We loved our stay at Leon’s place and were sad to leave. All staff the two Alessandro's, Jordan, Matilde and Daniella were excellent. The Cosmopolitan made by Alessandro at the bar was the best I’ve ever had and the breakfast one of the best in Rome. The Spa and jacuzzi are well worth booking in for after a day walking the streets of Rome. Can’t wait to go back.

Hello - I arrived at your hotel late on Sep. 28 and departed mid-afternoon on Oct. 1. I am sharing the dates because I do not recall the names of your wonderful team and I am assuming you can see who worked those days! Without exception, everyone was incredibly warm, helpful and kind. I was treated like a VVIP in every interaction. The decor of the hotel is stunning; the food in your restaurant delicious (and very reasonably priced!). I appreciated the different spaces; I had to do some work and just enjoyed the time in the lobby and patio areas. I would recommend your hotel to anyone in a heartbeat and I will definitely stay there the next time I'm in Rome.

Your staff were very welcoming and are a credit to you. At check in, we were quite late as our flight was delayed and the check in clerk was clearly waiting for us as the last people to arrive that day and greeted us by name and was very friendly. We were acknowledged each time we returned to the hotel with a pleasant hello and a smile. Check out gentleman was very chatty and processed our check out swiftly. Rooms were small but perfectly adequate for a couple and most of all clean with comfortable beds and pillows. Nice sized fully equipped bathroom which was again spotless. Decor of the hotel was funky and fabulous. We liked the fact your hotel was in a quieter area whilst being only a short walk from amenities, tourist attractions and the train station. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would return without hesitation. Thank you for your hospitality.

Accommodations were excellent. All staff were great, very helpful, friendly and attentive. Easy check in, reception staff always made great area suggestions, the breakfast restaurant staff always greeted with a smile and hello, and the restaurant staff where we ate lunch once was very accommodating even though we unknowingly arrived 15 minutes before closing. We felt bad but they didn't rush us and provided very attentive service and even allowed some special request (off menu items). Food was very good.

My particular thanks to the female receptionist who injured her leg recently - she always goes out of her way to welcome me, remembering me each time I return, and is very helpful. I am pleased with the professional response to our complaint of noise from the road side which kept us awake all night. This resulted in our plans needing to be altered the following day due to tiredness. We were moved to a quieter room at the back of the hotel, thank you for accommodating us. This is a wonderful, friendly and clean hotel that we would stay in again.

We were a group travelling from Australia. We ordered a breakfast pack as we left by 6am. There was way too much food in them and a lot would have been wasted. We were going through customs and a lot wouldn't have been allowed through. The chocolates in our room were very nice thank you.

Great hotel with excellent staff. Hotel was too far from Metro and center city for what we wanted. In our 70’s and the walk was too much from Center City.

Staff all friendly and extremely helpful. Love the hotel decor and rooms smell really lovely after servicing. One slight criticism would be more storage space for clothes.
