I am so grateful to the owner for arranging for us to change rooms, even though it was a downgrade. While the Deluxe room was beautifully appointed, it was much too hot for me as a menopausal lady! Leaving the balcony door open was then too noisy and as I am a magnet for mosquitoes, rather concerning about being bitten. The comfort room at the back was much cooler and quieter and I was able to sleep so much better. Very grateful for the understanding that led to the change of room, as being unable to sleep would have ruined the week. Incredibly grateful to Guiseppe and all the waiting team who were so attentive in ensuring I was kept safe with gluten free food and gave maximum effort to prevent cross-contamination. The chefs did an outstanding job in catering for my specific medical needs and this really made the holiday so much more relaxing and enjoyable for me. Graze Mille!!

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay at your hotel. We were there for 4 days and had daily nice walks in the mountains in the area. This was one of our best holidays ever.

We continued our journey to other places in Italy after visiting Selva. We still think that Stella Hotel was the best experience we have had so far it Italy. Truly exceptional in every sense. Very thoughtful details and interactions of the guests with the staff and the spaces. Your catering team for breakfasts and dinners is fantastic- keep them. Very professional, courteous, and pleasant. Also obviously they play together very well as a team. Well done!

The quality of food was exceptional and truly made our stay. Guiseppe the waiter was excellent and perfectly attentive. The wine prices were very fair. I like to be Gluten Free and the staff and food were perfect with this. Thankyou.

We had an amazing stay. The staff were so friendly especially the receptionist & our dedicated waiters/ waitresses. Food amazing and so varied. Hotel impeccably clean and the walking tours interesting. Thank you

The hotel is perfect, very nice and fit to our needs. Very quiet and supportive, the service in the dinning room was amazing and the diversity over there was above the maximum.
