The front desk staff was incredibly sympathetic about our lack of sleep before my 30th birthday. They professionally handled the situation by waiving the tourist tax and letting us use the pool free of charge after checkout—a very thoughtful gesture. We completely understood that the A/C problem was a force majeure that neither the staff nor management could have predicted. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel has been beautifully renovated, serves delicious breakfasts, and offers great extras like a pool bar, hotel bar, and bikes. Its proximity to the beach is another huge plus. We had a lovely time and will certainly be back to Lignano.

È una delle migliori che abbiamo mai trovato in un hotel in Italia, ricca, varia e curata in ogni dettaglio. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at your hotel and would like to express our sincere appreciation to the entire team. One of the things we loved most was that our dog was so warmly welcomed. It made our vacation even more special to be able to enjoy it together as a family, including our furry companion. The hotel was also absolutely perfect for our little son. He felt comfortable from the very beginning, and we truly appreciated the family-friendly atmosphere throughout our stay. The pool area was outstanding—beautifully maintained, relaxing, and perfect for both adults and children. The cleanliness of the entire hotel exceeded our expectations. Everything was spotless and exceptionally well cared for. The breakfast was more than perfect, with a fantastic selection of fresh and delicious food every morning. It was truly one of the highlights of our stay. We would also like to thank the entire staff for their exceptional hospitality. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Their kindness made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived until the day we left.
