Thank you for the late breakfast, which allowed us to sleep in a little longer. Thank you for including beach chairs in the room rate, which saved us the trouble of having to find them ourselves. And a special thank you goes to the option to borrow the hotel’s bicycles for free, which allowed us to explore the wider area around Lignano and reach places we wouldn’t have been able to get to on foot. That’s why we’ll definitely be coming back to stay with you.

The front desk staff was incredibly sympathetic about our lack of sleep before my 30th birthday. They professionally handled the situation by waiving the tourist tax and letting us use the pool free of charge after checkout—a very thoughtful gesture. We completely understood that the A/C problem was a force majeure that neither the staff nor management could have predicted. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel has been beautifully renovated, serves delicious breakfasts, and offers great extras like a pool bar, hotel bar, and bikes. Its proximity to the beach is another huge plus. We had a lovely time and will certainly be back to Lignano.

Tutto lo staff è sempre disponibile, attento e pronto ad ascoltare ogni esigenza, facendoci sentire davvero i benvenuti. Un altro grande punto di forza è la colazione: semplicemente eccezionale. È una delle migliori che abbiamo mai trovato in un hotel in Italia, ricca, varia e curata in ogni dettaglio.
