We had an amazing time during our stay at your hotel. We couldn’t remember the names of specific staff but EVERY single person we encountered was kind, professional, and so helpful. Kudos to all of them for making us feel truly welcome. Please convey our gratitude for the way they treat their guests. Everything else was top notch and very clean. Having water bottles available everyday is a nice touch and greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to detail.

We had a lovely and enjoyable stay at Hotel Di York. From the moment we arrived, all of the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and consistently helpful throughout our visit. We especially appreciated the thoughtful little touches, including complimentary soft drinks, fresh fruit and pastries available in the reception area, as well as an evening drink. These extras made our stay feel even more special. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from the Duomo, with easy access to the metro and tram stations, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend Hotel Di York to anyone visiting Milan.

We were able to check in slightly early during the heat wave, which we appreciated. When we mentioned to the staff person at the front desk that we would have to leave before breakfast to catch an early flight, she very kindly offered to send us with breakfast bags. Thank you!

Je ne connais pas le nom des personnes à la réception ni au petit déjeuner mais absolument tout le staff était extrêmement gentil attentif et courtois. Chambre avec terrasse très propre et calme. Buffet petit déjeuner diversifié et excellent. Un hôtel que je recommanderai à mes amis.

I really enjoyed staying at the hotel. Every staff was nice and provide services with highest standards. I appreciated the help of male staff who helped carrying my luggages to the room but unfortunately I didn't know his name. He was working on 21st June evening shift together with a female receptionist. I also found him doing a morning shift on 19th June at the breakfast room. I hope the management team can pass my message to him.

We really appreciated the free supply of water, cakes/pastries and fruit in the reception area. We wish all hotels would do this - especially the free supply of water when the weather is hot. We also loved having fresh bottles of water in the room each day and the delicious welcome chocolate. The breakfast buffet was excellent, the room was very clean and had everything we needed and your staff were lovely! We had an excellent stay at Gran Duca di York and have already recommended your hotel to our friends.

everyone was so nice to me - the Breakfast staff, the desk staff, the Bar person, the Cleaning staff. I loved that you had some cold juice in the fridge in the room, and that when you left the hotel, the water was right near the door to take on your way out. The breakfast food was excellent. You really have a fantastic hotel in a great location. I will recommend your hotel to others.

We were supposed to be there with friends who knew the city well. Unfortunately, they had a serious accident just a week before our planned trip with them and could not be with us to guide us an we are not the most seasoned travelers, especially in a country that English isn’t their language. 🙏 Your entire staff was so helpful, courtesy and generous with their time and guided us through our lovely stay at your beautiful Hotel. All the staff was courteous and helpful. I had the most dealings with Oreste before and after. He was most helpful with dining reservations, transfers etc. It was greatly appreciated that free water and soft drinks were provided. A nice touch with the complimentary chocolate. The bed,pillows and linens were very comfortable.
