My stay at this hotel was nothing short of absolutely beautiful. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone who travels to Rome. It was the most amazing stay for my partner and myself on our first trip abroad together. Any pics you see online really do not do the hotel justice it is absolutely beautiful in person. Every member we had the pleasure of meeting were all also lovely and welcoming.

Alessandro was amazing. He adapted our rooms to compliment our booking as soon as we arrived, gave advice on local restaurants and places to visit, no questions/ requests were too much trouble and he had fantastic positive customer service. We loved the decor and all of the staff were so helpful, would definitely recommend. Location was also really good.

Exquisite care by the staff. Rome was part of our honeymoon and we appreciated our welcoming with champagne. We had some problems with the bathroom’s door during one night and because of it we weren’t be able to return to sleep and woke up on time to go to Vatican. However, the staff had tried to help us to get a reimbursement and since we didn’t go it, the hotel reimbursed us by itself.
