A very positive impression of the entire stay. The hotel is located near the city center. Not only the rooms are beautiful, but also the surroundings (lobby, restaurant). Daily cleaning with a small sweet gift on the bed. Coffee and tea sets. Very attentive service. And on my birthday, a bottle of prosecco was waiting for me in the room! I recommend it!

One of the staff finished his shift but still stopped to pick up litter outside the hotel and also check a couple had help with their taxi. Absolutely amazing staff, so friendly and helpful. Only issue I had was that the rooms didn’t seem to be very well soundproofed. I stayed 2 nights, the first night I was in room 202 over the main road. I couldn’t sleep due to the noise until at least 1am. I then moved to room 008 which was much quieter but had a loud humming noise from something outside the room which may have been some equipment or machinery attached to the hotel because it seemed to be louder when I put my head on the pillow (could hear it through the fabric of the building). It seemed to go on and off. It disrupted my sleep but not to the point that the road did. This was my only observation.

My stay at this hotel was nothing short of absolutely beautiful. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone who travels to Rome. It was the most amazing stay for my partner and myself on our first trip abroad together. Any pics you see online really do not do the hotel justice it is absolutely beautiful in person. Alessandro was amazing. He adapted our rooms to compliment our booking as soon as we arrived, gave advice on local restaurants and places to visit, no questions/ requests were too much trouble and he had fantastic positive customer service. We loved the decor and all of the staff were so helpful, would definitely recommend. Location was also really good.
