We had a wonderful seven night stay at Hotel Margherita with our family. The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere, stunning views over the Amalfi Coast, and an excellent breakfast each morning. Its location is perfect, with several great restaurants just a 5–10 minute walk away. What really makes this hotel exceptional is the staff. Everyone was incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful, especially one of the front desk managers with dark hair and glasses. When one of our children became unwell, she even offered us the use of her own car so we could get to the pharmacy—an act of kindness we will never forget. The staff were also fantastic at advising us on water taxis, buses, and local attractions. As a family-run hotel, it has a genuinely warm and welcoming feel. We would happily return and, in our opinion, it’s the best hotel in Praiano.

The level of hospitality was excellent! I was especially impressed with and grateful for the quick responses and thoroughness of the concierge services through WhatsApp. You helped me tremendously with transfers, restaurant reservations, booking excursions, massage, canceling or rescheduling when conflicts arose. Anything I needed, I quickly realized if I messaged on WhatsApp, I was going to get a quick response, and you were going to go above and beyond! Thank you! We loved your hotel! We found your staff very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. They were friendly, kind, and supportive with any questions or needs that we had. Upon request, for a room with a view of the Amalfi Coast, our accommodations were upgraded as soon as a suite became available. We were so incredibly grateful for this! The transport service to the beach and local restaurants was so appreciated. We also loved the little extras that made our stay more comfortable while away from home. These included the cute towel bag and refillable water bottles to use throughout our stay. The celebratory drink upon our arrival, handy room or pool flip-flops, and gorgeous oversized bath towels were also welcomed extras!! The rooftop venue was a gorgeous bright space with delicious appetizers for us to enjoy while we celebrated our eldest son’s wedding! We will always have such fond memories of your beautiful Hotel Margherita! In fact, we were emotional and sad to leave today… We look forward to returning one day in the future, should we be so lucky! Thanks again for your hospitality!! We enjoyed our stay. We arranged private transfers and tours with front desk and everything went smoothly. Front desk staff very helpful in answering any questions we had about directions, how to get places, etc. also excellent response time on all of my email inquiries! Loved sitting in the beautiful lobby with a glass of champagne on arrival as we checked in. We do not plan to be back to Area for some time but would stay here again if we did return.

The staff at reception couldn’t do enough for us. They provided us with information, recommendations, maps, booked our services etc. They were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff organized our favourite coffee as soon as they saw us enter the restaurant. The restaurant staff were super attentive and the food was delicious. Our stay exceeded our expectations!!! Hotel easy to find and parking made the arrival easy. Warm welcome with complementary prosecco. Our room (deluxe) was perfect. King, desk and couch. Especially Matteo, who very kind and patient with us explaining how to get to the path of the gods Another big plus was the location - purpose of our trip was Path of the Gods to Positano and returned by bus.
