My stay at the Hotel Ercolini & Savi was as a member of the Collette Tour #1364893 March 3-11, 2026. I was in a spacious room with two others. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. I enjoyed my breakfast each day and was greeted each day by the wait staff. I enjoyed a delicious meal and received outstanding service at the Pecora Nera Restorante. The people who we saw every morning in the breakfast area for 7 days were so nice and welcoming with lovely smiles and sweetness. They should be recognized for a job well done from management. The gentleman at the front desk always greeted up in the morning on our way to coffee and the sweet ladies were always so tolerant of us having as we had to turn the key in when we left the hotel and that quite often as were were gone frequently. I was very happy with entire staff whenever I didn't understand something since this was my first trip abroad, someone helped me immediately or asked another person to help me. Beautiful dining area and reception area!! I loved your breakfasts. Especially enjoyed the delicious yogurt, with the granola choices and other things like flax seeds. i loved the fruit especially appreciated the prunes. And the aqua naturale without bubbles being available daily. Loved the tart like cake like fig and berry. I liked that your scrambled eggs have less salt than US hotels!!!

Juliano in the bar is a true gem. His bright smile is always welcoming. He makes one of the best Old Fashioned whiskey drinks I have had. He always did everything possible to make each drink and experience pleasurable. We even spent more time in the bar area that we usually do. We also liked the option of skipping room service for a complimentary drink card.

Thanks for providing a well run operation. Breakfast was excellent and time spent at the bar each evening was enjoyable. I’m not sure of her name but “Irene” (blonde hair and glasses) was especially friendly and courteous at breakfast and at the bar when she assisted there. She always recognized me and greeted me. I really enjoyed my time there. Front desk staff were also very helpful. I had a very nice visit.

We were quite pleased with the hotel overall. It was disappointing to have scaffolding outside our window, but in talking to travel mates, I think we still had one of the best rooms. Special thanks to Irene in the dining room for taking such good care of my son, who has a nut allergy. And I don't remember his name, but also special thanks to the young male bartender. He was always very friendly and made good dining suggestions for us.

I'd like that many of the foods were nutritious options, such as pumpkin seeds, sunflower, seeds, yogurt, as well as several other good options. Breakfast buffet was delightful. An abundance of options were available, enjoyed and appreciated! Our favorites were; the coffee machine, juice selection (pineapple and multivitamin and green), fresh fruit (melon & pineapple), and pear halves, my mom enjoyed making toast with the sliced bread provided. I loved making a soft boiled egg each morning. We all enjoyed the bacon and croissants! My kids were home but I told them about the pancake machine and if they were with me at the hotel, they definitely would have enjoyed using the machine to have pancakes!
