Res Nuove Terme is a 12 out of 10! Flavio went above & beyond to meet our needs. The apt was spotless, large, plenty of room to unpack & the oversized Terrace was lovely. The location is fabulous! You can walk to the water, coffee shops, restaurants & Penny market is across the street making it easy to treat ourselves to a simple dinner at home. We will definitely be back in the Spring when more places are open. This place is a gem & Flavio is the best of the best! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Although we were cursed with some terrible weather, our stay was actually still great (albeit brief). Flavio was an incredibly efficient and friendly host, very welcoming, and brilliant with children. Because of the poor weather we didn't get to use the bikes (next time hopefully) but still got lots of swimming in. Pool is lovely and warm, and the provided inflatables were a nice touch. Location is also great, close to some amazing restaurants and great supermarkets. On the whole, we hope to return with nicer weather, and cannot say enough good things about the accommodation, pool, location and (especially) the host :)
