Tanto el personal de recepción que se encontraba esos días como el personal del restaurante para el desayuno fueron muy atentos, dando un trato excelente tanto a mi como a mi madre y hermana, sin poner problemas en nada. La calidad de la comida, la limpieza y el servicio fue excepcional. Lo único que echamos en falta fue poder ver algo por la ventana, si vuelvo a San Marino seguro que repito el hotel.

The service is excellent considering that the most important ceremony for San Marino was happening on the following day. I am content with the service and shall return at the end of March 2026 for the Investiture ceremony. The passages were really unkept for the standard of the hotel and vacuuming before guests arrived could have made the stay more pleasurable

I had fantastic stay. All staff we incredibly helpful and polite. I was pleased with the seeds/nuts/fruit and yogurt available at breakfast - healthy options are great! Two small complaints. The beds are the most comfortable, although I slept reasonably well, a double bed which consists of two singles pushed together isn’t the most comfortable. Also virtual no WiFi signal in my room. All that said, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Our family had a great time staying at Titano hotel. We really appreciated its location, cleanliness and ambiance being inside a beautiful old building. Also, getting 10% discount at the Loggia was a nice bonus (we used it). But the best thing about Titano hotel was its staff: everyone from the young girl and the gentleman on the front desk to the gentleman who drove us and luggage back to our car in parking lot 6 were super helpful, polite and pleasant to deal with. You really made us feel as your valued guests. Thank you!

I was especially pleased that the female staff member, who had been to Japan for the World Expo, greeted me in Japanese.

The rooms need some pictures and improved decor to liven them up and make them feel more homely. The walls were very bare, ok for one night but would have felt a bit depressing for any longer. Service, particularly front desk was excellent and very helpful.
