The woman who greeted everyone for breakfast was so kind, helpful, and attentive. Also, everyone I interacted with at the front desk was very accommodating and focused on solving problems. The woman with blond hair is REALLY amazing! She even helped a woman who was lost and trying to figure out how to the bus back to Amalfi … that spoke bolunes to me. Bianca and Carla are wonderful and provided a fantastic breakfast every morning. Even though we did not have a dinner reservation and the restaurant was booked full, the staff provided us with a dinner time to help us avoid going out in the rain. We had a great dinner at Mama's restaurant. The owner, Suela, provided several choices and suggestions for travel to local areas and things to see and do. We could not have enjoyed our stay so much without the wonderful staff at Hotel Margherita.

All the staff and management went beyond my expectations of service. They helped to arrange trips and also have a shuttle service to take you to the beach several times a days. On our last day they even brought us down to the port with our big suitcases. The hotel room was spotless and all the amenities perfect. The pool area is great. We ate twice in the restaurant. I was planning a proposal to my partner and I'm so happy you were able to facilitate this in the hotel. I'm very grateful for the fact that you upgraded us to the romantic room with the terrace which was fantastic. The display you created for us with the flowers and candles was beautifully done and created a lovely atmosphere for us. The private dinner from the restaurant was delicious and really helped to set the occasion. We would like to thank all the restaurant staff for doing such a great job. Thankfully my now fiancé was so impressed that she said yes :) It was a very special moment in our lives and we just want to thank you so much for everything you did to help make it such a memorable experience. Attention to the details is impeccable. A simple service like shuttle for the guests does matter a lot. Never had to wait more than 30 secs for a WhatsApp reply - kudos to the staff. Very helpful with bus timings , roadblocks etc which helped in planning the day. Even accommodated request for an extension of the stay. Breakfast was really good too and the staff were always polite , courteous and cheerful.
