We cannot thank you enough for your hospitality during our stay. We absolutely loved the property. One of the best most stunning hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were all so accommodating from the minute we checked in to the minute we checked out. I would just like to thank all the staff especially the receptionists and the dhittle bus drivers. The shuttle bus was such a good handy extra! The massage we had also was unreal the best we have ever had and again the massage therapist (sorry can’t remember the names a man and a women) they were so professional and great at what they do. The hotel exceeded my expectations and we were gutted to leave. We had an extra three nights in Sorrento after this hotel and just wish we had stayed here instead. The hotel and town of Praiano was like a fairytale. The breakfast was delicious and my partner says the best coffee he has had (he is a coffee snob). The view from the roof top bar was amazing and the size of our room was massive! The decor was also stunning it felt so authentic which is exactly what we wanted. All the little perks free welcome drink, beach bag with pool towels, shuttle bus, breakfast was all great. I can’t rave about this hotel and the staff enough!

Most of the staff were kind and helpful and willing to accommodate my needs and I’m grateful for those that were. The hotel is in a great location and it is beautifully decorated and very well kept. Although I do enjoy going to the spa, the prices here were very high so I did not make use of those services. However I did use the gym facility which was convenient (I would recommend having boxing gloves available for use of the punching bag). I also enjoyed eating at the restaurant and was very impressed with the quality of the food though the service could have been better. Overall I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and although I don’t plan on visiting the facility again, I would recommend it to friends/family. Thank you for the experience.

Professionalità e cortesia è quello che abbiamo ricevuto già prima del nostro arrivo. Ho contattato la struttura per alcune richieste specifiche e sorprese da fare a mia moglie in occasione del suo compleanno. Da subito hanno accontentato le mie richieste e suggerito altre piccole accortenze che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno unico e confortevole. Grande simpatia del personale e grande ospitalità. Grazie per tutto ed arrivederci sicuramente a presto.

Mediamente soggiorniamo ogni 15 giorni in hotel in Italia ed all'estero sia per lavoro che per svago. Difficilmente abbiano trovato tanta gentilezza e cortesia come nel vostro hotel, e pertanto i ringraziamenti sono d'obbligo così come i complimenti per il modo di gestire l'hotel Margherita dove ci si sente coccolati a 360 gradi.

Accoglienza eccezionale ed in particolar modo per il nostro bulldog francese Zeus. Tutto perfetto dalla camera impeccabile alla ristorazione ottima a partire dalle materie prime. Bellissima la piscina. Le condizioni meteo ancora quasi estive hanno reso più piacevole anche il fatto che la temperatura della piscina fosse di circa 25 gradi. Complimenti per tutto!

Once again, I have a GREAT time staying in one of my favorite places in the world. I will see you next October and will not worry about the 5% savings. Every person we interacted with at the hotel was wonderful. The entire staff are amazing and awesome customer service specialists. We especially enjoyed our cooking class with Nonna and Paolo. The woman who greeted everyone for breakfast was so kind, helpful, and attentive. Also, everyone I interacted with at the front desk was very accommodating and focused on solving problems. The woman with blond hair is REALLY amazing! She even helped a woman who was lost and trying to figure out how to the bus back to Amalfi … that spoke bolunes to me. I will recommend this place yo others. No doubt!

Our stay was absolute bliss! We felt very special, in such a beautiful location, such warm & helpful staff including reception, breakfast staff, restaurant, cleaning staff. The room was gorgeous, a really comfortable bed, a terrace to dream about and a pool to cool down in. The courtesy bus was a life saver and I was sad to leave and would love to return. Thank you.

Bianca and Carla are wonderful and provided a fantastic breakfast every morning. Even though we did not have a dinner reservation and the restaurant was booked full, the staff provided us with a dinner time to help us avoid going out in the rain. We had a great dinner at Mama's restaurant. The owner, Suela, provided several choices and suggestions for travel to local areas and things to see and do. We could not have enjoyed our stay so much without the wonderful staff at Hotel Margherita.

We had an amazing time at your hotel. From the moment of check in until we left, all the staff went above and beyond. Better service than some of the 5 star hotels we have stayed in! Cannot fault anything (except maybe the wifi in our room which seems to drop in and out)
