My four sisters and I have been staying in the Dante Hotel several times when we do our annual reunion in Lugano and we have always been impressed and thankful for the super helpful and friendly staff, the comfortable modern rooms, the exclusive and magnificent breakfast buffet and the side room where we are able to play cards when the weather is bad. It was an excellent experience. The hotel is centrally located, is very clean and comfortable, has excellent food and restaurant service, including an outstanding breakfast spread. Valentina at the front desk is a standout, providing exceptional service and information. The Lugano transportation pass for buses and trams was a great bonus.

Amazing everything in a newly furnished hotel design that takes care of all details. Bathroom floors are heated; green practices ; both still and gas water in the bar fridge complimentary and friendly and professional staff in all areas. Breakfast and dinner are exceptional (hot breakfast ! amazing pastries) . Excellent service at dinner and the fish was incredible. However the pasta dish was only OK albeit we were spoiled spending a week in Tuscany eating the best pasta ever. Congrats to all the staff and management for a great job!

Such an amazing hotel. Location at the bottom of the funicular was absolutely perfect for us to arrive and leave giving access directly to the railway station. The check in and check out was faultless and we were made to feel very welcomed. Flamel for breakfast was fantastic, we had everything we required for a feast breakfast to start our day but the evening dinner was extraordinary. Staff well versed in wine and food selections and my wife’s food intolerance was not an issue. We rate this restaurant amongst the best restaurants we visited during our holiday in Switzerland. Outstanding hotel, we hope to stay again on our next European vacation!

We miss the hotel we knew many years ago: cozy, welcoming, homey. Now the hotel is renovated, but chaotic and cramped. Breakfasts used to be better! I remember freshly squeezed juices that guests could make themselves, the menu was amazing. Now breakfast only seems varied: numerous sandwiches with non-obvious fillings. Why? The room was very tiny, but comfortable. Overall, we are happy with the hotel and will continue to stay with you, because the location is very convenient for us. The garage is cool, we like it, thank you! We were happy to see the staff who have been working in this hotel for a long time, it's nice!

This time, we had an issue with a couple of rooms situated facing the square during the Lugano Blues festival with concerts until midnight and some of our Odysseys guests complained and a couple also complained about the small size of the room and had to be moved to another room the next day. 3 days before arrival I request 2 SEPARATE beds for 2 guests sharing a twin room, I received a confirmation from Simone that it would be taken care of, when the guests walked in the room there was only 1 double bed, they complained and waited for 40 minutes for the staff to separate the bed, the guests went back to the room and found the same double bed with 2 sheets at which point they decided to separate the bed themselves and found the floor in between quite dirty....

I traveled for a work conference almost a year ago, and stayed at Luganodante. It completely blew the minds of my husband and I. The entire city felt like home to us and the hotel was an added bonus. So much so, that Lugano was added to our semi-annual travel plans immediately and we counted our days (literally) until it was time for our Spring/Summer travels. Even on this visit, our expectations were succeeded. Every staff member felt like family and were so pleasant and helpful. We love our room, the bath products and amenities! Thank you Roberta for providing accommodation additional 2 nights and found a way to help us because it was fully booked. The lady host in the breakfast was always very gracious to greet us in the morning which makes your hotel so accommodating and she makes a difference to brighten our day as tourists from USA. There was also this breakfast table runner wait staff who was extremely so heartwarming however during our 5th day and last day of our stay, both of them were not around and I think it was their day off (unfortunately forgot to ask their names. ). It was a different feel because the restaurant crew were not as gracious as them. It makes a difference when they smile.

Although we stayed at LuganoDante only for one night, it was a fantastic experience and met all our expectations! Valentina at checkout was amazingly helpful as was Aki, the gentlemen who helped us with the luggage and parked our car. He even came out in the rain to help us find the garage when we were approaching the hotel (and I am sorry I cannot remember his full name, he has a Japanese name). The whole staff was great, the rooms super clean and with great decor, the beds super comfortable and we all loved it. We will definitely return! Oh, and the breakfast was delicious, with such good variety!

Ich hatte bei der Reservierung um ein schönes, ruhiges Zimmer gebeten, der Aufenthalt war mein Geschenk für den Geburtstag meiner Frau am 17.03. Das ganze Personal, vom Check-in angefangen bis zur Bedienung zum Frühstück am nächsten Morgen, waren total freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend zu uns - einfach wunderbar! Sogar unser Zimmer war mit einem ' Happy birthday ' - Luftballon dekoriert und ein nettes Schreiben lag auch dabei. Zum Frühstück gab's dann auch noch einen kleinen leckeren Kuchen samt Wunderkerze - grossartig, vielen herzlichen Dank!

Cet hôtel, c'est comme une deuxième maison. Je m'y sens bien de l'arrivée au départ. L'équipe est vraiment adorable avec moi. Que ce soit la réception ou l'acceuil tout les matins au petit-déjeuner, tout est fait pour que mon expérience se passe au mieux. My experience was really great, from the helpful exchange with the booking staff to the stay itself. The fact that I was allowed to cancel one room two weeks before our meeting was much appreciated. And the welcome and service at the hotel was very personable, the meeting facilities good, the staff super helpful.

Prima di Corona siamo stati diverse volte vostri ospiti, e siamo sempre stati molto soddisfatti con il vostro servizio. Questa volta però avete battuto tutti i già alti risultati di prima.
