Your hotel is simply wonderful, it was recommended to me by a previous guest. I stay at boutique hotels when I travel and your hotel is certainly boutique. It is beautifully located, well styled, luxurious and welcoming. Everyone who works here is kind and helpful, I wish I knew more of the staff by name, as you all deserve special mention. I was particularly grateful that I was able to leave a suitcase at the hotel when I checked out, while I travelled to Genoa, before returning to Milan for a short stay at the hotel. I would certainly recommend your hotel to family and friends travelling to Milan.

I wish I remembered their names, but everyone at reception was truly wonderful! Hopefully, your records will identify them. We arrived on the 14th October and as noted departed on the 16th. They were very professional, personable, thoughtful, kind, and helpful. My wife accidently tripped and fell reentering the hotel (she observed that she can't walk and eat gelato at the same time). The two women (perhaps Yolanda and Joy) and the gentleman at reception immediately responded, and were most helpful and caring. Throughout our stay everyone was wonderful, including the great breakfast staff. The breakfasts were truly outstanding, and your location is perfect (including immediate proximity to the great gelato store, as well as the Duomo) We learned of your hotel from Rick Steves' guidebook. Thank you we hope to return and will recommend you to others.

I requested a cab for the following morning but was given the good advice that this would not be necessary due to quick response timing and would cost me extra. The concierge also volunteered to arrange to have breakfast packed for us since we would depart before breakfast the following morning. I arrived after an overnight flight having not slept. I arrived a few hours before check-in. They kindly took my bags, offered me some coffee and breakfast and made sure my room was ready as quickly as possible. We were only there for one night, but had an amazing stay. I was very stressed out upon arrival after getting off an international flight, and we were greeted with such kindness and hospitality. Although my English and Italian are limited, your staff’s warmth made me feel incredibly welcome. I especially want to thank Letizia. From the day I checked in, she remembered my name and room number, which made the hotel feel like a home away from home. While I couldn't get the names of the other staff members due to the language barrier, please know that everyone was remarkably kind and professional. As a traveler from Japan, I have very high standards for cleanliness. While I sometimes find international hotels lacking in this area, your hotel was immaculate and felt as pristine as the best hotels in Japan. I will certainly recommend your establishment to other Japanese travelers for both your service and the quality of the environment. I also thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast. Thank you very much for arranging the taxi and the breakfast box for my early departure. A personal highlight of my trip was visiting San Siro to see my favorite player who recently joined AC Milan. Sharing that experience with the reception staff after the match is a memory I will cherish. It was a privilege to stay at Hotel Spadari. From the minute we arrived, we were looked after exceptionally well. Recommendations for restaurants, directions to get about town and calling a taxi which always arrived promptly made getting to know the city a lot easier. Breakfast was incredible especially on our second morning when you presented my mum with a birthday cake and candle. She was extremely touched. The rooms were always immaculately cleaned every morning and turned down every night. The complimentary prosecco and hors d’oeuvres every night was a real treat. Every member of your staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and really couldn’t do enough for us. It was the most enjoyable hotel we have ever stayed in and would highly recommend to friends.
