We had a wonderful seven night stay at Hotel Margherita with our family. The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere, stunning views over the Amalfi Coast, and an excellent breakfast each morning. Its location is perfect, with several great restaurants just a 5–10 minute walk away. What really makes this hotel exceptional is the staff. Everyone was incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful, especially one of the front desk managers with dark hair and glasses. When one of our children became unwell, she even offered us the use of her own car so we could get to the pharmacy—an act of kindness we will never forget. The staff were also fantastic at advising us on water taxis, buses, and local attractions. As a family-run hotel, it has a genuinely warm and welcoming feel. We would happily return and, in our opinion, it’s the best hotel in Praiano.

I was especially impressed with and grateful for the quick responses and thoroughness of the concierge services through WhatsApp. You helped me tremendously with transfers, restaurant reservations, booking excursions, massage, canceling or rescheduling when conflicts arose. We loved your hotel! We found your staff very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. They were friendly, kind, and supportive with any questions or needs that we had. Upon request, for a room with a view of the Amalfi Coast, our accommodations were upgraded as soon as a suite became available. We were so incredibly grateful for this! The transport service to the beach and local restaurants was so appreciated. We also loved the little extras that made our stay more comfortable while away from home. These included the cute towel bag and refillable water bottles to use throughout our stay. The celebratory drink upon our arrival, handy room or pool flip-flops, and gorgeous oversized bath towels were also welcomed extras!! The rooftop venue was a gorgeous bright space with delicious appetizers for us to enjoy while we celebrated our eldest son’s wedding! We will always have such fond memories of your beautiful Hotel Margherita! In fact, we were emotional and sad to leave today… We look forward to returning one day in the future, should we be so lucky! Thanks again for your hospitality!! We enjoyed our stay. We arranged private transfers and tours with front desk and everything went smoothly. We really loved our stay. The check in process was so welcoming and friendly. Everyone treated us like family. We got so much information and advice to make our time even more special. I love the hotel decor: all the interesting art and books and colors. All the girls who work at breakfast were so kind and attentive! I will always remember the flowers on our cappuccino! Grazie.

More variety of fresh fruit at breakfast. Sometimes a bit tired. Pastries in warmer were over cooked and some dishes on hot buffet ran out altogether but staff happily replaced on request. Very minor to our overall experience. We thought you provided us with everything we could wish for from a hotel. Friendliness of staff was amazing and their local knowledge was so helpful. We cannot thank you enough for your hospitality during our stay. We absolutely loved the property. From the rooms with the high ceilings and thoughtful decor, to the restaurant, breakfast area and lovely pool. The staff was the highlight for us. This is one of the most unforgettable holidays. The hotel staff simply couldn’t do enough for you. Special shoutout to Matteo, Fillipo, Massimo and Roseann. They bent over backwards to help, nothing was ever a problem. The location of the hotel is simply stunning. Everything was spotless, bedrooms cleaned everyday. Breakfast was exceptionally with plenty choices. Anyone considering going to The Amalfi Coast should seriously consider this as a base. They offer a shuttle service to and from the beach where you can take excursions, book water taxis to take you anywhere on the coastline. First class 5* hotel 💛
