They were basically concierge’s much of the time very much appreciated and the wonderful staff at the breakfast and the dinner were incredible especially I love Fernando. He was so helpful and I absolutely adore the bartender Giuliano. He made our evening so wonderful by always wearing a smile and that man never stopped working he was always polishing something or doing something he was never not moving or working and as a one time bar and restaurant owner, I can not even say how invaluable he is! Whatever he’s being paid whatever we tipped him was not enough! What a wonderful hotel I have nothing but great things to say!

We were quite pleased with the hotel overall. It was disappointing to have scaffolding outside our window, but in talking to travel mates, I think we still had one of the best rooms. Special thanks to Irene in the dining room for taking such good care of my son, who has a nut allergy. And I don't remember his name, but also special thanks to the young male bartender. He was always very friendly and made good dining suggestions for us.

Breakfast buffet was delightful. An abundance of options were available, enjoyed and appreciated! Our favorites were; the coffee machine, juice selection (pineapple and multivitamin and green), fresh fruit (melon & pineapple), and pear halves, my mom enjoyed making toast with the sliced bread provided. I loved making a soft boiled egg each morning. We all enjoyed the bacon and croissants! My kids were home but I told them about the pancake machine and if they were with me at the hotel, they definitely would have enjoyed using the machine to have pancakes!

Your staff in the dining room was outstanding. there was a young women on several days that should be commended for her service. She was very friendly and engaging.
