I stayed for 2 full weeks at the hotel, so I know what I am talking about. I am very satisfied about my stay at the hotel. All the staff was very friendly and efficient. Special thanks for housekeeping staff. They did a perfect job. Everything was very clean every day. And the consumables were replenished correctly every single day. Job well done. This is worth mentioning.

Tanto el personal de recepción que se encontraba esos días como el personal del restaurante para el desayuno fueron muy atentos, dando un trato excelente tanto a mi como a mi madre y hermana, sin poner problemas en nada. La calidad de la comida, la limpieza y el servicio fue excepcional. Lo único que echamos en falta fue poder ver algo por la ventana, si vuelvo a San Marino seguro que repito el hotel.

The first two guys I encountered were great! I wish I could remember their names. First guy was flagged down by my taxi driver and helped me get to the hotel and my luggage into the hotel. Then his colleague at reception checked me in and talked about San Marino and the hotel. Both were first rate!

We visited San Marino 30 years ago on a day trip. This time, we decided to stay overnight. Your hotel is in a very convenient location, which allowed us to visit almost all the recommended places efficiently. It was a very interesting and enjoyable stay. For dinner, we went to the wine bar nearby that you recommended. It was a lovely place, and we really enjoyed the food and wine.

The service is excellent considering that the most important ceremony for San Marino was happening on the following day. I am content with the service and shall return at the end of March 2026 for the Investiture ceremony. The passages were really unkept for the standard of the hotel and vacuuming before guests arrived could have made the stay more pleasurable

I had fantastic stay. All staff we incredibly helpful and polite. I was pleased with the seeds/nuts/fruit and yogurt available at breakfast - healthy options are great! Two small complaints. The beds are the most comfortable, although I slept reasonably well, a double bed which consists of two singles pushed together isn’t the most comfortable. Also virtual no WiFi signal in my room. All that said, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Our family had a great time staying at Titano hotel. We really appreciated its location, cleanliness and ambiance being inside a beautiful old building. Also, getting 10% discount at the Loggia was a nice bonus (we used it). But the best thing about Titano hotel was its staff: everyone from the young girl and the gentleman on the front desk to the gentleman who drove us and luggage back to our car in parking lot 6 were super helpful, polite and pleasant to deal with. You really made us feel as your valued guests. Thank you!
