David at front desk was so kind, efficient and helpful upon our arrival and also got a bowl of ice for me as I had a fall in Venice. He made great suggestions for our dinners and even brought us Prosecco and chips for our anniversary. This was so wonderful for us! Also the breakfast staff and buffet were so well done, great variety and quality and probably one of the best we have experienced. The lady at the front desk on the morning shift was also very kind and efficient. Thank you-we are already recommending to others!!

Excellent breakfast, super clean ultra modern artsy. But honestly the staff was above and beyond helpful. For example. We got bagged breakfast since we had to leave hotel at 5am prior to standard breakfast hours. I went to get vehicle from parking garage and forgot the parking ticket. The front desk person walked my wife since at 5 am it's dark and she didn't know the directions, and even pulled her luggage several city blocks for her to the parking garage.
