This was our 1st time in San Marino, the gentleman on reception was extremely helpful and gave us lots of information regarding the sights of the city. The hotel stay was fantastic and we wish we could of stayed longer as there was still so much to see of San Marino. The young man in reception was wonderful. Cannot remember his name but spoke excellent Spanish. The Moldovan man was super friendly and so very helpful. Chambermaid was very nice. More help is needed in the morning breakfast. Employees are wirking alone/ by themselves.

We have found delicious food at the restaurant and, especially with the lingotto, a dessert-sweet worth being called Haute Cuisine. We've enjoyed much having two bath rooms, great idea, must come from integrating two earlier rooms into one, we have no complaints

The two gentlemen at the reception were super friendly, and very nice, offering me an upgrade to a suite, which I enjoyed. When I left, I forgot my brand new Gucci bag in the room which was promptly brought back to me to the parking garage.
