Ci siamo sentite a casa con tante mamme che ci viziavano, comprese le signore delle pulizie, i camerieri, i ragazzi della reception, i bagnini e il direttore (con cui abbiamo anche fatto un piacevole aperitivo e che si è dimostrato una persona seria, competente oltre che molto gentile). Nel caso ci fossimo dimenticate qualcuno, ringraziamo tutti in generale. Da non sottovalutare la qualità e l’attenzione ai dettagli del ristorante, presenti anche al mattino per quanto riguarda la colazione a buffet. Insomma, nulla da invidiare ad un ristorante stellato.

This was our second stay at the hotel, and once again we had a really lovely experience. What stood out most was the warmth and kindness of the staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful and polite, and they genuinely made us feel at home. A special thank you to the restaurant team: Andrea, Luca, Giorgio, Giuseppe, Tiziano, Fiorella, and another gentleman whose name we believe may have been Nero. They were all wonderful, always attentive, welcoming and genuinely lovely to us. They made every meal feel relaxed and enjoyable, and we really looked forward to seeing them each day. We would also like to give a very special mention to Claudia at reception, as she was the person we dealt with most often during our stay. She was incredibly warm, helpful and welcoming, and always made us feel that we were in good hands. Whenever we dealt with Mattia, he was just as friendly, kind and helpful, and we really appreciated him too. We also want to mention Alberto, the lifeguard at the beach, who was always incredibly helpful, kind and friendly. He was such a warm presence there and was always ready to help whenever we needed anything. A big thank you as well to the other members of his team, who were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Finally, a big thank you to Alessandra, our transfer driver. She was absolutely lovely and such a pleasure to talk to. She shared so many interesting facts and stories about the island with us and somehow made a two-hour journey fly by. Our only suggestion would be to have a few more comfortable spaces where guests can simply sit and spend some time outside their rooms. The seating area near reception is quite limited and, for us, did not feel particularly inviting, so having a couple of additional cosy communal areas would make the hotel feel even more welcoming. Also, a few extra areas near the pool for when it's raining would be an interesting addition. The hotel itself was lovely, and the staff made the whole experience even more special. There is something wonderful about returning somewhere and feeling so welcome and looked after, and your team created exactly that feeling for us. We are very glad we chose to come back for a second stay, and we would absolutely love to return again in the future.

The gentleman at check-in was exceptionally friendly and courteous. However, I felt a bit overlooked regarding the spa information, possibly because I was traveling alone, which made me feel less significant compared to other guests. Additionally, I had a boat trip scheduled for one day, and during breakfast, I prepared a sandwich to eat later since I wasn't very hungry at that time. One of the waiters informed me that there would be a charge for the sandwich, which I have no issue with, but the way he communicated it made me feel as though I was doing something wrong, leaving me feeling uncomfortable and somewhat cheap. I might be accustomed to receiving more attentive service at other hotels, but I believe your hotel has great potential with a few adjustments.

Io e mia moglie abbiamo deciso di festeggiare il nostro decimo anniversario di matrimonio, passando il fine settimana presse l'Hotel La Bitta, siamo stati benissimo, ci tenevamo a ringraziare tutto il personale, reception, ristorazione, bar, bagnini, area spa, in particolare la ragazza addetta alla vendita di abiti fronte la reception con la quale mia moglie ha legato molto, il maitre Andrea, Fiorenzo alla reception, ci tengo davvero a ringraziare e fare i complimenti a tutti per la loro disponibilità cortesia e professionalità, oltre ad aver goduto delle meraviglie dell'hotel, abbiamo proprio avuto il piacere di conoscere delle bellissime persone. Complimenti per la cura che mettete in ogni cosa, tutto perfetto ma i miei ringraziamenti vanno al personale: mai vista tanta gentilezza, sorrisi e disponibilità: il ragazzo giovanissimo che ci ha aiutato a parcheggiare, fuori sotto al sole col caldo di questi giorni, gentilissimo a proporci addirittura diverse soluzioni dove lasciare la moto; il personale di sala della cena estremamente cordiale e amichevole ma mai invadente, il maitre e personale della colazione favolosi, gentilissimi, disponibili e simpatici, il cameriere al bar la sera che ci ha serviti i cocktail, l'addetto al check-in davvero gentile e splendida la signora al check-out.

She was delightful to talk to, very informative, and her love for Sardinia and La Maddalena were contagious. Susanna was also very helpful organizing transportation for us to and from airports and to Tortoli. She is a delightful person and played a large part in making our stay wonderful.

It was clear that the team genuinely cares about every detail and is constantly striving to make sure guests have the best possible experience. I felt completely relaxed throughout my stay. In fact, this was the first time I felt comfortable leaving my valuables in the room without using a safe or locking them in my suitcase. That sense of security meant a lot to me. At one point, I had a warning light related to a tire sensor on my rental car. Francesco and one of the young receptionists immediately stepped in to help. They carefully checked the car several times to make sure the tire wasn't losing air and to determine whether it was simply a sensor that needed resetting. Their kindness, patience, and willingness to help went far beyond what I would normally expect from a hotel staff, and I truly appreciated it. The difference became even more apparent when I arrived at a four-star hotel in Olbia after my stay. Although it cost only about half as much, the overall experience and quality of what was offered felt like only a fraction of what I had experienced here. That comparison confirmed that I had made the right choice. Your hotel offers exceptional value for money, not only because of its beautiful location and facilities, but above all because of the genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and the feeling of comfort and security that you create for your guests.

All the staff at La Bitta were wonderful - in particular Susannah, Georgia and Claudia on reception were so helpful, we can't thank them enough. I'd also like to thank the lifeguards on the beach for their helpfulness and cheerfulness every day. They worked hard to keep the beach clean, were very vigilant to any possible situations that might be arising, and also were so friendly and helpful to us throughout our day on the sunbeds.
