She was so so wonderful and helpful especially given than I am in a wheelchair, she went out of her way to open the door with the ramp anytime my partner and I were coming and going. We received really useful advise from David on reception. He was able to assist us with restaurant recommendations - which were wonderful. He also assisted us with providing very clear directions to use public transport to take ourselves to Miramar Castle on the local bus. This really enhanced our stay as we they got to adventure a little differently and take a look at other places along the route on our return. We would truly like to thank David for really making a positive impact on our stay. The breakfast was exceptional, the best we had in all of our extensive travels through Europe. Every person I encountered at the front desk was excellent. We arrived really late due to the train delay. The gentleman who checked us in was very polite and helpful. The hotel is super clean, the rooms are very welcoming and all the staff are very welcoming and doing their job to perfection. If we ever come back to Trieste we will stay for sure at You.Me design suites

Excelente el hotel, los servicios y por supuesto todo el personal, amables, simpáticos. Siempre atentos, muy eficientes. Nos sentimos realmente muy bien, muy valorados. Muy buenas personas. Gracias a todos por hacer nuestra estadía en Trieste, esa bellísima ciudad, mucho mejor de lo que pensamos.
