All the housekeeping and waiting staff were excellent and super helpful and friendly. The ski lockers are very nice however I’m not sure they were always heated overnight as ski boots were often still wet the next morning.

Loved our stay A drink on arrival would have been amazing for the money we paid and was a bit of a shame. someone who took our cases upstairs instead of vaguely offering... I know it's not a European thing but would have loved a kettle in my room instead of keep running downstairs to get a cup of hot water from the spa between 1-8pm, Breakfast as we left was really good Waitress was super efficient and very attentive. Probably wouldn't book again as the food was a bit too fine dining for us.

The entire staff was very professional and courteous. The wait staff in the dining room was very customer focused, cheerful - even at breakfast - and made our stay very enjoyable. They were very hard working. We never saw the staff that cleaned our room, but they also did a great job. The hotel was very comfortable and cozy. The layout of the hotel was great and well thought out. The ski room with individual lockers for each room and having an elevator to the street was the best ski room arrangement we have seen in all the different ski places we have been too. Very well done.

I would suggest to lower the temperature of the ski depot in the mornings, because in the morning when you change to go out skiing and you have all the equipment on the heat in the room is too much. You start sweating as soon as you are ready to go out of the room. But the ski lockers are fantastic, they work perfectly getting your ski equipment dry and ready for next day. Congratulations !!

I am so grateful to the owner for arranging for us to change rooms, even though it was a downgrade. While the Deluxe room was beautifully appointed, it was much too hot for me as a menopausal lady! Leaving the balcony door open was then too noisy and as I am a magnet for mosquitoes, rather concerning about being bitten. The comfort room at the back was much cooler and quieter and I was able to sleep so much better. Very grateful for the understanding that led to the change of room, as being unable to sleep would have ruined the week. Incredibly grateful to Guiseppe and all the waiting team who were so attentive in ensuring I was kept safe with gluten free food and gave maximum effort to prevent cross-contamination. The chefs did an outstanding job in catering for my specific medical needs and this really made the holiday so much more relaxing and enjoyable for me. Graze Mille!!

This was our first family holiday abroad since our daughter's diagnosis with a nut allergy. Prior to our visit I was a little nervous but we were very well looked after throughout our stay.
