Overall experience was wonderful. Did not care for eggs, bacon, coffee was too strong but was told to expect that. I think it was just a cultural difference and that’s something I wanted to experience anyway. The room was wonderful and so was any accommodations with any staff member. Spa experience was outstanding.

One member of staff - maybe restaurant manager, usually on breakfast - was particularly helpful. I asked for a jug of hot water & from the next day onwards she would always have it ready for me. I really appreciated that. Also I was in room 311, and the lady mostly looking after housekeeping on the floor was warm & friendly. These things are important.

The reception area was excellent upon our arrival and throughout our stay. Maid service was excellent also. One server in the restaurant was excellent. She was a tall beautiful woman (I'm sorry I forgot her name). All the other servers were young men but were not welcoming. The property is well maintained and we enjoyed our stay immensely. The location of the hotel was perfect.
