Il vostro resort è bellissimo, ci si sente immersi in una "bolla" di natura, pace e raffinato relax; i nostri più vivi complimenti per la lungimiranza di chi ha saputo con pazienza costruire un giardino così splendido ed una struttura così perfettamente inserita nel contesto del parco. Durante gli otto giorni che vi abbiamo trascorso, tutto lo staff ci ha riempito di premure, informazioni su qualsiasi cosa e gentilezza. Vorremo ricordare in particolare il concierge Francesco che ci ha aiutati a risolvere un imprevisto ben oltre i suoi doveri professionali, il cameriere Salvatore della colazione mattutina che ci ha fatto sempre iniziare la giornata con garbo e cortesia e il driver Giuseppe, ricco di notizie su Ercolano; ma più in generale tutti quelli che lavorano al San Cristoforo. Speriamo di poterci tornare presto.

My friend and I loved our stay at your resort. It truly was wonderful. All staff were extremely helpful especially at reception. The waitress at The Line Restaurant was great and we really enjoyed our food - we ate there on Saturday 4/7/26. The pool staff and bar staff were lovely too and made a great Aperol Spritz. The only thing that could be improved for me is the closing time of the pool. I think it would be better to close it at 19:30. Thank you for everything

First of all I want to apologise for the delay of my feedback, typically once you are back to reality and work the happiness and joy of our holiday feels like ages ago. Secondly I want to say a huge thank you and appreciation to the lovely staff we met, or as I call them my special Italian stallions hehe: front reception : Guzeppe, Francesco and Walter , always there when we needed anything. Special thank you to the most kind, caring and professional bar tender : Gian Piero. His cocktails were heaven and last but not least my extra special, most devoted and always paying to any details and my lovely espresso macchiato Napolitano coffee from Pasquale. Of course I want to thank the lovely staff at the bar by the pool , the waiters at the A La carte restaurant, the housekeeping and transport guys. The setting and accommodation are outstanding, the grounds and property well maintained . But. The most amazing thing about our stay was the staff - all of them! It’s wrong to name but… the staff at breakfast every morning, the staff at line restaurant but inparticular the guys in reception. 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩Walter helping and giving advice about the room before we arrived plus arranging our airport transfer, & our trip to the pizzeria; plus Francesco for arranging our fab Capri trip and shuttle , along with travel ideas, and the wonderful Gioseppe who never failed to deliver on anything I asked of him - a lot ! 👏👏👏 All staff delivered exceptional service, with a smile and professionalism. We also enjoyed our night caps with Antonio at the bar, and had wonderful service and cocktails at the pool by day. It was an absolutely fabulous experience and just what we needed to celebrate some good times after some serious health issues. Shuttle bus is a necessary bonus and the drivers were punctual and lovely, also nice to see Chirro starting to follow his father’s footsteps on our golf buggy trips. Everywhere was immaculately cleaned and our room well serviced. Will recommend to anyone and look forward to returning. Thank you to you and your amazing team, Gill & Keith Hamblett
