For the entire week of our stay, we did not leave the hotel. We enjoyed all the facilities of the hotel because they are so convenient and so well presented. Most of all your staff made such a difference - friendly, caring, professional and very good at their jobs. From the friendly and professional staff at reception to those that keep the hotel so well and the ladies who clean the rooms, the standard was excellent. In particular, we only had food & drink at the hotel every day. The two maitres, André and André (2) were so charming, always helpful and very nice gentlemen to deal with at our meals. Other waiting staff were very pleasant and professional - we did not learn all their names. Also Antonio in the bar was, every day, friendly and very helpful. If we come back to Sardinia we will only stay at La Bitta as I don't know if we'd find anywhere so great. Your sister hotel at Cortebianca was the hotel first recommended to us by friends. We are so glad they had no availability, as it was on the website where we discovered La Bitta as part of this group. La Bitta has a wonderful beach and pool, our room was perfect beside the pool and the water pools /Steam room were fabulous each day. The food was excellent. Grazie mille a tutti. Servizio spiaggia estremamente efficiente, con i ragazzi del salvataggio che si offrivano di aiutare a sistemare lettini ed ombrelloni, e la possibilità di ordinare drink e snack con servizio direttamente in spiaggia. Cibo del ristorante di ottima qualità, con personale di sala di esperienza ed estremamente discreto. Abbiamo percepito l'impegno sia del personale che della Direzione nel garantire che l'esperienza fosse impeccabile in tutti i suoi dettagli, dal primo all'ultimo giorno del soggiorno. You have a fantastic staff working for you! They went above and beyond and answered every question or concern we had. The lifeguards were amazing and helpful and kept the pool area and beach area impeccable. It is a beautiful hotel. I'm happy we had the opportunity to stay here and experience the uniqueness of La Bitta. It is truly a hidden gem.

grazie a tutto lo staff, valore aggiiunto, disponibile, gentile e professionale! struttura bellissima con location spettacolarmente ubicata in spiaggia,....mi aspettavo la camera un po piu ampia ma è ben rifinita e di gusto; terrazza con idromassaggio e pavimento nuovo, molto bella! il ristorante "a la carte" è il migliore della zona senza nessun dubbio...sarà arduo pensare a un altro hotel per le vacanze in Sardegna

Sonia was very helpful and very kind as we were departing. Our servers both nights Antonio and ?? - he's studying to be an attorney, we forget his name (it starts with a T). He was wonderful, and his wine recommendation along with the white mirto I didn't know existed - now I am hooked on it! Carla with the massage was great too. And all the young ladies at the front desk - super helpful.
