Thank you for all the staff they are so helpful and kind. They would go out there way to make things easier by booking a shuttle bus to the beach or to the town which was free with the hotel. They would give you advice how to get around which was great. I would definitely come back to this hotel

Bravissimi!!!!!
2026-09-18
One of the reasons I chose this hotel was to get help with scheduling transfers, tours and fun things to do in the area. And I'm so glad I did, the hotel team made the trip! The included shuttle was critical and appreciated. The only issue is that our booked massages were confirmed via email and Whatsapp, but somehow not on the schedule, so the massages were double booked. We were still able to get them, just an hour later. The time was fine with us and we enjoyed the massage, but would have been very disappointed if we would not have been able to still get them. Something to look into for future.
2026-09-15
The place and accommodation were excellent but Umberto, Giuseppe, Mateo, and all the gals from the staff were exceptional. They're definitely a dream team.

The staff were incredibly thorough and helpful with every question I brought to them, and if they didn't have the answer right away, they found it and gave me solutions! From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU to everyone. One day I will be back, and I can't wait to send all of my friends in the meantime <3!

Allo stesso modo rivolgiamo accorato apprezzamento a tutto lo staff, dalla reception, al personale preposto ai servizi di garage, navetta, etc e, per finire, al personale tutto adibito alla ristorazione. We had a wonderful seven night stay at Hotel Margherita with our family. The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere, stunning views over the Amalfi Coast, and an excellent breakfast each morning. Its location is perfect, with several great restaurants just a 5–10 minute walk away. What really makes this hotel exceptional is the staff. Everyone was incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful, especially one of the front desk managers with dark hair and glasses. When one of our children became unwell, she even offered us the use of her own car so we could get to the pharmacy—an act of kindness we will never forget. The staff were also fantastic at advising us on water taxis, buses, and local attractions. As a family-run hotel, it has a genuinely warm and welcoming feel. We would happily return and, in our opinion, it’s the best hotel in Praiano.
2026-07-29
Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful rooms and pool area.
2026-07-26
Complimenti a tutti!!!

I was especially impressed with and grateful for the quick responses and thoroughness of the concierge services through WhatsApp. You helped me tremendously with transfers, restaurant reservations, booking excursions, massage, canceling or rescheduling when conflicts arose. Anything I needed, I quickly realized if I messaged on WhatsApp, I was going to get a quick response, and you were going to go above and beyond! Thank you! You made my visit to the Amalfi Coast so wonderful!

We loved your hotel! We found your staff very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. They were friendly, kind, and supportive with any questions or needs that we had. Upon request, for a room with a view of the Amalfi Coast, our accommodations were upgraded as soon as a suite became available. We were so incredibly grateful for this! The transport service to the beach and local restaurants was so appreciated. We also loved the little extras that made our stay more comfortable while away from home. These included the cute towel bag and refillable water bottles to use throughout our stay. The celebratory drink upon our arrival, handy room or pool flip-flops, and gorgeous oversized bath towels were also welcomed extras!! The rooftop venue was a gorgeous bright space with delicious appetizers for us to enjoy while we celebrated our eldest son’s wedding! We will always have such fond memories of your beautiful Hotel Margherita! In fact, we were emotional and sad to leave today… We look forward to returning one day in the future, should we be so lucky! Thanks again for your hospitality!! We will definitely recommend your hotel to our family and friends. 🥂🫶❤️ Kindly, Susan and Ken Smith from Ontario, Canada

Thank you to Hotel Margherita for an Amazing 12 night stay! It was Wonderful to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary, everyday was enjoyable adventure visiting the villages along the Amalfi coast. We loved the charm of the town of Praiano, and we felt very welcomed by the residents in the shops, or meeting them along the paths or steep staircases. Suela, her family and her wonderful staff were always very helpful with the shuttles or giving tips to see tourists sites and navigate the beauty of the landscape. You made our stay feel like we were part of the family. Thank you for a Fabulous stay, Andrea & Bernard from Montreal, Quebec, Canada

Our stay exceeded our expectations!!! Hotel easy to find and parking made the arrival easy. Warm welcome with complementary prosecco. Our room (deluxe) was perfect. King, desk and couch. Bed and pillows comfortable. Awesome breakfast (and saw dinners, and looked and smelled good). What made a difference was the staff. Especially Matteo, who very kind and patient with us explaining how to get to the path of the gods Another big plus was the location - purpose of our trip was Path of the Gods to Positano and returned by bus. Location of the hotel made that day easy. Perfect location… great staff… clean… outstanding view …comfortable …highly recommend!!!
