We enjoyed the restaurant for dinner and this was really great. The food quality was amazing and the staff did a great and efficient job. Check-in was done friendly and efficient. Check-out on the other hand was the exact difference. It should not be that difficult to put a smile on one's face and thank you for staying at the hotel. All the email-contact before booking and our arrival was done quickly and efficiently and that is why our expectations were quite high.

The shuttle service is excellent, and we used it frequently. Due to tram construction, walking around the hotel was hazardous, and the noise from the new bridge construction was rather disruptive. Our room overlooked the reception and a busy road, which wasn't what we expected, and it was smaller than advertised. The pools are a superb addition, though the gym was disappointing. The room service was outstanding, as was the service in the restaurant and bar.
