I must say that the hotel was above my expectations: the room was really very nice, as was the lobby. I enjoyed the kindness of the staff, the coffee always available, and the breakfast. A very small note, really minor, the sofa in room 32 needs a wash of the upholstery.

The concierge was wonderful when we checked in. We had an issue with our key and he came up to make sure we had it in correctly and immediately had a new key for us. It was awesome! Love the common area with water and the novelty chairs!

Diego went above and beyond his duties to check us in. He was very, very helpful. Our train from Venice to Milan had been cancelled due to a train strike. We had rented the only available car - a Fiat and my son only had basic knowledge operating a standard transmission. Diego helped us park the car while we checked in. He provided exceptional service. He gave us a map and explained how to get to Cenacolo Vinciano. We really appreciated the FREE water in the refrigerator in the lobby. The lobby and the rooms were tastefully decorated. I will be giving this hotel a 5 star review on Google.

We appreciate the friendly and attentive welcome and kindness after a long haul international flight. The additional sparkling water was greatly appreciated. The mid-century decor and furniture was amazing and we loved the attention to detail and care with the room design. The sofa beds were very comfortable. We will be staying again at the end of our trip to Italy before flying out of Milan.
