Our stay at Hotel Roma in Florence was absolutely wonderful. The room was incredible — so spacious and comfortable for a family of four, which made such a difference during our stay. The balcony was an especially lovely touch. Taking in the atmosphere really added to the experience and gave us that wonderful feeling of being right in the heart of Florence. Overall, we genuinely loved our stay. The hotel had a lovely atmosphere, the room was fantastic, and the location made exploring Florence so easy. We would happily stay at Hotel Roma again and would definitely recommend it to families looking for somewhere comfortable and special in Florence.

Fantastic service from each and every single staff member we encountered. Lovely rooms and incredibly comfortable, had a really excellent night’s sleep each night we were there. I am not exactly sure how to spell her name, but she had blonde curly hair and I believe it was Eleanora. She was completely outstanding, helpful and friendly .

Thank you to the Management and particularly the Lady in the reception who was so lovely, friendly and kind and acknowledged my return to the city after 42 years with a small memento. I was travelling with my student grndson from Ireland who also loved the city on his first visit. We LOVED The HOTEL and will recommend it to my frined in Sydney. IT IS beauticully prseted, super location and so elegant. We had the best time and will return to HOTEL ROMA on my next trip to Europe. This time it was a short trip but the best leg on the Bologna Florence Milan route.
