I requested a cab for the following morning but was given the good advice that this would not be necessary due to quick response timing and would cost me extra. The concierge also volunteered to arrange to have breakfast packed for us since we would depart before breakfast the following morning. The concierge the following morning was also kind to make us coffee while we waited for our cab. Both people were very kind.

This was our second stay at the Hotel Spadari. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Milan. The location. The staff. The breakfast. The aperitivo in the evening! The lobby lounge. And the all-day availability of snacks and water was great. (especially since it was so hot during our stay). I'm sorry I can't remember the names of all the people who were so helpful during our stay. I send our thanks to all.

I arrived after an overnight flight having not slept. I arrived a few hours before check-in. They kindly took my bags, offered me some coffee and breakfast and made sure my room was ready as quickly as possible. The room was spotless with a nice note and wonderful chocolate, even a lovely flower. The bed was very comfortable and the location was perfect. Having only a limited amount of time before a work conference, the hotel was lovely sanctuary as I explored what I could in the beautiful city of Milan.

The hotel room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection and quality were much better than many of the places we’ve stayed. The bar service was prompt, friendly and prices were quite reasonable. The bar area was comfortable. The hotel location is excellent - close to the Duomo, but quiet!

We were only there for one night, but had an amazing stay. I was very stressed out upon arrival after getting off an international flight, and we were greeted with such kindness and hospitality. Within minutes we were given cappuccinos and cookies, and were able to check in to our room a bit early. The room was very clean and comfortable, and breakfast was wonderful.

From the day I checked in, she remembered my name and room number, which made the hotel feel like a home away from home. While I couldn't get the names of the other staff members due to the language barrier, please know that everyone was remarkably kind and professional. As a traveler from Japan, I have very high standards for cleanliness. While I sometimes find international hotels lacking in this area, your hotel was immaculate and felt as pristine as the best hotels in Japan. I will certainly recommend your establishment to other Japanese travelers for both your service and the quality of the environment. I also thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast. Thank you very much for arranging the taxi and the breakfast box for my early departure. A personal highlight of my trip was visiting San Siro to see my favorite player who recently joined AC Milan. Sharing that experience with the reception staff after the match is a memory I will cherish. It was a privilege to stay at Hotel Spadari. From the minute we arrived, we were looked after exceptionally well. Recommendations for restaurants, directions to get about town and calling a taxi which always arrived promptly made getting to know the city a lot easier. Breakfast was incredible especially on our second morning when you presented my mum with a birthday cake and candle. She was extremely touched. The rooms were always immaculately cleaned every morning and turned down every night. The complimentary prosecco and hors d’oeuvres every night was a real treat. Every member of your staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and really couldn’t do enough for us. It was the most enjoyable hotel we have ever stayed in and would highly recommend to friends.
