Very fine hotel overall. Friendly personnel.

2026-09-13

Waren mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden!!

2026-09-15

Thank you to your wonderful staff!

2026-09-15

Overall the hotel experience was very good, rooms were spotless and the location was excellent. All staff were very helpful.

2026-09-15

Very courteous staff and comfortable stay.

2026-09-12

Thanks to all staff Food was exceptional

2026-09-11

The restaurant staff are amazing and reception staff were extremely helpful. Your bar lounge needs more staff training both barmen were too interested in the mobile phones than really serving. Definitely did not make us feel welcome in that area. Only used it twice we went elsewhere for coffee as it was friendly and neither barmen really knew how to make a coffee. More barista training.

2026-09-10

Thanks for the very nice days in your hotel!

2026-09-08

Angela and Alberto were extremely helpful and courteous in the restaurant but when really busy all the staff seemed to struggle with the workload and the service dropped slightly.

2026-09-04

Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in the Dolomites. Wonderful hotel with exceptional staff. Well done to the management and staff for making our holiday so enjoyable. Thank you !!!!

2026-06-23

Hotel built of exceptional quality and thoughtful touches - automatic night guide lights to the bathroom, lights within wardrobe, soft close and silent flush toilet. Staff were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful, from reception to the restaurant to the cleaners, without exception. Very impressive. Food was outstanding. We are vegetarian and have never stayed in a hotel whose menu was so broad, interesting, flavoursome and beautifully cooked and presented. Your chef and kitchen staff are exceptional.

2026-06-23

A lovely comfortable hotel. All staff welcoming and helpful.

2026-06-17

Everything was great

2026-06-16

We had a late check in due to train strike, thank you for accommodating us and prepped us some cold meals on our arrivals. We really appreciate the gesture especially after such a long day with multiple train cancellations , that made our day for sure. Thanks so much

2026-06-16

The whole team were lovely. Special praise for Angela!!

2026-04-10

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Stella. The check‑in and check‑out were absolutely perfect, and the lady at the reception was very kind, friendly, and helpful. I haven’t experienced such a warm welcome in a very long time, and it could definitely be one of the reasons why I would return to this hotel. The hotel facilities and the wellness were also absolutely perfect. Overall, I really liked my stay and I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends.

2026-03-21

Super hotel .

2026-03-21

Brilliant from the moment I requesting an offer for accommodation, to now - feedback and review after an exceptional booking/stay/experience. 2026-03-21

Confortable, nice fireplace, very nice people.

2026-03-24

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Everything about our stay was amazing. The rooms are stunning with fantastic bathrooms, views of the mountains, and the service is truly unbelievable—the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Ski garage had heated hangers and was right beside a main ski lift. Incredible breakfast with both a buffet and a cooked-to-order menu. Spa was amazing, pool, sauna, and steam room. Fresh robes, slippers, and towels provided daily. Modern, spotless, and perfectly located. Grazie mille.

2026-03-21

We are so extremely happy with your hotel and staff in every possible way.

2026-03-24

We loved the hotel and had a great week. The ski room is fabulous, the best we've ever seen.

2026-03-24

2026-03-21

Appreciation and thanks for the professionalism, warmth and friendliness of the staff serving at breakfast and dinner for our table (room 423 stayed 14 - 21 March). The housekeeping staff also did an excellent job for us, clean and tidy every day.

Compliments to Giuseppe and Angela at the restaurant

2026-03-14

Great stay - we have been twice this year and already looking forward to next winter when we can visit again. In the restaurant Angela and Nicolette were brilliant and looked after us so well.

2026-03-07

Great staff in restaurant overall.

2026-03-07

Angela looked after us very well in the restaurant. Our room was always spotlessly clean

2026-03-07

2026-03-07

We had a great holiday!! A great location, besutifull hotel en lovely bar! The best ski depot i have ever seen!!

2026-03-10

We had a wonderful week with you. We were half board and the food offering was brilliant. Angela in particular (who served us breakfast and dinner most days) was very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient.

2026-03-10

All the housekeeping and waiting staff were excellent and super helpful and friendly. The ski lockers are very nice however I’m not sure they were always heated overnight as ski boots were often still wet the next morning.

2026-03-07

Come sempre, ci siamo trovati benissimo. Grazie per la consueta cortesia e ospitalità!

2026-03-05

Thank you to everyone! You all were so kind and helpful!

2026-02-28

Stella is a truly outstanding establishment! Amazing that such a small hotel can have such a generous offering regarding food and wellness facilities. Thanks to everyone in the staff for a superb stay!

2026-02-28

good service

2026-02-28

The hotel is just perfect. Staff are friendly, rooms are top class and so is the food.

2026-03-03

Loved our stay A drink on arrival would have been amazing for the money we paid and was a bit of a shame. someone who took our cases upstairs instead of vaguely offering... I know it's not a European thing but would have loved a kettle in my room instead of keep running downstairs to get a cup of hot water from the spa between 1-8pm, Breakfast as we left was really good Waitress was super efficient and very attentive. Probably wouldn't book again as the food was a bit too fine dining for us.

2026-03-03

Great job

2026-03-03

Thanks particularly to Giuseppe and Angela(?) who looked after us in the dining room

2026-03-02

sehr freundliches Personal. Unglaublicher sehr gute Sauberkeitszustand in allen Bereichen

2026-03-01

Vielen Dank für den rundum schönen Aufenthalt.

2026-02-21

All of the staff were extremely polite and helpful

2026-02-21

2026-02-14

Hotel was really beautiful, stylish, comfortable, clean and quiet. Just perfect. Ski room was very much appreciated. Young Alfredo/Alberto who served us was really nice, helpful and polite.

2026-02-14

Thank you. Beautiful hotel and amazing staff.

2026-02-14

I have been skiing in Italy over 12 years, always staying at least 4 stars hotels. Hotel Stella really worths 5 stars. Everything met my expectations. Will be coming back next year.

2026-02-17

it would be great to be able access from level 1 to the Costabella chair lift, rather than walking around the hotel and up the steps with the ski equipment. We noticed there is a door but guest access is not allowed.

2026-02-17

Thank you for a wonderful stay! We loved it and will be back!

2026-02-11

compliments to our waitress Angela, she is fantastic !!

2026-02-07

Very friendly and made our stay 👍

2026-02-07

Thanks for the week. Everything was above our exeptation and worth the money.

2026-02-07

Great stay. Helpful and courteous staff. Thanks for a lovely week!

2026-02-07

The entire staff was very professional and courteous. The wait staff in the dining room was very customer focused, cheerful - even at breakfast - and made our stay very enjoyable. They were very hard working. We never saw the staff that cleaned our room, but they also did a great job. The hotel was very comfortable and cozy. The layout of the hotel was great and well thought out. The ski room with individual lockers for each room and having an elevator to the street was the best ski room arrangement we have seen in all the different ski places we have been too. Very well done.

2026-02-07

Superb hotel and staff. Thanks.

2026-02-10

2026-02-10

😁

2026-01-31

I would suggest to lower the temperature of the ski depot in the mornings, because in the morning when you change to go out skiing and you have all the equipment on the heat in the room is too much. You start sweating as soon as you are ready to go out of the room. But the ski lockers are fantastic, they work perfectly getting your ski equipment dry and ready for next day. Congratulations !!

2026-01-31

We had a wonderful stay at hotel Stella!

2026-01-31

Super Hotel, Top Team!

2026-02-03

Thank you!

2026-01-31

Wait staff and bar were outstanding housekeeping was highly efficient and nearly invisable

2026-02-03

Was lovely hotel. Will come back

2026-01-31

Everything was perfect, we could not have wished for more. All of the staff were excellent throughout the hotel, but one person in particular really stood out to us, and that was Angela in the restaurant. She was professional while also being friendly, funny, warm and engaging, and her attention to us was absolutely lovely. She genuinely made our experience extra special. 2026-01-17

2026-01-17

Dear guests, thank you for your kindness and the most pleasant stay at the hotel. I must admit, I travel a lot and have been to many hotels, but in none of them have I had the opportunity to enjoy the food as I did at Stella. Kudos to the entire hotel staff, from the maids to the management. I must definitely emphasize that you are one of the hotels that I will gladly recommend.

2026-01-13

I would like to thank the owners, management and all the wonderful, friendly and professional staff for creating a beautiful hotel environment and helping me have a wonderful time. Undoubtedly one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in with the most amazing ski/boot room. Outstanding quality, service and attention to detail throughout. We look forward to staying with you again soon.

Sempre attenti, gentili e premurosi. Complimenti anche allo chef, cucina raffinata, mai banale, tutto buonissimo. Colazione molto varia, materie prime di qualità
