We must warmly compliment the hotel staff! They were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful with tourist information and with more technical travel options. Eleonora was really lovely and particularly helpful with information, although everybody else was absolutely wonderful too, in many different ways. Everyone made us feel completely at home and that nothing was too much to ask. Thank you to the Management and particularly the Lady in the reception who was so lovely, friendly and kind and acknowledged my return to the city after 42 years with a small memento. I was travelling with my student grndson from Ireland who also loved the city on his first visit. We LOVED The HOTEL and will recommend it to my frined in Sydney. IT IS beauticully prseted, super location and so elegant. We had the best time and will return to HOTEL ROMA on my next trip to Europe. This time it was a short trip but the best leg on the Bologna Florence Milan route.
