfast each day and was greeted each day by the wait staff. I enjoyed a delicious meal and received outstanding service at the Pecora Nera Restorante. Juliano in the bar is a true gem. His bright smile is always welcoming. He makes one of the best Old Fashioned whiskey drinks I have had. He always did everything possible to make each drink and experience pleasurable. We even spent more time in the bar area that we usually do. We also liked the option of skipping room service for a complimentary drink card.
