La pulizia è impeccabile e la camera è rifatta presto, entro mezzogiorno, fatto notevole quando si ha bisogno di utilizzarla subito dopo pranzo. In altri alberghi di 4/5 stelle è necessario chiederlo all'arrivo, come un favore personale, e almeno una volta durante il soggiorno si dorme nel letto disfatto.

My luggage did not arrive by fault of the airline. Your staff went above and beyond assisting me with where to buy essentials and clothing while I waited for it to be delivered. They were very patient and on the day it arrived promptly called me so that I could start relaxing and enjoy my vacation rather than worry about having to buy clothing etc.

Siete stati cortesi e molto accoglienti. Purtroppo il nostro soggiorno a Firenze non è stato positvo per noi a causa dell'enorme, sconcertante presenza di turisti nei musei. Forse è dovuto al post-covid, ma era un vero "delirio". Torneremo in inverno.
