Reception staff were incredibly helpful. Much appreciated when you arrive in a new city. The facilities in the apartment were super. The bed was so comfortable.

The front desk has been very helpful! One person recommended an Italian restaurant to go to (Dinky’s) and even set a reservation for all six of us. There were two other receptionists who also got us taxis very quickly.

I must say that the hotel was above my expectations: the room was really very nice, as was the lobby. I enjoyed the kindness of the staff, the coffee always available, and the breakfast. A very small note, really minor, the sofa in room 32 needs a wash of the upholstery.
