Hello - I arrived at your hotel late on Sep. 28 and departed mid-afternoon on Oct. 1. I am sharing the dates because I do not recall the names of your wonderful team and I am assuming you can see who worked those days! Without exception, everyone was incredibly warm, helpful and kind. I was treated like a VVIP in every interaction. The decor of the hotel is stunning; the food in your restaurant delicious (and very reasonably priced!). I appreciated the different spaces; I had to do some work and just enjoyed the time in the lobby and patio areas. I would recommend your hotel to anyone in a heartbeat and I will definitely stay there the next time I'm in Rome.

The only (very minor) complaint I have is that several times we tried to get a drink at the bar before heading out for the evening but we couldn't find the bartender. If you are going to advertise the bar be open during a given time, it should be staffed at that time.

What a lovely hotel! The staff, especially Jordan, were all especially helpful! With our limited Italian, they were all very helpful and exceptionally professional. The only issue we had is the hotel's location, which is a bit removed from the shopping and hotel areas. Otherwise, we had a wonderfully pleasant stay. Your staff were very welcoming and are a credit to you. At check in, we were quite late as our flight was delayed and the check in clerk was clearly waiting for us as the last people to arrive that day and greeted us by name and was very friendly. We were acknowledged each time we returned to the hotel with a pleasant hello and a smile. Check out gentleman was very chatty and processed our check out swiftly. Rooms were small but perfectly adequate for a couple and most of all clean with comfortable beds and pillows. Nice sized fully equipped bathroom which was again spotless. Decor of the hotel was funky and fabulous. We liked the fact your hotel was in a quieter area whilst being only a short walk from amenities, tourist attractions and the train station. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would return without hesitation. Thank you for your hospitality.

Accommodations were excellent. All staff were great, very helpful, friendly and attentive. Easy check in, reception staff always made great area suggestions, the breakfast restaurant staff always greeted with a smile and hello, and the restaurant staff where we ate lunch once was very accommodating even though we unknowingly arrived 15 minutes before closing. We felt bad but they didn't rush us and provided very attentive service and even allowed some special request (off menu items). Food was very good.

Nothing disappointed. I have stayed at Leon’s Place many times and consider it an excellent hotel. In particular, the staff are very good. The receptionists are superb. My particular thanks to the female receptionist who injured her leg recently - she always goes out of her way to welcome me, remembering me each time I return, and is very helpful. Her female and male colleagues are also exceptionally good. As are the breakfast staff. It is to Leon’s Place’s credit that it retains its staff. Well done. And thank you.

I am pleased with the professional response to our complaint of noise from the road side which kept us awake all night. This resulted in our plans needing to be altered the following day due to tiredness. We were moved to a quieter room at the back of the hotel, thank you for accommodating us. This is not a complaint it is a suggestion. The lighting was very bright in the bar area, lower levels of lighting create a cosy relaxed atmosphere, really bright lighting is usually provided in areas where it is desirable to encourage people to not stay very long, for example, a McDonalds restaurant.

Buonasera, appena entrate io e la mia amica siamo state accolte dal sorriso e garbo di Daniela. E' stato un balsamo dopo il lungo viaggio per raggiungere Roma. La stanza deliziosa, purtroppo abbiamo accusato un po' di freddo a causa delle inusuali temperature rigide ma, prontamente, siamo state soccorse ed una stufetta che riscaldava l'ambiente ci ha tenute compagnia durante la permanenza. La gentilezza di Martin, del personale alla colazione ed infine il biglietto di auguri e la bottiglia di prosecco per festeggiare il mio compleanno hanno reso il soggiorno nel vostro bellissimo hotel, unico.
