We had a 2 night stay in a great spacious room, yes couple of buts could be better in room as had noisy air conditioning, we had all electric’s trip out when entering the room by putting cars in slot for lights and a struggling toilet flush but was fine and staff were lovely. I don’t want to report any negative comments but a few suggestions below may help in the future.

I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for making us feel so welcome from the very first moment. Everyone was incredibly warm, kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. Our stay at Hotel Roma in Florence was absolutely wonderful. The room was incredible — so spacious and comfortable for a family of four, which made such a difference during our stay. The balcony was an especially lovely touch. Taking in the atmosphere really added to the experience and gave us that wonderful feeling of being right in the heart of Florence. Overall, we genuinely loved our stay. The hotel had a lovely atmosphere, the room was fantastic, and the location made exploring Florence so easy. We would happily stay at Hotel Roma again and would definitely recommend it to families looking for somewhere comfortable and special in Florence.

Fantastic service from each and every single staff member we encountered. Lovely rooms and incredibly comfortable, had a really excellent night’s sleep each night we were there. Your hotel was fabulous and the hotel front desk employees were excellent! They were so welcoming and kind and helped make our stay really memorable! One employee stands out the most. I am not exactly sure how to spell her name, but she had blonde curly hair and I believe it was Eleanora. She was completely outstanding, helpful and friendly .

We must warmly compliment the hotel staff! They were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful with tourist information and with more technical travel options. Eleonora was really lovely and particularly helpful with information, although everybody else was absolutely wonderful too, in many different ways. Thank you to the Management and particularly the Lady in the reception who was so lovely, friendly and kind and acknowledged my return to the city after 42 years with a small memento. I was travelling with my student grndson from Ireland who also loved the city on his first visit. We LOVED The HOTEL and will recommend it to my frined in Sydney. IT IS beauticully prseted, super location and so elegant. We had the best time and will return to HOTEL ROMA on my next trip to Europe. This time it was a short trip but the best leg on the Bologna Florence Milan route.
