All the staff at La Bitta were wonderful - in particular Susannah, Georgia and Claudia on reception were so helpful, we can't thank them enough. I'd also like to thank the lifeguards on the beach for their helpfulness and cheerfulness every day. They worked hard to keep the beach clean, were very vigilant to any possible situations that might be arising, and also were so friendly and helpful to us throughout our day on the sunbeds.

L'attenzione al contesto e all'ambiente è palese e si manifesta in piccole cose e circostanze. Si vede molta partecipazione e interesse al benessere dell'ospite. Il personale ha una naturale gentilezza e questa viene trasmessa, trasformandosi in ospitalità genuina; Non soggiorno spesso in alberghi in Sardegna perché rapporto qualità prezzo per la mia esperienza è alquanto carente. My wife Valentina and I would like to sincerely thank every single member of the team, from the young man who parked our car, to the front desk, the breakfast and dinner waiters, the lifeguards, the crew handing out watermelons, the cleaning team, and everyone else involved in making the hotel a safe, calm, clean and enjoyable space. It was clear that every individual was working toward the same goal, even when short-staffed certain nights, working longer shifts, or accommodating special requests. Their dedication and teamwork were evident throughout our stay. We truly hope this exceptional level of service can be maintained, and that the needs of the staff are addressed to ensure they can continue delivering such quality without compromise or burnout. The high standards of the administration were reflected in everyone’s involvement and care.

We had a great time, fantastic place, very friendly staff and quality food. We will definitely be back. My only suggestion is regarding smoking on the terrace during lunch service. Unfortunately, a neighboring diner lit a cigarette just as our lunch was served, which made eating unpleasant due to the smoke. The same issue occurs on the beach and by the pool. I believe it would greatly improve the experience for non-smokers if smoking were prohibited in these areas. Guests who wish to smoke could easily do so just outside the main structure, ensuring a more enjoyable environment for everyone.
