All the staff at Il San C were completely charming and helpful and made a great difference to our stay. We would like to thank them for their friendliness and hard work. This is a really beautiful place, well designed, lovely gardens etc. As a family we aren't particularly fussy and, in any case, we were out a lot. But some visitors would have found aspects of the experience to be unacceptable. providing a proper restaurant for hotel guests as opposed to wedding parties and offering some kind of car service which guests could rely on would make it perfect.

I honestly could not find any faults with the hotel and service The staff were all excellent, kind and supportive, professional and knowledgeable The housekeeping was of a very high standard, the hotel was immaculately clean The food and service were excellent. My husband is coeliac and we faced no issues or real limitations for him, the staff were one step ahead of us in ensuring he was catered for, so grateful for the help I have MS and have difficulty with mobility, the staff even before we arrived were giving advice and when there I felt supported The reception desk was excellent, as I said I honestly have not a single fault found We would definitely come back but are unlikely as this was a trip to visit places before I lose more of my mobility Can I please give a huge thanks to every member of staff for their warmth and welcome during our stay Thank you Jo Lovegrove

E’ stato amore a prima vista: scelta da 500 km di distanza, ma che ne valgono un’infinità maggiore. Non ci sono aggettivi o sostantivi precisi da poter usare per descrivere Il San Cristoforo: dal team di cucina, ai ragazzi della reception, ai driver, al direttore Alfonso ed alle ragazze Margherita e Iole. Siamo stati ascoltati e guidati per molto tempo, sempre in supporto per qualsiasi dubbio. Il nostro sogno si è realizzato ed i nostri ospiti non sapevano più come esprimere la meravigliosa favola di cui hanno fatto parte. Non è apparenza ne’ discorsi campati in aria, qui lavorano e mantengono ogni minima parola detta. Ci hanno rubato il cuore in tutti i sensi. Torneremo, ormai è diventato il nostro posto del cuore.
