I am so grateful to the owner for arranging for us to change rooms, even though it was a downgrade. While the Deluxe room was beautifully appointed, it was much too hot for me as a menopausal lady! Leaving the balcony door open was then too noisy and as I am a magnet for mosquitoes, rather concerning about being bitten. The comfort room at the back was much cooler and quieter and I was able to sleep so much better. Very grateful for the understanding that led to the change of room, as being unable to sleep would have ruined the week. Incredibly grateful to Guiseppe and all the waiting team who were so attentive in ensuring I was kept safe with gluten free food and gave maximum effort to prevent cross-contamination. The chefs did an outstanding job in catering for my specific medical needs and this really made the holiday so much more relaxing and enjoyable for me. Graze Mille!!

We continued our journey to other places in Italy after visiting Selva. We still think that Stella Hotel was the best experience we have had so far it Italy. Truly exceptional in every sense. Very thoughtful details and interactions of the guests with the staff and the spaces. Your catering team for breakfasts and dinners is fantastic- keep them. Very professional, courteous, and pleasant. Also obviously they play together very well as a team. Well done!

This was our first family holiday abroad since our daughter's diagnosis with a nut allergy. Prior to our visit I was a little nervous but we were very well looked after throughout our stay. A gift at breakfast time was really thoughtful and a lovely gesture , but cake accompanied by six staff and the hotel owner was really memorable. You care about your staff and it shows through their amazing service to your customers. There is little that we would want to change.

We had a great stay at your hotel. All staff were very helpful. A particular shout out for the quality and service of the Dinner each evening. Also the reception staff who helped us with ideas for trips and any issues we encountered. The complimentary lift pass was a great surprise. Also the cleaning of our room was top class, I had a birthday during my stay and the gift was very nice as well as the birthday cake. Overall an excellent stay - Many thanks to you all!
