Absolutely amazing staff, so friendly and helpful. Only issue I had was that the rooms didn’t seem to be very well soundproofed. I stayed 2 nights, the first night I was in room 202 over the main road. I couldn’t sleep due to the noise until at least 1am. I then moved to room 008 which was much quieter but had a loud humming noise from something outside the room which may have been some equipment or machinery attached to the hotel because it seemed to be louder when I put my head on the pillow (could hear it through the fabric of the building). It seemed to go on and off. It disrupted my sleep but not to the point that the road did. This was my only observation.

Exquisite care by the staff. Rome was part of our honeymoon and we appreciated our welcoming with champagne. We had some problems with the bathroom’s door during one night and because of it we weren’t be able to return to sleep and woke up on time to go to Vatican. It’s very hard to know where to go when you first arrive. Please add a sign by the lift or front door saying what floor the reception is on, and also send a message on Booking.com to explain you need to go in the lift first and which floor

The breakfast service was very nice but there wasn't enough food, it was gone before the service ended. The other guests seemed to eat all of it and more items were not put out. We were early and very grateful that we were able to check into our room early, it was cleaned very quickly and promptly.

Our group loved our stay. Sometimes the bar service was slow because of only 1 server. However, the drinks were wonderful.

We had a really excellent stay at Leons place. Excellent customer service, nothing was too much trouble. The room was very clean and the breakfast was beautiful. We will definately be recommending your hotel to our family and friends. The wifi router idea was excellent 👌 we were able to use wifi whilst out and about in the city which was so convienient for us to stay in touch whilst we were away from home. Overall a excellent experience, thank you ☺️
