We definitely loved to stay at Il San Crisitiforo. All the staff were so kind and helpful! Especially Giuseppe in the reception who offered to drive us from the train station a night we came home late with the train and he could find any taxi for us. We walked home, but so kind, helpful and friendly offer! We have never met so helpful and kind staff!

I'm very sorry but I didn't get the names of the 2 gentlemen that helped us. When we arrived the gentleman on the front desk was absolutely amazing, so polite and professional and couldn't do enough to help. Also the gentlemen that worked on reception through the night was amazing and helpful. The guys at the pool were friendly, couldn't do enough for us and were all extremely polite.

Le camere erano molto pulite e confortevoli, e l’intera struttura è semplicemente meravigliosa – giardini curatissimi, un ambiente bellissimo, pace e tranquillità. La cena al ristorante Line è stata un vero capolavoro – tutto delizioso e presentato in modo impeccabile. Ricordiamo ancora i sapori di quei piatti! All the staff at Il San C were completely charming and helpful and made a great difference to our stay. We would like to thank them for their friendliness and hard work. This is a really beautiful place, well designed, lovely gardens etc. As a family we aren't particularly fussy and, in any case, we were out a lot. But some visitors would have found aspects of the experience to be unacceptable. providing a proper restaurant for hotel guests as opposed to wedding parties and offering some kind of car service which guests could rely on would make it perfect.
