Der Service an der Rezeption und im Restaurant war hervorragend. Die Küche war spitze. Wir empfehlen sie auf jeden Fall weiter.

Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt. Schon zur Begrüßung gab es ein Seeblick-Upgrade und wir wurden mit sehr vielen hilfreichen Informationen versorgt. Alle sprachen deutsch oder englisch. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Alles war sehr sauber, vom Zimmer bis zum Bikeraum. Da sieht man gerne über das zum Teil etwas in die Jahre gekommene Ambiente hinweg. ;-) Das Frühstück war sehr gut, das Abendessen hat uns begeistert. In jedem Fall eine absolute Empfehlung!

It was just perfect! The rooms, the view, the food, the very friendly staff,... The guestcard was a nice bonus. My family loved skiing (with the school TISM), but for my, there were beautiful walkings and a relaxing wellness in and around town. The staff helped with all the questions we had. Also the problem with the douche was very quick solved.

Volevo ringraziarvi davvero per il trattamento che ci avete riservato, in particolare per la colazione abbondante vegana per cui era stata fatta richiesta, con tanto di sorpresa di compleanno!! Approfitto per congratularmi con lo/la chef per la qualità del cibo vegano su richiesta , trattamento assolutamente non scontato. È un hotel meraviglioso con un servizio e un'accoglienza splendida e sarò ben lieto di tornarci alla prima occasione!!

Das Personal ist sehr umsichtig und geht auf die Wünsche ein. Sehr aufmerksam beim Auffüllen am Buffet. Sehr bemüht bei sprachlichem Verstehen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und waren sehr angetan von der Auswahl der Gerichte bzw. des Menü's. Sehr interessante und außergewöhnliche Gerichte.
