Swala (unsure of spelling) checked us in, out and drove us in the shuttle. She helped us get to the beach. She also helped us get to Positano. On our way out of town she helped us with a route due to road work. She went above and beyond. An excellent worker. The lady who worked at breakfast was so pleasant and sweet.

I love almost every moment of my stay here, all of the staff are so friendly and accommodating. Especially the front desk, Bianca at breakfast, and the upstairs bar staff. The drivets, and cleaners, everyone is so nice. I feel at home and have returned 5 times. I am already planning to return next year for a longer stay.

Thanks so much for a wonderful stay. The customer service was amazing throughout and so glad we finally got to come on our trip to the Amalfi coast. Shuttle service was amazing. Only downside was that we had to swap rooms part way though our stay and our second room was a lot better. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit Amalfi coast.

All the staff and management went beyond my expectations of service. They helped to arrange trips and also have a shuttle service to take you to the beach several times a days. On our last day they even brought us down to the port with our big suitcases. The hotel room was spotless and all the amenities perfect. The pool area is great. We ate twice in the restaurant. The decor was beautiful and the food was top class. I would definitely come back.
