Our party booked two rooms; one was updated and ours was not. We had a huge tub which was had to get in and out of for fear of falling. Since the other room was updated with a walk in shower I think it would be nice to also update our room as well.

Very nice and efficient reception. I requested a room a few days after my stay . The property was fully booked , but they told me they would call me if there was a cancellation. They did a couple days later . Unfortunately I had already booked another hotel , but I appreciated the follow up

This is our third stay at Residenza Delle Citta and once again Diego and Marco had everything in order for our check in. We were promptly offered some refreshments in reception before being allocated our room. As per previous stays, the reception area and our room were immaculate. Each apartment we have stayed in has always been spotlessly clean and well appointed. We love the excellent coffee machine and freshly baked croissants each morning and the water dispenser is an excellent idea to save the world from yet more plastic bottles! There's always coffee, a great selection of teas and cookies available and the staff are always willing to offer assistance on directions or anything you may require during your stay. We also really appreciate the laundry facilities. The property is in an excellent location, being only a short stroll through pleasant streets from Milano Centrale. We would definitely recommend this property to others and of course hope to stay again ourselves. Grazie Mille!

Management was was hospitable and welcoming. We were stressed during a strike and floods that left us in Milan with no plans to stay overnight and no booked accommodation. The staff were incredibly courteous and we loved our stay with amenities. It’s was a spacious accommodation and very clean. We had no intention of staying or spending any time in Milan, but we are glad that we had that unexpected change in plans. We are now looking forward to visiting Milan in the near future and will be sure to stay here again.

The front desk has been very helpful! One person recommended an Italian restaurant to go to (Dinky’s) and even set a reservation for all six of us. There were two other receptionists who also got us taxis very quickly.
