2 Americans traveling to the area for the first time. Front desk was extremely polite, professional and helpful. Had a great stay! Being in the hospitality business I only have one suggestion which only has to do with ambience not customer service. The lighting in the dining room is so bright that we felt we had a spot light on us. I suggest setting dimmers and less bulbs. Even in the large lounge area.

Auch wenn wir als Bergsteiger Extrawünsche wie das Aufbewahren unseres Gepäcks hatten oder eine Parkmöglichkeit für unseren Bus suchten, es gab immer eine schnelle Lösung. Und dann die Restaurant-Empfehlungen. Sehr gut. Wirklich: von Herzen ein Kompliment an das Team dieses tollen Hotels (mit dem schönsten Frühstücksraum auf der Welt!)
