Your front desk staff were excellent. When we expressed dismay after check in that there was no air conditioning, they promptly sent us fans and that was just what we needed. They supplied ice, recommendations, and were overall absolutely fantastic to deal with. We would definitely stay here again.

Thank you to the Management and particularly the Lady in the reception who was so lovely, friendly and kind and acknowledged my return to the city after 42 years with a small memento. I was travelling with my student grndson from Ireland who also loved the city on his first visit. We LOVED The HOTEL and will recommend it to my frined in Sydney. IT IS beauticully prseted, super location and so elegant. We had the best time and will return to HOTEL ROMA on my next trip to Europe. This time it was a short trip but the best leg on the Bologna Florence Milan route.
