For the entire week of our stay, we did not leave the hotel. We enjoyed all the facilities of the hotel because they are so convenient and so well presented. Most of all your staff made such a difference - friendly, caring, professional and very good at their jobs. From the friendly and professional staff at reception to those that keep the hotel so well and the ladies who clean the rooms, the standard was excellent. In particular, we only had food & drink at the hotel every day. The two maitres, André and André (2) were so charming, always helpful and very nice gentlemen to deal with at our meals. Other waiting staff were very pleasant and professional - we did not learn all their names. Also Antonio in the bar was, every day, friendly and very helpful. If we come back to Sardinia we will only stay at La Bitta as I don't know if we'd find anywhere so great. Your sister hotel at Cortebianca was the hotel first recommended to us by friends. We are so glad they had no availability, as it was on the website where we discovered La Bitta as part of this group. La Bitta has a wonderful beach and pool, our room was perfect beside the pool and the water pools /Steam room were fabulous each day. The food was excellent. Grazie mille a tutti. Esperienza fantastica! Sin dalla fase di prenotazione la struttura si é contraddistinta per la professionalità, la cortesia e la serietà del personale. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo ampiamente apprezzato la disponibilità e l'accoglienza del personale in reception, sempre sorridente e pronto a soddifare - nei limiti del possibile - qualsiasi esigenza. Servizio spiaggia estremamente efficiente, con i ragazzi del salvataggio che si offrivano di aiutare a sistemare lettini ed ombrelloni, e la possibilità di ordinare drink e snack con servizio direttamente in spiaggia. Cibo del ristorante di ottima qualità, con personale di sala di esperienza ed estremamente discreto. Abbiamo percepito l'impegno sia del personale che della Direzione nel garantire che l'esperienza fosse impeccabile in tutti i suoi dettagli, dal primo all'ultimo giorno del soggiorno. Sonia was very helpful and very kind as we were departing. Our servers both nights Antonio and ?? - he's studying to be an attorney, we forget his name (it starts with a T). He was wonderful, and his wine recommendation along with the white mirto I didn't know existed - now I am hooked on it! Carla with the massage was great too. And all the young ladies at the front desk - super helpful.

I loved your hotel! It is so beautiful, personal and the staff is lovely. The only thing that makes me a bit hesistant to return is that it is so expensive to travel from the airport to the hotel. I rented a car, but i would prefer some sort of organized pick-up for a more reasonable price.

Everyone was so wonderful. I have never recieved such personalized and thoughtful service. When we got in we got lunch and were pretty jet lagged so couldnt really eat, so the waitress wrapped it up and brough tit o our room for later while we enjoyed wine. Also we had to leave at 3am to catch a flight to Rome, so they made us breakfast for take away with out even asking and included so much food, really exceeded expectations.

Das zuerst zugewiesene Zimmer 650 mit Zugang direkt vom Poolbereich war zwar sehr schön und komfortabel eingerichtet, jedoch zu wenig Privatsphäre auf der Terrasse, eingeschränkter Meerblick und unangenehmer Geruch im Zimmer. Lüften war nachts aufgrund der Fenstertüre nicht möglich. Das ist keine Reklamation, nur ein Hinweis. Wir haben nach Rücksprache mit der Rezeption am zweiten Tag das wunderschöne Zimmer 120 erhalten, mit sehr schöner Terrasse und bester Privatsphäre! Für uns war es ab da ein Traumurlaub und wir werden Ihr Hotel uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles und auch das ganze Personal, alle waren immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!
