A very positive impression of the entire stay. The hotel is located near the city center. Not only the rooms are beautiful, but also the surroundings (lobby, restaurant). Daily cleaning with a small sweet gift on the bed. Coffee and tea sets. Very attentive service. And on my birthday, a bottle of prosecco was waiting for me in the room! I recommend it!

Absolutely amazing staff, so friendly and helpful. Only issue I had was that the rooms didn’t seem to be very well soundproofed. I stayed 2 nights, the first night I was in room 202 over the main road. I couldn’t sleep due to the noise until at least 1am. I then moved to room 008 which was much quieter but had a loud humming noise from something outside the room which may have been some equipment or machinery attached to the hotel because it seemed to be louder when I put my head on the pillow (could hear it through the fabric of the building). It seemed to go on and off. It disrupted my sleep but not to the point that the road did. This was my only observation.

Exquisite care by the staff. Rome was part of our honeymoon and we appreciated our welcoming with champagne. I wasn't aware that massage is unavailable on Sundays. I had explicitly kept my time reserved for massage and then spa, however couldn't get it done as the massager was not working. Would have been better to explicitly mention it during reservation or at least checkin.
