2026-09-27

2026-09-19

I imagine that, as in other industries, success in hospitality also depends on the small details, daily dedication, love for one’s work, and respect for guests. You have all of these in abundance. We have vacationed in many places over the past decades, but this was by far the most outstanding. For the first time, we are considering returning to the same place. Thank you all!

2026-09-18

Bravi tutti

Great hotel

2026-09-11

Everyone was so helpful, making us comfortable with my husbands medical hearing disorder. They found quiet places for us to have meals and were very kind and helpful. A big thank you especially to Fiorenzo, who went out of his way to accommodate us every single day. He made sure we had everything we neede, whether it was rebooking a tour, or just getting us a bag of ice. I didn’t catch the names of the gentlemen at the restaurant (I think one was the manager?), but they made sure we were at a quiet table for every meal to accommodate my husbands needs. Some of the best customer service I’ve had at any hotel, worldwide!

2026-09-11

Grazie a tutti voi

2026-08-24

2026-08-23

2026-08-22

2026-08-21

2026-08-19

Ci sentiamo come a casa, in famiglia. E non c’è complimento migliore. Ci vediamo l’anno prossimo e atteros annos menzus ❤️ Tatiana e Alessio

2026-08-19

2026-08-18

2026-08-17

Siamo stati molto bene.

2026-08-08

This was our second stay at the hotel, and once again we had a really lovely experience. What stood out most was the warmth and kindness of the staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful and polite, and they genuinely made us feel at home. A special thank you to the restaurant team: Andrea, Luca, Giorgio, Giuseppe, Tiziano, Fiorella, and another gentleman whose name we believe may have been Nero. They were all wonderful, always attentive, welcoming and genuinely lovely to us. They made every meal feel relaxed and enjoyable, and we really looked forward to seeing them each day. We would also like to give a very special mention to Claudia at reception, as she was the person we dealt with most often during our stay. She was incredibly warm, helpful and welcoming, and always made us feel that we were in good hands. Whenever we dealt with Mattia, he was just as friendly, kind and helpful, and we really appreciated him too. We also want to mention Alberto, the lifeguard at the beach, who was always incredibly helpful, kind and friendly. He was such a warm presence there and was always ready to help whenever we needed anything. A big thank you as well to the other members of his team, who were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Finally, a big thank you to Alessandra, our transfer driver. She was absolutely lovely and such a pleasure to talk to. She shared so many interesting facts and stories about the island with us and somehow made a two-hour journey fly by. Our only suggestion would be to have a few more comfortable spaces where guests can simply sit and spend some time outside their rooms. The seating area near reception is quite limited and, for us, did not feel particularly inviting, so having a couple of additional cosy communal areas would make the hotel feel even more welcoming. Also, a few extra areas near the pool for when it's raining would be an interesting addition. The hotel itself was lovely, and the staff made the whole experience even more special. There is something wonderful about returning somewhere and feeling so welcome and looked after, and your team created exactly that feeling for us. We are very glad we chose to come back for a second stay, and we would absolutely love to return again in the future.

2026-08-07

Weiter so! Grazie mille Marco è Antonella

2026-08-07

2026-08-03

Overall, we are positively impressed by the number of operations going on in the whole facility smoothly and friendliness of the personnel. I personally enjoyed breakfast buffet very much. Many thanks for everything!!

2026-08-03

2026-08-02

Besten Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.

2026-08-02

The gentleman at check-in was exceptionally friendly and courteous. However, I felt a bit overlooked regarding the spa information, possibly because I was traveling alone, which made me feel less significant compared to other guests. Additionally, I had a boat trip scheduled for one day, and during breakfast, I prepared a sandwich to eat later since I wasn't very hungry at that time. One of the waiters informed me that there would be a charge for the sandwich, which I have no issue with, but the way he communicated it made me feel as though I was doing something wrong, leaving me feeling uncomfortable and somewhat cheap. I might be accustomed to receiving more attentive service at other hotels, but I believe your hotel has great potential with a few adjustments.

2026-08-02

2026-07-20

Nella spiaggia:Alberto;;Francisco ;Mathia e Massimiliano . Tutti specialmente educati, simpatici e accoglienti Our compliments to the hotel

2026-07-09

2026-07-08

It was clear that the team genuinely cares about every detail and is constantly striving to make sure guests have the best possible experience. I felt completely relaxed throughout my stay. In fact, this was the first time I felt comfortable leaving my valuables in the room without using a safe or locking them in my suitcase. That sense of security meant a lot to me. At one point, I had a warning light related to a tire sensor on my rental car. Francesco and one of the young receptionists immediately stepped in to help. They carefully checked the car several times to make sure the tire wasn't losing air and to determine whether it was simply a sensor that needed resetting. Their kindness, patience, and willingness to help went far beyond what I would normally expect from a hotel staff, and I truly appreciated it. The difference became even more apparent when I arrived at a four-star hotel in Olbia after my stay. Although it cost only about half as much, the overall experience and quality of what was offered felt like only a fraction of what I had experienced here. That comparison confirmed that I had made the right choice. Your hotel offers exceptional value for money, not only because of its beautiful location and facilities, but above all because of the genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and the feeling of comfort and security that you create for your guests.

2026-07-07

A really excellent hotel with amazing staff

2026-07-07

COMPLIMENTI A TUTTO LO STAFF

All the staff at La Bitta were wonderful - in particular Susannah, Georgia and Claudia on reception were so helpful, we can't thank them enough. I'd also like to thank the lifeguards on the beach for their helpfulness and cheerfulness every day. They worked hard to keep the beach clean, were very vigilant to any possible situations that might be arising, and also were so friendly and helpful to us throughout our day on the sunbeds.

2026-06-20

Riconosco l'impegno profuso e professionale, me ne avevano parlato, ho altra prenotazione e torno volentieri.

2026-04-20

Grazie per le premure nel weekend trascorso!

2026-04-20
