While I didn’t get any names, the front desk staff was incredibly helpful with restaurant suggestions (all were excellent), maps/directions and arranging a car to the airport.

We were only guests for one night, but everyone was so kind and helpful with our bags, explaining our best route to the airport, calling us a cab quickly, and repairing an issue in our bathroom. The happy hour champagne was a nice touch. Thank you!

Orestes went out of his way to help us discover where to eat and how to get around. He even loaned me his tie to wear to La Scala Opera as I had forgotten mine. All of the staff were kind and friendly!

We had a lovely stay. Front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast service all top notch. Loved having cold drinks in the refrigerator each day. Only issue was smell of cigarette in the room but we adjusted to it over time. We would definitely return for both location and hospitality

We had an amazing time during our stay at your hotel. We couldn’t remember the names of specific staff but EVERY single person we encountered was kind, professional, and so helpful. We had a lovely and enjoyable stay at Hotel Di York. From the moment we arrived, all of the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and consistently helpful throughout our visit. We especially appreciated the thoughtful little touches, including complimentary soft drinks, fresh fruit and pastries available in the reception area, as well as an evening drink. These extras made our stay feel even more special. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from the Duomo, with easy access to the metro and tram stations, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend Hotel Di York to anyone visiting Milan.

I really enjoyed staying at the hotel. Every staff was nice and provide services with highest standards. I appreciated the help of male staff who helped carrying my luggages to the room but unfortunately I didn't know his name. He was working on 21st June evening shift together with a female receptionist. I also found him doing a morning shift on 19th June at the breakfast room. I hope the management team can pass my message to him.

We really appreciated the free supply of water, cakes/pastries and fruit in the reception area. We wish all hotels would do this - especially the free supply of water when the weather is hot. We also loved having fresh bottles of water in the room each day and the delicious welcome chocolate. The breakfast buffet was excellent, the room was very clean and had everything we needed and your staff were lovely! We had an excellent stay at Gran Duca di York and have already recommended your hotel to our friends.

I loved that you had some cold juice in the fridge in the room, and that when you left the hotel, the water was right near the door to take on your way out. The breakfast food was excellent.
