The front desk has been very helpful! One person recommended an Italian restaurant to go to (Dinky’s) and even set a reservation for all six of us. There were two other receptionists who also got us taxis very quickly.

Very nice accommodation. The only minor issue I have is with the cleanliness of the balcony in my apartment. There was dried bird poop on the ledge and the ground was very dirty. I understand it may be difficult to achieve a satisfactory level of cleanliness in a city hotel.

I must say that the hotel was above my expectations: the room was really very nice, as was the lobby. I enjoyed the kindness of the staff, the coffee always available, and the breakfast. A very small note, really minor, the sofa in room 32 needs a wash of the upholstery.
