From the front desk to the kitchen to the lounge the service was exceptional. Our room was always cleaned efficiently. Giuliano was by far excellent. He took the time to connect and give helpful hints as we were visiting for the first time and without a guide. As well there was a lady in the kitchen who also worked the lounge when he was away. She was kind, always remembered us and was all around wonderful. I unfortunately do not know her name. This was our first time visiting Italy as well as first time in Europe from Canada. The staff made us feel welcome and safe. We feel blessed to have stayed and enjoyed with you. We will highly recommend. Also a side note we had a tour in Alto and our guide spoke very highly of your establishment. When local people say good things it is to my experience they are very true. Well done! Thank you for the most wonderful dinner at La Pecora Nera! A top dining experience! Loved it. Was so thrilled we could get a reservation thanks to Paolo, our guide. Also enjoyed free drink coupon for skipping a room clean up. Although the room was quite small, the convenient location made up for it. The bartender could not have been kinder, more professional, or more accommodating. Also liked having a box of tissues available in the bathroom.

Beautiful dining area and reception area!! I loved your breakfasts. Especially enjoyed the delicious yogurt, with the granola choices and other things like flax seeds. i loved the fruit especially appreciated the prunes. And the aqua naturale without bubbles being available daily. Loved the tart like cake like fig and berry. I liked that your scrambled eggs have less salt than US hotels!!!

My stay at the Hotel Ercolini & Savi was as a member of the Collette Tour #1364893 March 3-11, 2026. I was in a spacious room with two others. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. I enjoyed my breakfast each day and was greeted each day by the wait staff. I enjoyed a delicious meal and received outstanding service at the Pecora Nera Restorante. Juliano in the bar is a true gem. His bright smile is always welcoming. He makes one of the best Old Fashioned whiskey drinks I have had. He always did everything possible to make each drink and experience pleasurable. We even spent more time in the bar area that we usually do. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options including fresh fruit, pastries, juices, bread with spreads, and desserts. Dinner was very well organized with a multi-course menu. We appreciated the opportunity to choose dishes in advance and found the food delicious and well-presented. The service staff were friendly, efficient, and clearly made an effort to communicate in English, which we appreciated. The reception desk was always staffed, and the employees were helpful and welcoming. Once again, thank you for the wonderful hospitality. We have been helped very well by Irene. Because of my wife’s illness she was on a strict diet. We had informed you about that and from day 1 Irene helped my wife in finding the right things to eat and still have excellent meals. She really cared for us. We don’t check out till Saturday , our stay has be great , all the staff in reception , dinning room , bar and of course the housekeepers , our room was spotless when we arrived and has been cleaned so well each day , the girls at reception have gone out of their way to help us find things and booking our return transfer to the airport , the guys at breakfast make us a soy coffee every morning , I really feel as if we have received 6 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️service , we will return next year , we are from Australia and it is so far to travel and the hotel staff have been wonderful , we would love to meet the Manager / Owner to give our thanks kindest regards Dan and Narelle ( Australia )
