Conosco questo albergo da molti anni e quando vengo a Firenze per me è tappa fissa. Trovo che sia un albergo bello,pulito ed accogliente. Non conosco il nome ma la coordinatrice è una donna di estrema attenzione sia per l'organizzazione dell'hotel sia per l'esigenze dei clienti.

Thank you to the Management and particularly the Lady in the reception who was so lovely, friendly and kind and acknowledged my return to the city after 42 years with a small memento. I was travelling with my student grndson from Ireland who also loved the city on his first visit. We LOVED The HOTEL and will recommend it to my frined in Sydney. IT IS beauticully prseted, super location and so elegant. We had the best time and will return to HOTEL ROMA on my next trip to Europe. This time it was a short trip but the best leg on the Bologna Florence Milan route.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, always a comfortable temperature, very clean and a wonderful location.
