Alessandro was amazing. He adapted our rooms to compliment our booking as soon as we arrived, gave advice on local restaurants and places to visit, no questions/ requests were too much trouble and he had fantastic positive customer service. We loved the decor and all of the staff were so helpful, would definitely recommend. Location was also really good.

Indéniablement le meilleur hôtel dans lequel j'ai séjourné. De la chambre, au spa en passant par le petit déjeuner : tout a été parfait. Voyage à l'occasion de l'anniversaire de ma mère (avec attention du personnel à notre arrivée), elle en ressort des étoiles plein les yeux de la beauté de Rome et de cet hôtel qu'on a plaisir a retrouver après une longue journée de visite. Exquisite care by the staff. Rome was part of our honeymoon and we appreciated our welcoming with champagne. We had some problems with the bathroom’s door during one night and because of it we weren’t be able to return to sleep and woke up on time to go to Vatican. However, the staff had tried to help us to get a reimbursement and since we didn’t go it, the hotel reimbursed us by itself.
