This is the second time I have visited the hotel. The first time left us very satisfied, but the second was truly a revelation. Congratulations on the flawless organization; the staff was amazing in every department, with special praise to Francesca and the reception team. I really appreciate that you keep a record of guests’ visits and the special treatment we received—not that it would have been any different if it had been our first time, but now we feel as if we are visiting friends in San Marino.

The service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely warm. They helped us with parking upon arrival, and from there, every detail was taken care of with such care and attention. The room itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean. We especially loved the view, which made our stay feel extra special and romantic. If you’re visiting San Marino and want something truly memorable, Titano Suites is the perfect choice. What an amazing stay. We were in just when the Mille Miglia was rolling through and the staff was _super_ accommodating with helping us store our car, get to the hotel, and with the best room in the place with the large terrace. I would like to thank Lucia for everything that she has done for us. She went above and beyond before and during our stay. She patiently answered my questions before arrival along with her other colleagues via email. However, the most valuable assistance she gave us was arranging for our transport from San Marino to Florence. The train strike affected our travel plans, so I had to cancel our tickets. Lucia did not stop until we had all the arrangements set for our departure to Florence. If not for her efforts, our vacation timeline would have been disrupted. Nowadays, it is rare to find people in her generation to go the extra mile for guests. Lucia has been exceptional. She obviously loves her job, and has what it takes to be in a leadership position. You are lucky to have her. I would also like to commend the service we got at the Terraza restaurant. Both men were wonderful. It was a pleasure to meet and talk to Sebastian. Your future looks bright with employees like Lucia and Sebastian.

The Finish/Italian gentleman at reception was very accommodating and knowledgeable. He was able to provide us an upgrade (low season) for a very reasonable price. My wife and I still talk about how amazing the suite was.

Marco at the front desk was amazing! We upgraded to suite 303 at his suggestion which was spectacular. The whole experience including meals in the restaurant could not have been better. 5 star hotel and service!
