This was our second stay at the hotel, and once again we had a really lovely experience. What stood out most was the warmth and kindness of the staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful and polite, and they genuinely made us feel at home. A special thank you to the restaurant team: Andrea, Luca, Giorgio, Giuseppe, Tiziano, Fiorella, and another gentleman whose name we believe may have been Nero. They were all wonderful, always attentive, welcoming and genuinely lovely to us. They made every meal feel relaxed and enjoyable, and we really looked forward to seeing them each day. We would also like to give a very special mention to Claudia at reception, as she was the person we dealt with most often during our stay. She was incredibly warm, helpful and welcoming, and always made us feel that we were in good hands. Whenever we dealt with Mattia, he was just as friendly, kind and helpful, and we really appreciated him too. We also want to mention Alberto, the lifeguard at the beach, who was always incredibly helpful, kind and friendly. He was such a warm presence there and was always ready to help whenever we needed anything. A big thank you as well to the other members of his team, who were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Finally, a big thank you to Alessandra, our transfer driver. She was absolutely lovely and such a pleasure to talk to. She shared so many interesting facts and stories about the island with us and somehow made a two-hour journey fly by. Our only suggestion would be to have a few more comfortable spaces where guests can simply sit and spend some time outside their rooms. The seating area near reception is quite limited and, for us, did not feel particularly inviting, so having a couple of additional cosy communal areas would make the hotel feel even more welcoming. Also, a few extra areas near the pool for when it's raining would be an interesting addition. The hotel itself was lovely, and the staff made the whole experience even more special. There is something wonderful about returning somewhere and feeling so welcome and looked after, and your team created exactly that feeling for us. We are very glad we chose to come back for a second stay, and we would absolutely love to return again in the future.

Overall, we are positively impressed by the number of operations going on in the whole facility smoothly and friendliness of the personnel. I personally enjoyed breakfast buffet very much. Many thanks for everything!!

Siamo stati benissimo, splendida location, struttura molto bella, curata e pulita, ma credo la differenza la faccia il personale, gentili, professionali e sempre attenti alle esigenze, dal primo all’ultimo, ho notato che molti di loro sono sardi, un orgoglio, torneremo sicuramente.
