Changement radical. Donc merci pour ce changement qui nous a permis de passer un très bon séjour.

The reception area was excellent upon our arrival and throughout our stay. Maid service was excellent also. One server in the restaurant was excellent. She was a tall beautiful woman (I'm sorry I forgot her name). All the other servers were young men but were not welcoming. The property is well maintained and we enjoyed our stay immensely. Thank you to everybody for a wonderful stay. The majority of the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and well made up every day and the hotel was also very well kept. The breakfast offering was satisfactory every day and the food offering in the evenings and at lunchtime was very nice and well presented.

При нашем заселении в отель 2-го июля, обнаружилось, что в номере нет халата, тапочек, чайника и даже воды! Это естественно вызвало у нас законное возмущение вплоть до того, что мы уже подумывали о том, чтобы связаться с Агенством “Sanatorium” и переехать в другой отель. Спасибо девушке на Рецепшене по имени Люси и безусловно руководству отеля, которые приняли во внимание наши замечания и незамедлительно поменяли наши номера на лучшие со всеми удобствами. Также отдельная благодарность шеф-повару Уфугу за высочайшее качество блюд, подаваемых на обед и ужин. В целом впечатление от отдыха в вашем отеле осталось очень хорошее!
