Fantastic service from each and every single staff member we encountered. Lovely rooms and incredibly comfortable, had a really excellent night’s sleep each night we were there. I am not exactly sure how to spell her name, but she had blonde curly hair and I believe it was Eleanora. She was completely outstanding, helpful and friendly .

Eleonora was really lovely and particularly helpful with information, although everybody else was absolutely wonderful too, in many different ways. Thank you to the Management and particularly the Lady in the reception who was so lovely, friendly and kind and acknowledged my return to the city after 42 years with a small memento. I was travelling with my student grndson from Ireland who also loved the city on his first visit. We LOVED The HOTEL and will recommend it to my frined in Sydney. IT IS beauticully prseted, super location and so elegant. We had the best time and will return to HOTEL ROMA on my next trip to Europe. This time it was a short trip but the best leg on the Bologna Florence Milan route.
