Everything about this experience was incredible. As a single woman who frequently travels alone, I couldn't have felt more safe, welcome, and comfortable at Hotel Margherita. We had a wonderful seven night stay at Hotel Margherita with our family. The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere, stunning views over the Amalfi Coast, and an excellent breakfast each morning. Its location is perfect, with several great restaurants just a 5–10 minute walk away. What really makes this hotel exceptional is the staff. Everyone was incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful, especially one of the front desk managers with dark hair and glasses. When one of our children became unwell, she even offered us the use of her own car so we could get to the pharmacy—an act of kindness we will never forget. The staff were also fantastic at advising us on water taxis, buses, and local attractions. As a family-run hotel, it has a genuinely warm and welcoming feel. We would happily return and, in our opinion, it’s the best hotel in Praiano.

We loved your hotel! We found your staff very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. They were friendly, kind, and supportive with any questions or needs that we had. Upon request, for a room with a view of the Amalfi Coast, our accommodations were upgraded as soon as a suite became available. We were so incredibly grateful for this! The transport service to the beach and local restaurants was so appreciated. We also loved the little extras that made our stay more comfortable while away from home. These included the cute towel bag and refillable water bottles to use throughout our stay. The celebratory drink upon our arrival, handy room or pool flip-flops, and gorgeous oversized bath towels were also welcomed extras!! The rooftop venue was a gorgeous bright space with delicious appetizers for us to enjoy while we celebrated our eldest son’s wedding! We will always have such fond memories of your beautiful Hotel Margherita! Thank you to Hotel Margherita for an Amazing 12 night stay! It was Wonderful to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary, everyday was enjoyable adventure visiting the villages along the Amalfi coast. We loved the charm of the town of Praiano, and we felt very welcomed by the residents in the shops, or meeting them along the paths or steep staircases. Suela, her family and her wonderful staff were always very helpful with the shuttles or giving tips to see tourists sites and navigate the beauty of the landscape. Our stay exceeded our expectations!!! Hotel easy to find and parking made the arrival easy. Warm welcome with complementary prosecco. Our room (deluxe) was perfect. King, desk and couch. Bed and pillows comfortable. Awesome breakfast (and saw dinners, and looked and smelled good). What made a difference was the staff. Especially Matteo, who very kind and patient with us explaining how to get to the path of the gods Another big plus was the location - purpose of our trip was Path of the Gods to Positano and returned by bus. Location of the hotel made that day easy. Perfect location… great staff… clean… outstanding view …comfortable …highly recommend!!!

We really loved our stay. The check in process was so welcoming and friendly. Everyone treated us like family. We got so much information and advice to make our time even more special. More variety of fresh fruit at breakfast. Sometimes a bit tired. Pastries in warmer were over cooked and some dishes on hot buffet ran out altogether but staff happily replaced on request. Very minor to our overall experience. We thought you provided us with everything we could wish for from a hotel. Friendliness of staff was amazing and their local knowledge was so helpful. We were blown away by how nice everything was from top to bottom. The staff was incredibly accommodating, the cleaning lady was outstanding. It was a very good experience and a hotel I would recommend to all of my friends visiting Italy.
