My luggage did not arrive by fault of the airline. Your staff went above and beyond assisting me with where to buy essentials and clothing while I waited for it to be delivered. They were very patient and on the day it arrived promptly called me so that I could start relaxing and enjoy my vacation rather than worry about having to buy clothing etc.

Nous sommes arrivés à 02h00 du matin à pieds depuis l.aéroport suite à des problèmes météo et grève. Nous avons été très bien reçu et nos petits déjeuners nous ont été offerts. La nuit a été courte mais réparatrice dans une grande chambre calme. Merci à la personne qui travaillait cette nuit.

Upon arriving at our room we were disappointed that it had no regular windows, just a skylight (that probably should be mentioned and highlighted in the description of the room). However, your staff handled the situation wonderfully and we were very happy with the room that we switched to. A staff member named Said very kindly showed us the new room and was super helpful and friendly. Thank you!
