Our room was always found our room as we left it but with clean towels and rubbish removed. Very trustworthy staff!

Cleanliness could improve in the room- it was dusty at the sides especially. Seems that cleaner just do a generic cleaning rather than the entire room. Room ventilation could be improved as well.

The concierge was wonderful when we checked in. We had an issue with our key and he came up to make sure we had it in correctly and immediately had a new key for us. It was awesome! Love the common area with water and the novelty chairs!

Diego went above and beyond his duties to check us in. He was very, very helpful. Our train from Venice to Milan had been cancelled due to a train strike. We had rented the only available car - a Fiat and my son only had basic knowledge operating a standard transmission. Diego helped us park the car while we checked in. He provided exceptional service. He gave us a map and explained how to get to Cenacolo Vinciano. We really appreciated the FREE water in the refrigerator in the lobby. The lobby and the rooms were tastefully decorated. I will be giving this hotel a 5 star review on Google.

We appreciate the friendly and attentive welcome and kindness after a long haul international flight. The additional sparkling water was greatly appreciated. The mid-century decor and furniture was amazing and we loved the attention to detail and care with the room design. The sofa beds were very comfortable. We will be staying again at the end of our trip to Italy before flying out of Milan.

Travelling as a pair of single ladies in our 60's we found Residenza Delle Citta a great place to stay. Close enough to the railway station, but in a location that felt safe and secure. There is a good Carrefour supermarket a few blocks away and the hotel self-service laundry was excellent.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was definitely one of the highlights of our time in Milano. Everyone on staff was excellent. They were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. We loved the inclusion of water and coffee. Being able to grab a cornetto for breakfast before heading out for the day was a very pleasant surprise.The gym was very spacious and offered a diverse selection of equipment. We will definitely return in the future if we find ourselves back in Milano.

I appreciated the friendly service and the attention to my needs. Upon check in, I was greeted warmly and given the information I needed to quickly get settled in my room. I found the person working check-in (Michael) to be nice, funny, and very helpful. I also found him to be dedicated, working long hours for guests.

This hotel was brilliant and I was genuinely sad to leave. Extremely clean and comfortable, and the room was beautiful. The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate our last minute booking (we stayed here as the hotel we had initially booked was not clean and generally disappointing, and the 2 were complete worlds apart in quality). The room was gorgeous with a lovely little balcony. Great size and great value for money especially considering the location. Rooms had wifi, the hotel offered free coffee and water, overall I can't recommend the Residenza delle Città enough to anyone staying in Milan, would happily return again.
