Insgesamt war die Atmosphäre im Hotel sehr angenehm. Die "public areas" waren immer in bestem Zustand, das Personal meist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein besonderes Lob möchte ich an die Mannschaft der Rezeption aussprechen. Immer freundlich, immer zur Stelle und hilfsbereit. Ebenso an einige Personen im Restaurant Service Bereich, leider habe ich hier keine Namen, die ich nennen würde.

We had a most wonderful stay at your hotel. I would most particularly like to make a big compliment to the girl at reception called Fabiola. She is excellent at her job. She has a genuine care for people. Her English was excellent. Her personality and warmth and bright happy disposition was just a joy every day. All the staff is just perfect! Friendly attitude, nice, attentive to the needs. From the bar to the restaurant, and for the Front office....all are very very nice. If I have to come back, it will be one of the reason ....No heating during the first days, the Front office came several times to bring heater, blanket, ....and tried to really help!!!You feel good with them!!!Don't change the team!!!

We were already on vacation in a resort that was terrible. The accommodations were unhealthy and we almost had to cut our Sardinian vacation short. Hele fijn ontvangst met rondleiding. Top ontbijt, je kon in principe elke dag wat anders eten, zoveel keuze was er. Elke dag nieuwe handdoeken, soms zelfs 2x. Ook fijn dat je handdoeken kreeg voor zwembad/strand. Tuin erg mooi en ook het privé strandje was top. Dank voor dit fijne verblijf bij jullie.
