The reception team were incredibly helpful when my husband had an accident and needed to see a dentist urgently. Not only did they suggest some dentists, but kindly phoned on our behalf to explain the situation. Afterwards they checked in with us to make sure my husband was ok, and how the experience had been with the dentist. Their help and care made an unexpected and stressful situation much easier.

From the front desk to the kitchen to the lounge the service was exceptional. Our room was always cleaned efficiently. Giuliano was by far excellent. He took the time to connect and give helpful hints as we were visiting for the first time and without a guide. As well there was a lady in the kitchen who also worked the lounge when he was away. She was kind, always remembered us and was all around wonderful. I unfortunately do not know her name. This was our first time visiting Italy as well as first time in Europe from Canada. Juliano in the bar is a true gem. His bright smile is always welcoming. He makes one of the best Old Fashioned whiskey drinks I have had.
