The reception team were incredibly helpful when my husband had an accident and needed to see a dentist urgently. Not only did they suggest some dentists, but kindly phoned on our behalf to explain the situation. Afterwards they checked in with us to make sure my husband was ok, and how the experience had been with the dentist. Their help and care made an unexpected and stressful situation much easier.

He took the time to connect and give helpful hints as we were visiting for the first time and without a guide. As well there was a lady in the kitchen who also worked the lounge when he was away. She was kind, always remembered us and was all around wonderful. I unfortunately do not know her name. This was our first time visiting Italy as well as first time in Europe from Canada. The staff made us feel welcome and safe. We feel blessed to have stayed and enjoyed with you. We will highly recommend. Also a side note we had a tour in Alto and our guide spoke very highly of your establishment. When local people say good things it is to my experience they are very true. Well done! This was our second year of coming to your beautiful hotel and once again everything was amazing. The staff are friendly and attentive, the rooms and hotel are stunning. Fantastic location with lots to see and do and easily access to the train station to explore further afield. We will be back again I am sure! Thankyou to every member of staff who greeted us with a warm smile and did everything to make our stay literally perfect. We received nothing but the best treatment throughout our stay from the reception staff, cleaners, bar/restaurant staff right up to the management. The hotel was exceptional and if anything the pictures on the website we chose it from didn't do it justice!

The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options including fresh fruit, pastries, juices, bread with spreads, and desserts. Dinner was very well organized with a multi-course menu. We appreciated the opportunity to choose dishes in advance and found the food delicious and well-presented. The service staff were friendly, efficient, and clearly made an effort to communicate in English, which we appreciated. The reception desk was always staffed, and the employees were helpful and welcoming. Once again, thank you for the wonderful hospitality. We have been helped very well by Irene. Because of my wife’s illness she was on a strict diet.
