My wife Valentina and I would like to sincerely thank every single member of the team, from the young man who parked our car, to the front desk, the breakfast and dinner waiters, the lifeguards, the crew handing out watermelons, the cleaning team, and everyone else involved in making the hotel a safe, calm, clean and enjoyable space. It was clear that every individual was working toward the same goal, even when short-staffed certain nights, working longer shifts, or accommodating special requests. Their dedication and teamwork were evident throughout our stay. We truly hope this exceptional level of service can be maintained, and that the needs of the staff are addressed to ensure they can continue delivering such quality without compromise or burnout. The high standards of the administration were reflected in everyone’s involvement and care.

We had a great time, fantastic place, very friendly staff and quality food. We will definitely be back. My only suggestion is regarding smoking on the terrace during lunch service. Unfortunately, a neighboring diner lit a cigarette just as our lunch was served, which made eating unpleasant due to the smoke. The same issue occurs on the beach and by the pool. I believe it would greatly improve the experience for non-smokers if smoking were prohibited in these areas. For the entire week of our stay, we did not leave the hotel. We enjoyed all the facilities of the hotel because they are so convenient and so well presented. Most of all your staff made such a difference - friendly, caring, professional and very good at their jobs. From the friendly and professional staff at reception to those that keep the hotel so well and the ladies who clean the rooms, the standard was excellent. In particular, we only had food & drink at the hotel every day. The two maitres, André and André (2) were so charming, always helpful and very nice gentlemen to deal with at our meals. Other waiting staff were very pleasant and professional - we did not learn all their names. Also Antonio in the bar was, every day, friendly and very helpful. If we come back to Sardinia we will only stay at La Bitta as I don't know if we'd find anywhere so great. Your sister hotel at Cortebianca was the hotel first recommended to us by friends. We are so glad they had no availability, as it was on the website where we discovered La Bitta as part of this group. La Bitta has a wonderful beach and pool, our room was perfect beside the pool and the water pools /Steam room were fabulous each day. The food was excellent. Grazie mille a tutti.
