We enjoyed our stay very much and are looking forward to staying at the Palazzo again. The staff is very friendly, professional and helpful in every way. We love the Executive Suite and appreciate very much that we can bring our two cats with us! Thanks to everyone at the Palazzo for a perfect vacation.

The staff and hotel itself were truly amazing. From initial correspondence with Francesca and Roberta to our arrival and welcome from alessio, everyone made us feel welcome and valued. The room was fantastic for our family of 6. Everything was beautiful and housekeeping did a fabulous and discrete job daily. The breakfast service was out of this world! We felt very spoiled. Kids really liked the stocked mini bar and snacks. Location was perfect for us. Very well done!!! Would love to come back and stay here again!
