The two gentlemen at the reception were super friendly, and very nice, offering me an upgrade to a suite, which I enjoyed. When I left, I forgot my brand new Gucci bag in the room which was promptly brought back to me to the parking garage.

The man who did our check in at the front desk was exceptional. I'm sorry I can't remember his name to mention it here, but he was friendly and incredibly helpful. As this was my first interaction in San Marino, it set a positive tone for the entire visit. I want to thank him and all the hotel staff I general for making our stay memorable. I'd definitely recomend this hotel and stay here again if I come back to San Marino.

Everything was wonderful. The concierge and all other staff were so kind and helpful. The concierge helped us get a table at the restaurant and recommended the new style tiramisu, which was delicious. The cocoa ravioli with truffles was amazing. We asked for an additional bed and it’s the most comfortable rollaway bed I’ve slept on.

Grazie per aver reso estremamente piacevole seppur di una sola notte la nostra sosta. Il posto incastonato nel pieno centro di San Marino è un gioiellino! Per non parlare poi del personale ci hanno accolti con sorrisi e suggerimenti con simpatia anche nei confronti dei nostri 2bambini ma restando sempre estremamente professionali. Ultimo, ma non per importanza il ristorante la Terrazza abbiamo cenato con un panorama al tramonto indimenticabile. Cibo e servizio impeccabili e anche qui il persinale cortese e molto empatico...I dettagli e la cura nelle piccole cose fanno la differenza. Un soggiorno di una sola notte può diventare il racconto di 2ore se vissuto nel modo giusto. Bravissimi continuate così!

I would like to thank the nice gentleman at the front desk who was very patient and nice with us when we needed assistance. We are greatly thankful for the hotel's recommendation on the private taxi service because we arrived at the airport in Ancona and it was very difficult for us to figure out transportation to get our family to San Marino. We have asked around several travel agencies and the prices they gave us were ridiculous. The private taxi service referred by the hotel was reasonable (only 1/3 the cost from the travel agencies we found!).
