Thank you for the most wonderful dinner at La Pecora Nera! A top dining experience! Loved it. Was so thrilled we could get a reservation thanks to Paolo, our guide. Also enjoyed free drink coupon for skipping a room clean up. Although the room was quite small, the convenient location made up for it. The bartender could not have been kinder, more professional, or more accommodating. Also liked having a box of tissues available in the bathroom.

I was very happy with entire staff whenever I didn't understand something since this was my first trip abroad, someone helped me immediately or asked another person to help me. Beautiful dining area and reception area!! I loved your breakfasts. Especially enjoyed the delicious yogurt, with the granola choices and other things like flax seeds. i loved the fruit especially appreciated the prunes. And the aqua naturale without bubbles being available daily. Loved the tart like cake like fig and berry. I liked that your scrambled eggs have less salt than US hotels!!!

The people who we saw every morning in the breakfast area for 7 days were so nice and welcoming with lovely smiles and sweetness. They should be recognized for a job well done from management. The gentleman at the front desk always greeted up in the morning on our way to coffee and the sweet ladies were always so tolerant of us having as we had to turn the key in when we left the hotel and that quite often as were were gone frequently. Was very pleaded with my stay

I enjoyed my breakfast each day and was greeted each day by the wait staff. I enjoyed a delicious meal and received outstanding service at the Pecora Nera Restorante. Juliano in the bar is a true gem. His bright smile is always welcoming. He makes one of the best Old Fashioned whiskey drinks I have had. He always did everything possible to make each drink and experience pleasurable. We even spent more time in the bar area that we usually do. We also liked the option of skipping room service for a complimentary drink card.

Очень вкусный и разнообразный завтрак. Недалеко от ст. Монтекатини Чентрале. До термы Теттучо 7 минут пешком. Кстати в феврале они уже в этом году открыты. Я осталась очень довольна. We love the location of the hotel. It makes it very convenient to explore Tuscany. But, we really love the welcoming, serene style of hotel. The owner was fantastic not only is she beautiful and classy, but she is so warm and welcoming. She was a sweetheart, and I wanna complement the girls at the front desk. They were always so helpful. They were basically concierge’s much of the time very much appreciated and the wonderful staff at the breakfast and the dinner were incredible especially I love Fernando. He was so helpful and I absolutely adore the bartender Giuliano. He made our evening so wonderful by always wearing a smile and that man never stopped working he was always polishing something or doing something he was never not moving or working and as a one time bar and restaurant owner, I can not even say how invaluable he is! Whatever he’s being paid whatever we tipped him was not enough! What a wonderful hotel I have nothing but great things to say!

We don’t check out till Saturday , our stay has be great , all the staff in reception , dinning room , bar and of course the housekeepers , our room was spotless when we arrived and has been cleaned so well each day , the girls at reception have gone out of their way to help us find things and booking our return transfer to the airport , the guys at breakfast make us a soy coffee every morning , I really feel as if we have received 6 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️service , we will return next year , we are from Australia and it is so far to travel and the hotel staff have been wonderful , we would love to meet the Manager / Owner to give our thanks kindest regards Dan and Narelle ( Australia )
