We received really useful advise from David on reception. He was able to assist us with restaurant recommendations - which were wonderful. He also assisted us with providing very clear directions to use public transport to take ourselves to Miramar Castle on the local bus. This really enhanced our stay as we they got to adventure a little differently and take a look at other places along the route on our return. We would truly like to thank David for really making a positive impact on our stay. The breakfast was exceptional, the best we had in all of our extensive travels through Europe. Every person I encountered at the front desk was excellent. We arrived really late due to the train delay. The gentleman who checked us in was very polite and helpful. Fabulous stay. Special thanks to the lovely breakfast staff who made us feel at home, knew what we wanted to order as we walked in, and let me practise my Italian with them.
