Das Frühstück war sehr köstlich,sehr appetitlich und man hat alles bekommen,wie selbstgepresster Orangensaft, Kaffees und Tees,weiches Ei, viele Wurst und Käsesorten Gebäck,Lachs,Müsli,Joghurt,frisches Obst,Mehlspeisen und noch viel mehr. Every staff member was amazing, friendly and service with smile. Best breakfast in any hotel we have stayed in Italy! Especially the sweet part of the buffet was to die for! Even though 20EUR is a bit steep to pay extra for the dog per day, he was well noted with cute little bag of treats (which he loved!) and a feeding bowl.

My partner is in a wheelchair and the desk staff the day we checked in was extremely helpful. Whenever she say us walk by on the side walk she would run to the alternative door with a ramp to open it for us.

She was so so wonderful and helpful especially given than I am in a wheelchair, she went out of her way to open the door with the ramp anytime my partner and I were coming and going. We received really useful advise from David on reception. He was able to assist us with restaurant recommendations - which were wonderful. He also assisted us with providing very clear directions to use public transport to take ourselves to Miramar Castle on the local bus. I can't say enough good things about all of the staff. It was a pleasure staying at a hotel that had only your needs on the agenda. So polite, so helpful and so knowledgeable. The decor is outstanding as was the service. Your every need was met and exceeded! I highly recommend this hotel.

Un sincero grazie per la gentilezza di tutto il personale, per i sorrisi non scontati e in particolare per l'attenzione del personale della colazione: sentirsi dire "porto il solito?" dopo due giorni di soggiorno può sembrare una sciocchezza ma è la piccola differenza che fa sentire un ospite a casa. Alle Mitarbeiter waren aussergewöhnlich freundlich vorallem die Mädchen beim Frühstück, sehr achtsam zuvorkommend und taktvoll auch die äussere Erscheinung der Mädchen sehr gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.Danke
