Excellent job from beginning to end. We arrived with our car in front of the Grand Hotel just as your friendly concierge arrived with his golf vehicle and helped us park the car, and load / unload our luggage. That was really super - and also necessary given the distance between the garage and the hotel. Pre-arrival communication switched to WhatsApp due to your telephone issue - that was well done! Excellent job at the reception. And excellent job by the colleague(s) who cleaned and refreshed the room!

This is the second time I have visited the hotel. The first time left us very satisfied, but the second was truly a revelation. Congratulations on the flawless organization; the staff was amazing in every department, with special praise to Francesca and the reception team. I really appreciate that you keep a record of guests’ visits and the special treatment we received—not that it would have been any different if it had been our first time, but now we feel as if we are visiting friends in San Marino.

I would like to thank Lucia for everything that she has done for us. She went above and beyond before and during our stay. She patiently answered my questions before arrival along with her other colleagues via email. However, the most valuable assistance she gave us was arranging for our transport from San Marino to Florence. The train strike affected our travel plans, so I had to cancel our tickets. Lucia did not stop until we had all the arrangements set for our departure to Florence. If not for her efforts, our vacation timeline would have been disrupted. Nowadays, it is rare to find people in her generation to go the extra mile for guests. Lucia has been exceptional. She obviously loves her job, and has what it takes to be in a leadership position. You are lucky to have her. I would also like to commend the service we got at the Terraza restaurant. Both men were wonderful. It was a pleasure to meet and talk to Sebastian. Your future looks bright with employees like Lucia and Sebastian.
