My husband and I booked a room because we visited my father in law, who lives in Montecatini Terme. We had a very pleasant stay in a beautifull, well-maintained and decorated hotel. We really felt at home and it was a pleasure to meet and greet the owner in the mornings when we were on our way to the restaurant for breakfast. Our last day there was a minor issue with the aircondition in our room, which was solved within 30 minutes – thank you for this great service! During our walks in the city we have seen many other hotels and none of those we have seen can keep up with Ercolini & Savi. We were so happy with our choice and we will definately stay at your place again next time we visit my father in law again.

Thanks to all the staff they were so friendly, welcoming and helpful but special thanks to Giuliano who was very knowledgeable with drink choices and took the time to talk and make our evenings in the bar memorable. Along with the lady who covered the bar and breakfast, i am gutted i didn't get a chance to ask her name and say goodbye. She was brilliant, always smiling, happy to talk and make us feel at home. Special thanks to the owner, she was so glamorous but always took the time to say hello in passing. You should be so proud of the hotel and all the staff. We absolutely loved our stay

Il nostro soggiorno all’Hotel Ercolini & Savi è stato davvero molto piacevole, sotto ogni punto di vista. Fin dal check-in ci siamo sentiti accolti con grande gentilezza. Anche se siamo arrivati molto presto, ci hanno permesso di fare il check-in prima dell’orario previsto. Si vedeva davvero che il personale faceva di tutto per venirci incontro e permetterci di sistemarci il prima possibile, soprattutto dopo un viaggio molto lungo e faticoso. Il personale della reception è stato sempre gentilissimo, disponibile e molto attento alle nostre esigenze. In realtà, sono stati tutti incredibilmente cordiali. Vorrei però fare una menzione speciale per Fabiana, una delle receptionist, con la quale ho avuto modo di parlare più spesso durante il nostro soggiorno. È stata davvero carinissima, sempre sorridente, disponibile e pronta ad aiutare. Ci ha fatto sentire davvero i benvenuti. Grazie di cuore a tutto lo staff per la gentilezza e l’ospitalità. È stato un soggiorno molto piacevole e torneremo sicuramente con piacere!

Enjoyed our stay once again very much! The hotel deels like a warm bath, a cool retreat after a hot summer day of discovering Tuscany, with professional and friendly staff. Support for parking and ZTL upon arrival is superb and a pleasant surprise. Please keep that up. Makes a big difference in taking away logistical hurdles. Also the newly refurbished room was wonderful, matrasses new and long enough for average length adult, all very good and so much better than the average hotel. Bathroom a bit dated but very very clean. All in all we will return upon our next visit to Tuscany! Big thank you to the entire team for the wonderful time on behalf of my family. Thank you so much!!

The reception team were incredibly helpful when my husband had an accident and needed to see a dentist urgently. Not only did they suggest some dentists, but kindly phoned on our behalf to explain the situation. Afterwards they checked in with us to make sure my husband was ok, and how the experience had been with the dentist. Their help and care made an unexpected and stressful situation much easier.

From the front desk to the kitchen to the lounge the service was exceptional. Our room was always cleaned efficiently. Giuliano was by far excellent. He took the time to connect and give helpful hints as we were visiting for the first time and without a guide. As well there was a lady in the kitchen who also worked the lounge when he was away. She was kind, always remembered us and was all around wonderful. I unfortunately do not know her name. This was our first time visiting Italy as well as first time in Europe from Canada. The staff made us feel welcome and safe. We feel blessed to have stayed and enjoyed with you. We will highly recommend. Also a side note we had a tour in Alto and our guide spoke very highly of your establishment. When local people say good things it is to my experience they are very true. Well done! The people who we saw every morning in the breakfast area for 7 days were so nice and welcoming with lovely smiles and sweetness. They should be recognized for a job well done from management. The gentleman at the front desk always greeted up in the morning on our way to coffee and the sweet ladies were always so tolerant of us having as we had to turn the key in when we left the hotel and that quite often as were were gone frequently. Was very pleaded with my stay

Juliano in the bar is a true gem. His bright smile is always welcoming. He makes one of the best Old Fashioned whiskey drinks I have had. He always did everything possible to make each drink and experience pleasurable. We even spent more time in the bar area that we usually do. Everyone has been very friendly and welcoming. Several items stand out: When we first arrived, our shower was not draining. I spoke to the front desk in the morning and it was fixed by the time we returned in the afternoon. The breakfast staff kindly put together bagged food for us for an early departure. Our room has been well maintained during our stay.

We would come down and you could tell the whole table was done and one unused table spot. So we would have to try to find the one unused in the mess. The owner was fantastic not only is she beautiful and classy, but she is so warm and welcoming. She was a sweetheart, and I wanna complement the girls at the front desk. They were always so helpful. They were basically concierge’s much of the time very much appreciated and the wonderful staff at the breakfast and the dinner were incredible especially I love Fernando. He was so helpful and I absolutely adore the bartender Giuliano. He made our evening so wonderful by always wearing a smile and that man never stopped working he was always polishing something or doing something he was never not moving or working and as a one time bar and restaurant owner, I can not even say how invaluable he is! Whatever he’s being paid whatever we tipped him was not enough! What a wonderful hotel I have nothing but great things to say!
