2026-09-07

2026-09-13

We love you all!

I believe his his name was Roberto, he went above & beyond to help us with our luggage on arrival & also when we needed a taxi. Roberto offered us water to take with us & his charming smile & demeanor really made us feel welcomed & at home. I hope he is recognized for his spectacular customer service & overall helpfulness. When I look back to our stay I see his beautiful caring smile. We truly appreciated his presence & hope to see him again at our next stay. Thank you to everyone for a beautiful experience ! 5 stars

2026-08-21

2026-08-14

We love being at your hotel!

2026-08-14

After check in I couldn't remember what I did with my wallet. We were out so I called the hotel. Roberto was incredibly helpful and promptly pulled the video to help retrace my steps. He saw that I took it to the room and went in to confirm. He sent me a message letting me know that it was found.

2026-08-14

We stayed 6 nights. I corresponded with Roberta and other staff before the arrival and they helped me coordinate a tour of Bellinzona, a boat tour and reservations at Ristorante Giardino. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The experience was absolutely amazing. I even spoke with Roberta several times as she greeted us and we laughed and smiled and she is absolutely the best! This was one of the best hotel experiences I have had. Not to mention in one of the most beautiful places on earth. Thank you LuganoDante and Thank you Roberta.

Es war alles perfekt. Sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal!

2026-07-25

Es war toll - wir waren zum 2. Mal da und kommen gerne wieder!

2026-07-25

All the staff were professional and friendly from the cleaners, to the reception staff. Considering I was in the sixth month of my pregnancy, I thought I would struggle to sleep on an unfamiliar bed but it was so comfortable. Having the mini fridge was also helpful in the heat. Breakfast was perfect with a wide variety of fruit and vegetables. I wholeheartedly recommend Luganodante to anyone visiting the area.

2026-07-25

2026-07-25

Yes all the staff were fantastic.

2026-07-25

2026-04-07

we enjoyed our stay at the hotel over the long easter weekend, very friendly staff at the reception and breakfast/dinner. excellent variety of breakfast items, bread, eggs and various grilled vegetables etc. Flamel restaurant was excellent as well. we definitely will recommend the hotel to family and friends and will be staying there again when coming back to Lugano next time.

2026-04-07

Alles bestens und perfekt. Hotel,Hotelpersonal,Zimmer,Frühstück....

2026-04-05

2026-04-04

Yes. Thanks to George, the 1st contact we had as he was very supportive in guiding us from the car park to the reception. He was very professional and informative from the start to the end. The receptionist who checked us in and out is also to be commended. He is a real gem for the company. Very informative and professional. The breakfast team was also polite and courteous.

2026-04-03

Tutto perfetto. Grazie per l'accoglienza

2026-04-03

Thank you for the lovely stay, but the room this time was not as good as usual

2026-03-31

2026-03-28

Thanks for the hospitality

2026-03-27

2026-03-27

Grazie mille delll’ottimo pernottamento

2026-03-27

2026-03-27

Great time at the hotel and restaurant, thanks 🙏

2026-03-27

Staff was absolutely amazing.

2026-03-26

Everything is just on very high level of courtesy and professionalism. Just a small remark: I’ve noticed that the hotel fragrance (mainly in the lobby area) is becoming increasingly strong and overpowering; it would be nice to be greeted by a neutral scent when arriving to the hotel.

2026-03-26

Thank you for my room 503!j

2026-03-26

Bravissimi

2026-03-25

2026-03-22

Grazie perché mi accogliete con amore e mi fate sentire a casa

2026-03-21

Thank you for a wonderful stay!

2026-03-21

the entire staff

2026-03-20

Hôtel bien situé, accueil très bien merci

2026-03-19

Tout était parfait! Je reviendrais :)

2026-03-19

Alle sehr freundlich. Parkieren klappt wirklich super.

2026-03-18

Best hotel breakfast ever! :)

2026-03-18

Euer Frühstück ist einsame Spitze! Besser geht's nicht! :-)

2026-03-17

My wife and I are guests at Hotel Dante since 15 years and e have never thought of changing. The hotel, the service, the food and the overall experience is extraordinary. WE LIKE YOU

2026-03-16

Leider hatten unsere Bettdecken kein Duvetbezug nur zwei Leintücher!?!

2026-03-16

We had a wonderful stay at the Dantelugano. Salvatore was excellent at check in and also with helping us to find things to do. The hospitality at this hotel is amazing. We had an odor in our room and Pietro was promptly on top of it and handled it quickly and professionally. The servers in the restaurant at dinner time were very knowledgeable on the menu and very professional. they made our dinner very enjoyable. My one small complaint is that I wish the shower was bigger. But I also understand that smaller showers are typical in Europe.

2026-03-16

2026-03-14

Staff was exceptional even when very busy. I stayed for business, will be bringing my family for an extended stay.

2026-03-14

I have had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Dante for several years now. I come almost every month, mainly for work, and I must say that the welcoming atmosphere and the kindness of the entire staff always make me feel at home. It has truly become my go-to place whenever I am in the area.

2026-03-14

We LOVED our stay at Luganodante. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and professional. The location was so convenient to the train, the lake, the shops and restaurants and so walkable. The room was perfect! The breakfast was fantastic! Thank you so much for a great stay! We will highly recommend. We are so thankful we chose to stay with you!

2026-03-09

Sehr tolle Erfahrung!

2026-03-09

I had been traveling in Europe for work the whole week and your kind gesture on Friday made not only my day, but my week! Thank you to the entire staff who always had a smile. I hope to return with my wife for a personal (not business) visit to Lugano & Luganodante.

2026-02-26

Everything was perfect and we’re back soon!

2026-02-25

2026-02-25

2026-02-24

2026-02-21

A great place to stay at Lugano. Staff is courteous and helpful. Breakfast options are plenty.

2026-02-21

Ein Hotel, dass wir gerne weiterempfehlen werden.

2026-02-20

danke. ihr seid lieb.

2026-02-20

2026-02-17

personale MOLTO gentile

2026-02-17

Ein grosses Kompliment dem ganzen Team

2026-02-16

Tutti molto.gentili e disponibili. Ottima struttura, posizione e ristorante. Davvero un'ottima esperienza.

2026-02-16

Sehr zentrales tolles Hotel mit überaus freundlichem Personal. Preis-Leistung top!

2026-02-16

We really enjoyed our stay in your hotel. The only suggestion I would make is to put a single sofa in the room instead of a chair. It’s more comfortable to sit on. Also thank you for being so welcoming for our dog : there was a dog bed, bowls and even dog food in the room. Very much appreciated.

2026-02-16

Always great to stay here when in Lugano! Everything the best.

2026-02-15

2026-02-12

It has been a true pleasure to stay here. I do yearly trips to Lugano and this has been my favorite place ever since what I call the golden key days when you used to receive a golden key to access your room long before the renovations. I am a forever customer. The overwhelming kindness and professionalism of the staff is remarkable and appreciated.

2026-02-11

Complimenti e a prestissimo !!!

I ragazzi dello staff sono incredibilmente professionali

2026-02-03

My compliments to Sebastian at the reception desk who greeted me by name before I told him my name and about my reservation at the hotel, saying he remembered me from my last stay which was in October 2021. 2025-11-03

Top Check In

2025-11-03

Dear Luganodante, We had an absolutely fabulous short stay at your Hotel. First and foremost it was the inviting atmosphere and friendly staff. But also enjoyed breakfast and dinner a lot. The variety of fresh products and the warm-food corner for breakfast was a big surprise. And the menu of Flamel convinced us to stay at the Hotel for dinner instead of going out. It was a great experience too. Another highlight for us was the Ticino-Ticket. Even for swiss citizen with a half-fare card, there are so many possibilities. All in all, grazie mille! It was a very nice experience staying at your place.

2025-10-30

A perfect stay, thank you very much!

2025-10-30

All staff including Steven and Valentina at the reception were excellent! High praises due to them all!

2025-10-28

Your team is very professional and responsive. We rented your VIP room for the two days and used it for our event. Again, your staff was excellent and we will definitely come back. Thank you

2025-10-28

2025-10-17

Big thanks to the employee who checked me in. He was very helpful and curteous. I had to change my room due to safety issues and he helped me straightaway and changed my room.

2025-10-17

Alles tiptop! Vielen Dank.

2025-10-16

Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Team.

2025-10-14

I had a wonderful experience thanks to the incredibly kind and helpful staff. A special thank you for kindly accepting to store my luggage ahead of check-in—it made my arrival so much smoother. Your hospitality and attention to detail truly stood out. Highly recommended!
