The staff was so friendly and helpful including the front desk and the staff in the hallways. The hotel was absolutely beautiful, always a comfortable temperature, very clean and a wonderful location. We only booked one night but if we return to Florence, this will be our number one choice to stay. We wish we could have stayed more days just to enjoy the hotel a little longer.
