It was quite noisy a couple of the nights we were there. A very strange noise woke us up at 1am sounded like someone was outside our room and as 3 women on our own it scared us. Not really something you can change though.

We had a very early start on our first morning, and we asked for a packed breakfast; we specified NOT GLUTEN-FREE twice, but we were given 2 very poor gluten-free breakfast bags. This is disappointing, as we did specify twice our requirements.

Wonderful kind and informative staff members on chekc in desk. Great with recommendations and nothing was too much trouble. The only negative was the bathroom sink had mildew and discolouration around the plug and could have done with a more thorough clean.

The best hotel we used on our two week trip in Italy regardless of price. Staff was wonderful, room was perfect and immaculate. All needed supplies were in the room and the bed was very comfortable. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone staying in Milan.

Positives- staff could not do enough to help us and were friendly but professional. Service was excellent . Great breakfast Negatives - shower was tepid at best and not strong jet. Would have appreciated at least 1 English TV channel. Dirty duster left in room.

Valentina was exceptional, after a hectic travel day with my mom that’s battling cancer, how her and the team was so welcoming and helpful calmed my spirit. I thank God for having her there to check us in and to help us . The overall team and everyone we came in contact with was top notch but Valentina, please ensure she never leaves , you need someone like that with her energy, empathy and care to great your guests. This hotel was the best we’ve stayed at in the 2 countries and 5 cities we’ve visited. Bravo to you and your team
