Every staff member was amazing, friendly and service with smile. Best breakfast in any hotel we have stayed in Italy! Especially the sweet part of the buffet was to die for! Even though 20EUR is a bit steep to pay extra for the dog per day, he was well noted with cute little bag of treats (which he loved!) and a feeding bowl.

My partner is in a wheelchair and the desk staff the day we checked in was extremely helpful. Whenever she say us walk by on the side walk she would run to the alternative door with a ramp to open it for us.

The lovely lady working upon check in, I didn’t get her name but she had red hair. She was so so wonderful and helpful especially given than I am in a wheelchair, she went out of her way to open the door with the ramp anytime my partner and I were coming and going. We received really useful advise from David on reception. He was able to assist us with restaurant recommendations - which were wonderful. He also assisted us with providing very clear directions to use public transport to take ourselves to Miramar Castle on the local bus. This really enhanced our stay as we they got to adventure a little differently and take a look at other places along the route on our return. We would truly like to thank David for really making a positive impact on our stay. The breakfast was exceptional, the best we had in all of our extensive travels through Europe. Every person I encountered at the front desk was excellent. We arrived really late due to the train delay. The gentleman who checked us in was very polite and helpful. He told us where we could eat dinner that was close by. The next morning the lady who was at the desk called a taxi so we could go sightseeing.
