The gentleman on reception (did not get his name) when we checked out was very helpful and when I noticed on the way to the airport that I had left my Kindle in the foyer and called back to the hotel, he very kindly gave me all the details of LHost in order for it to be sent home to me. Exquisite care by the staff. Rome was part of our honeymoon and we appreciated our welcoming with champagne. We had some problems with the bathroom’s door during one night and because of it we weren’t be able to return to sleep and woke up on time to go to Vatican. However, the staff had tried to help us to get a reimbursement and since we didn’t go it, the hotel reimbursed us by itself.

Außergewöhnlich ist die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals. Ganz tolle, zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter! Ebenfalls ein großes Kompliment für die Gestaltung der Räumlichkeite. Besonders gut hat uns der tolle Innenhof gefallen! Außergewöhnlich gut auch die Qualität der Betten. Wir haben selten in Hotels so gut geschlafen. Das Frühstück ist auch extrem gut. Wir waren sehr glücklich mit unserem Aufenthalt.

The breakfast service was very nice but there wasn't enough food, it was gone before the service ended. The other guests seemed to eat all of it and more items were not put out. We were early and very grateful that we were able to check into our room early, it was cleaned very quickly and promptly.

We had a really excellent stay at Leons place. Excellent customer service, nothing was too much trouble. The room was very clean and the breakfast was beautiful. We will definately be recommending your hotel to our family and friends. The wifi router idea was excellent 👌 we were able to use wifi whilst out and about in the city which was so convienient for us to stay in touch whilst we were away from home. We loved our stay at Leon’s place and were sad to leave. All staff the two Alessandro's, Jordan, Matilde and Daniella were excellent. The Cosmopolitan made by Alessandro at the bar was the best I’ve ever had and the breakfast one of the best in Rome. The Spa and jacuzzi are well worth booking in for after a day walking the streets of Rome. Can’t wait to go back.
