The lovely lady working upon check in, I didn’t get her name but she had red hair. She was so so wonderful and helpful especially given than I am in a wheelchair, she went out of her way to open the door with the ramp anytime my partner and I were coming and going. The staff had great recommendations for places to eat when we arrived and we so nice to offer us a bottle of spumante for my wife's birthday. The breakfast staff were so nice too and the spread was very rich indeed. We loved our stay in Trieste, which was in large part due to the welcome provided by the hotel staff.

Wonderful location, beautiful historic building stylishly refurbished providing all modern comforts. The staff - front desk, breakfast servers and cleaning staff were helpful, pleasant and friendly. We had a great time, and will definitely be returning. Thank you all very much.

The hotel management was extremely accommodating and helpful. Although we had originally booked and paid for two nights in a double room, an unexpected situation arose with our children, as their school camp had ended and we suddenly needed to arrange accommodation for them as well. The management kindly changed our room for the second night and provided us with a larger room for four people for an additional fee. This solved a major problem for us, and we are very grateful for their understanding and flexibility. The lady working in the restaurant during breakfast was exceptionally kind, warm, and friendly, always greeting us with a smile. The reception staff were also very welcoming and helpful. Overall, we had a very positive experience and truly appreciated the excellent service and hospitality.
