We stayed Saturday, September 12–13, and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. We arrived around 3:00 p.m., and the check-in staff was incredible. They were friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful. I especially appreciated the staff reaching out to me before our stay to ask if I wanted to make a reservation at the restaurant. I’m so grateful they did because we had an incredible meal! Sebastiane was an outstanding waiter—attentive, helpful, and genuinely made our dining experience even better. Our room was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We truly have no complaints about our stay and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Tanto el personal de recepción que se encontraba esos días como el personal del restaurante para el desayuno fueron muy atentos, dando un trato excelente tanto a mi como a mi madre y hermana, sin poner problemas en nada. La calidad de la comida, la limpieza y el servicio fue excepcional. Lo único que echamos en falta fue poder ver algo por la ventana, si vuelvo a San Marino seguro que repito el hotel.

We visited San Marino 30 years ago on a day trip. This time, we decided to stay overnight. Your hotel is in a very convenient location, which allowed us to visit almost all the recommended places efficiently. It was a very interesting and enjoyable stay. For dinner, we went to the wine bar nearby that you recommended. It was a lovely place, and we really enjoyed the food and wine.
